The Philadelphia Eagles are scheduled to visit the White House on April 28, to commemorate the franchise's incredible season that saw them win their second Super Bowl in franchise history. When asked by Time if he would be making the trip, Hurts declined to answer as he smirked and looked around until the reporter ended the interview. The visit is not mandatory by any means, and he wouldn't be the first player to pass on attending. In fact, when the Eagles won the Super Bowl in 2018, President Donald Trump canceled their visit after it was revealed that many players and staff decided not to attend.
