Eddie Hall destroys Mariusz Pudzianowski in just 30 SECONDS to win on MMA debut

Former World Strongest man Eddie Hall defeated strongman and MMA legend Marius Pudzianowski in the opening round of the bout on Saturday evening as he competed in KSW for the first time Eddie Hall took just 30 seconds to brutally beat five-times World Strongest Man and KSW heavyweight star Marius Pudzianowski. The Beast hurt his Polish opponent with the very first punch before pouring a flurry of shots over the 48-year-old to claim a quick victory, though he has claimed to have broken his hand. Hall came into the bout with no experience of elite mixed martial arts while Pudzianowski owned a record of 17-10 having entered the sport in 2009. The 37-year-old Hall carried a 30kg (4.72 stone) weight advantage coming into the fight, tipping the scales at 151.3 kg (23.8 stone). ‌ The clash was set to last two four-minute rounds, with the length each set to work in Pudzianowski's favour but Hall wasted little time in getting to work. The Staffordshire-born fighter cracked his opponent with his opening shot and Pudzianowski could do little but go for a takedown as the Brit poured down punches before throwing him off. ‌ The novice went on to jump on the veteran and all's hammering punches saw Pudzianowski turtle before the referee stepped in. The Beast was soon raising his hands in the air as his barrage was stopped. "Shocked myself to be honest," said Hall following the fight. "Mariusz is a formidable opponent, but like I said, I've got the hardest punch on the planet." Hall, who won World's Strongest Man in 2017 and was the first person to complete a 500kg deadlift in 2016, has no aspirations of reaching the highest levels of MMA however. Instead he wants to take on other giants or introduce interesting stipulations into his bouts. 'If the rematch is there, I'll take it," he said. 'I've got no aspirations to be number one in KSW. That's just not for me. 'I want to come and have fun. I want to fight my heroes. I want to fight the freaks of the world.' In his first MMA outing, Hall defeated TikTok famous Neffati Brothers in a 2v1 one fight in the World Freak Fight League, in Blackburn. The fighter scored a knockout victory on that occasion too. And Hall has previously suggested he would love to take on another pair of famous siblings. The Beast would be more than prepared to take on Jake and Logan Paul. " Jake Paul and Logan Paul, I'd love to get them in a cage together," he said earlier this year. "I think it would be very uneven, 100 per cent [I would kick their a–], powerbomb, smack them straight across the jaw. That's it."

The 2017 World's Strongest Man fights five-time winner of the competition Mariusz Pudzianowski in tonight's KSW 105 in Poland. 7 7 7 Hall has undergone an incredible body transformation for the clash, ditching his famous 12,000-calorie-a-day diet to be a lean machine in the octagon. The Staffordshire-born star weighed around a staggering 195kg (31 stone) during his World Strongest Man days. But when stepping onto the scales for his face-off with Pudzianowski last night, Hall tipped them to 150kg (23 stone, eight pounds). It completed a stunning 45kg (seven stone) turnaround from when he was at his heaviest. Meanwhile, Pudzianowski came in at 120kg (19 stone) for tonight's dust-up. Hall has shed the pounds by going on a strict diet and it has helped him reduce his weight from 170kg (26 stone) when his preparation started. The 37-year-old told Bloody Elbow: "I just eat nothing but meat, eggs and dairy on the carnivore diet for this fight prep. 'It's been a pretty good diet, helped me to maintain all of my muscle mass and I've dropped body fat. JOIN SUN VEGAS: GET £50 BONUS "My energy levels are through the roof, my endurance is insane so that's pretty much been the diet. "I've not restricted what I eat at all, I eat as much of it as I want. Eddie Hall faces off against Mariusz Pudzianowski in pre fight press conference 'I feel good and the main thing about it is that with my training, it's not about the weight but how fit I am. "Am I doing these four-minute rounds and being able to recover within 90 seconds to go again? "At the minute, I can say yes. I've got no intention to lose too much weight because the cardio is there.' Despite the stunning transformation, Hall made fun of his size during the weigh-in by sticking his stomach out towards his 48-year-old rival, who claims he does not have the fitness for an MMA bout. Hall used to hit the 12,000 calorie mark daily but cut down to 10,000 after retiring from Strongman competitions. He previously told SunSport that doctors demanded he stopped his old eating habits as he was too big and at risk of "heart attack, stroke, kidney failure and liver failure". 7 7
