The accused were identified as 30-year-old Shahbaaz Abdul Rasheed of Umar Colony and 31-year-old Banu of Aman Nagar in the city. During interrogation, the accused confessed that they brought ganja from Jalgaon district in Maharashtra to sell it to Abdul Shaikh and Ramesh Kale in Kalaburagi. Sub-Urban Police have filed a case against them under the relevant sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act.
