He has now hailed his special day a "dream come true" and admitted he had been "waiting for this feeling" after the ceremony at Rose Castle in Cumbria. New husband Ben told MailOnline: "I have always wanted to be married since I was seven years old. I always wanted to be with someone who would take my surname. "I almost gave up on marriage, thinking there wasn't a lady that would walk down the aisle for me. "I can't believe the day has come, it is a dream come true. It feels like I've been waiting for this moment all my life. "This is the finale of the chapter that was 17 years of my life." An insider also told The Sun: 'Ben's never been happier. He's always wanted to get married and knew Vanessa was the one instantly. 'They've been planning their dream day ever since they met and know it's going to be the best day of their lives.' Famous guests from the music scene including Best Man Shane & wife Sheena Lynch, Brian McFadden and Dani Park, Keith and Lisa Duffy. WEDDING PLANS Back in April Ben revealed no expense was going to be spared in order to make it the perfect day. He told us: "There's a three-day wedding celebration. We've got a summer soiree the night before, a barbecue, then the whole day of celebrations the day after and then a farewell brunch. So it'll be jam-packed." The entertainment was described as "world class" and something for everyone. Vanessa Feltz and Ben Ofoedu relationship timeline 2005 The couple meet at a Christmas party after being introduced by mutual friend Keith Duffy. Ben tells OK! years later: 'My first impression of you Feltzy was cheeky, very very cheeky and very very quick-witted." 2016 The pair get engaged in December in Ireland after a whirlwind romance. Ben pulls out all the stops, covering their hotel bed in red roses. 2020 Ben teases on Loose Women that a ceremony is imminent. He says: "I think we'll be making an announcement very, very soon. 2022 The stance changes significantly. Vanessa tells OK!: "I do think 'never say never', but I certainly haven't made any plans for a wedding and I think we're quite happy this way." 2023 Shocked Vanessa announces the relationship is over, heartbroken by Ben's infidelity. He added: "We've got everything from a bagpiper to a saxophonist and then we're thinking of maybe hiring a carousel because the venue has got beautiful gardens. "We've got a dedicated marquee specifically for entertainment so I think everyone attending is going to have such a great three days. It's going to be no expense spared. You only get married once." Ben got down on one knee in Central Park by the famous Bow Bridge that features in Christmas flick Elf, Vanessa's favourite film. She said of the proposal: "I had absolutely no idea so it was quite a shock. I thought he'd maybe fell over or something." Ben and Vanessa were first introduced at an event a year ago while he was in a relationship with ex-girlfriend Precious Muir, 40. Though he found her attractive, they remained friends until he became single late last year. He appeared as a guest on Vanessa's podcast and found himself working with her again at a horse racing meet in Carlisle. 4 An insider said Ben has never been happier Credit: Instagram 4 Ben with ex-fiancée Vanessa Feltz Credit: Splash Describing their connection, Ben said: "Now we're best friends in a relationship." He also previously spoke about giving up his baby dream in his former relationship with ex-fiancé Vanessa. But he insists he and Vanessa are on the same page. "I think if we're blessed enough two (kids) would be ideal," he said. "Yes, a boy and a girl because you've got the best of both worlds there."

He's only up the road, can't have him too far. "I've told him I want you to invite us for dinner.' And he's already got a warning for his son: 'He's good at cooking. He's learned a few dishes. But he's on repeat. "He keeps repeating the same dishes. I'm like, 'bro, you've got to work on some new recipes…' Proud Pete, who was chatting to The Sun as he promoted his new film Jafaican, added: 'But yeah, he's a good boy. They're both... they're all good kids.' Junior and Jasmine, who started dating in April of last year, might be ready to move in together, but marriage isn't on the cards just yet. When asked about if wedding bells were in the near or distant future, Junior laughed: "Well, that's looking a bit too far ahead! Easy there.' Junior added to OK!: "We're young and not putting any pressure on ourselves, that's all that matters. "We want to travel and do amazing things. "But we're with each other, aren't we? Bruno Tonioli set to QUIT Britain's Got Talent judging gig as two favourites to replace him revealed
Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) BRITAIN'S Got Talent judge Bruno Tonioli is poised to leave the show after just two series - with the race to replace him likely to be led by frontrunners KSI and Alan Carr. The ostentatious Italian would find it virtually impossible to film almost two weeks of audition shows taking place this autumn because he's simultaneously committed to filming Dancing with the Stars in the US Sign up for the Entertainment newsletter Sign up 4 Bruno Tonioli will quit Britain's Got Talent Credit: Splash 4 He is a good friend of Simon Cowell and spent two years on the show Credit: Rex Last year auditions took place over one week at Blackpool in October, when KSI filled in for him, and a second week in London in January, which he was able to attend. Now the auditions will all take place back to back in Blackpool and Birmingham over a single fortnight in October. A TV insider said: 'The filming schedule in 2024 meant that Bruno could get away with not being present for filming one week of auditions. 'But it would be virtually impossible for him to miss two weeks, because in the final edit, that equates to half the episodes in the new three-month run of BGT, which will air from February of 2026. 'There is absolutely no ill feeling about the situation, it's simply down to changes in the schedule making it incredibly difficult to remain as a full time judge. 'The only hope is if his long-time friend and fellow panellist Simon Cowell steps in to make it clear that he has to be a part of the show, no matter how difficult it proves to be.' Bruno was hired by Simon in 2023 following the departure of David Walliams from the panel. Alan, who's a long-standing friend of panellist Amanda Holden, was the favourite to replace him. But Simon stepped in at the eleventh hour and insisted it should be Bruno who got the job alongside him, Amanda and Alesha Dixon. KSI was a huge hit with viewers when he stepped in for Bruno during last year's Blackpool auditions and when he made a guest appearance during the live semi-finals. The Sun exclusively revealed earlier last month that there was a shake up in the filming for the next series, which would split the auditions between Blackpool and Birmingham. The live semi-finals, which account for the second half of the newly lengthened series of BGT, will still be filmed in London next year. Britain's Got Talent were approached for comment. In the sweet clip, her tot Lorretta - whom she shares with her ex-boyfriend Lee Cronin - could be seen fast asleep next to her mum. However, some cruel trolls said she should not be letting her child sleep next to her, if she wants to find a new man. The ITVBe beauty addressed the controversy head on as she took to her Instagram story with an explanation. She wrote: "This post was simply to highlight the beauty of co-sleeping. Something that's embraced in so many cultures around the world, yet is unusual here in the UK. "I wanted to just say, mums to trust your own maternal instinct. "Do what feels right for you and your child, not what society tells you is "normal". Lydia continued: "To those commenting 'good luck finding a man' or suggesting it'll be a problem when I meet someone. "I wouldn't be with a man who wasn't secure enough to respect the bond I share with my daughter." Lydia Bright reveals daughter, five, is still co-sleeping She added: "Her happiness will always come first, especially over my sex life. Sorry dad :D." Lydia previously responded to the backlash as she originally commented: "I had a relationship and it still remained the same sleeping arrangements. "My daughter is my priority, I won't be moving beds for no man." The former reality TV star is is back on the market after splitting with ex Ben Davies. But fans might not need to worry as Lydia recently revealed that she's signed up to a dating app. 4 The star wants to embrace the technique of co-sleeping Credit: PA
