Love Matteru nears theatrical release
The shoot of Love Matteru has been officially completed nd is now preparing for its theatrical release. As a prelude to the launch, the makers have released a romantic single titled Maathadisodilla, which offers a glimpse into the film's emotional core. The music video features actor-director Viraata Bilwa alongside Sonal Monteiro, portraying a tender slice of romance. The song, composed by Shadrack Solomon, weaves melody with heartfelt emotion, further hinting at the tone of the narrative. Love Matteru marks the directorial debut of Viraata Bilwa, who also plays the lead. Drawing creative inspiration from acclaimed Kannada filmmakers like Duniya Suri, KGF director Prashanth Neel, and KM Chaitanya, Bilwa refers to them as his guiding lights. Having previously acted in Kaddipudi, he now shoulders the dual responsibilities of actor and director in this ambitious venture. The film is produced by Uma Nagaraj, Vandana Priya V, and Prabhu Kumar under the banners of Silverhythm Production, INK Cinemas, and BR Cinemas. The ensemble cast also includes Sushmitha Gopinath, Achyuth Kumar, Suman Ranganath, and Anita Bhat in significant roles. On the technical front, the film boasts cinematography by Devendra R Naidu and Parmesh CM, with editing handled by veteran Suresh Urs. As anticipation builds, Love Matteru promises a blend of romance, emotion, and visual storytelling crafted with passion.

Maadeva on June 6
Vinod Prabhakar Sonal Monteiro The much-awaited big-budget movie Maadeva is scheduled for release on June the lead pair while Naveen Reddy B is the director.R Keshava (Devasandra) has bankrolled the movie. According to director Reddy, Maadeva is a period movie set in the 1980s. 'Vinod Prabhakar plays a hangman. Srinagar Kitty plays the villain while veteran actress Malashree makes a special appearance. We will release the movie on June 6,'' the director Prabhakar said director Reddy narrated the script during the lockdown. 'I agreed to act in the movie because of the script. No Kannada movie has been made about a hangman till date. Sonal Monteiro said she plays Parvathi. 'It is my second movie with Vinod Prabhakar after Roberrt,'' Monteiro said.
