Chiefs Poised for No. 1 Must-See Game on New Schedule
The NFL will release the 2025 schedule this week, and Kansas City Chiefs fans are eager to see when and where their team will play.
Coming off a poor Super Bowl loss, the Chiefs will be looking for retribution in 2025, and make no mistake about it, Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid will be determined to get it.

They will get a chance to ease the pain of that loss somewhat when they face the Philadelphia Eagles and host the Super Bowl champions at Arrowhead.
Exactly when the pair will meet is unknown, but for CBS Sports' Jeff Kerr, in his top 10 must-see games of 2025, the Chiefs' clash against the Eagles comfortably sits at No. 1.
"The Eagles and Chiefs have met twice in the Super Bowl over the past three seasons, the NFL's current iteration of historic Super Bowl rivalries," Kerr wrote. "Kansas City beat Philadelphia on a field goal in the final seconds of Super Bowl LVII while the Eagles blew out the Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX last year.
"The Eagles and Chiefs have squared off in epic battles before, as the rivalry intensifies with a revenge game in Arrowhead Stadium. Jalen Hurts and Patrick Mahomes is a matchup within itself, as the Eagles and Chiefs have a history between their front office and head coach. This is the can't-miss regular season showdown in 2025."

The Chiefs will have an axe to grind when they face the Eagles, and no, it won't make last season's Super Bowl loss easier to stomach if the Chiefs win, but it will be important from a mental aspect.

Many think both are set to feature in the postseason, and there's a real chance they could meet in the Super Bowl again. So if Kansas City can slay the Eagles, it will know it can do it on the biggest stage.
Lose, though, and it's a different proposition.
A Super Bowl rematch deserves to be the No. 1 must-see game in 2025, and the Chiefs will be making sure Arrowhead is rocking when the Eagles come to town.

Both players delivered impressive performances, continuing the tight battle for the starting quarterback. While head coach Kellen Moore said the team will maintain similar workouts during minicamp, the real battle will begin in training camp, when teams will be allowed contact drills. As training camp ramps up and bleeds into preseason, a starter will be named. PFF released their top-10 rankings for centers in the NFL, ranking Erik McCoy as the fourth best.
