Vision Action Plan units mark key milestone in development path: Minister Satya Prasad
Tirupati: In a major step toward achieving Swarna Andhra 2047 vision aligned with the national Viksit Bharat 2047 initiative, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu virtually inaugurated Vision Action Plan Units in all districts of Andhra Pradesh from Amaravati on Monday. The launch event was attended by district in-charge Minister A Satya Prasad, district Collector Dr S Venkateswar, Superintendent of Police V Harshavardhan Raju, Joint Collector Shubham Bansal, District Revenue Officer Narasimhulu, and other key officials at the Collectorate in Tirupati. Speaking to the media after the event, Minister Satya Prasad highlighted that the establishment of Vision Action Plan Unit offices in every constituency marks a significant milestone in the state's developmental roadmap. He said the action plan was built on 10 guiding principles and seven basic amenities, ensuring that districts and constituencies remain ahead in all sectors. He added that comprehensive Vision Documents have been prepared at district, constituency, mandal, and secretariat levels. These documents outline both the short-term development targets for the next five years and long-term goals to be achieved by 2047. 'The action plan includes strategies to increase per capita income, create employment opportunities, and enhance infrastructure and other essential services,' the minister said. 'Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is known as a visionary leader, and the Vision Action Plan is expected to yield significant results for the state's future.' He noted that within a year, a strong foundation has already been laid for this vision. Additionally, each constituency will have a dedicated five-member team to implement the plan effectively. The minister also emphasized the importance of the P4 approach aimed at eliminating inequalities and shared that the government has set a target to identify nearly 20 lakh community mentors who will guide and support families on the path to prosperity.

CM launches Vision Action Plan Units
Vijayawada: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Monday virtually launched 'Vision Action Plan Unit' offices in all 26 districts and 175 Assembly constituencies with an aim to achieve the goals of Swarna Andhra 2047 vision. Addressing MPs, MLAs, District Collectors and officials virtually from the state Secretariat after the launch, Naidu stated that these units would fill a long-standing gap by providing dedicated government offices for MLAs at the constituency level. Each unit will be staffed with a nine-member team, with an allocation of Rs 10 lakh for its operational expenses. The nine-member team consists of an MLA, district nodal officer, academic person, young professional, and five vision staff. The Chief Minister, who recently unveiled Swarna Andhra 2047 vision under which the state would achieve a gross state domestic product (GSDP) of $2.4 trillion over the next two decades, urged the MPs, MLAs and officials to actively drive the implementation of this ambitious vision. He characterised the initiative as a "valuable opportunity" for MLAs, encouraging them to foster active citizen participation in the state's transformative journey. "Each Constituency Vision Action Plan Unit will be chaired by the local MLA," the Chief Minister explained. "A Special Officer will serve as executive vice-chairperson, with the local MLC, Municipal/Urban Panchayat chairperson, RDO/Sub-Collector, Tahsildar, Mandal Parishad Development Officer (MPDO), and Municipal Commissioner as members. The MPDO will act as the convener," he added. "We drafted this vision within the first year of taking office," the CM stated, drawing a parallel with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's national 'Viksit Bharat 2047' vision. To ensure comprehensive growth, the Chief Minister highlighted ten priority development sectors identified for focused attention: agriculture, dairy, fisheries, and horticulture; industries, commerce, and logistics; services sector & IT; healthcare and medical Infrastructure; education and skill development; environment and natural resource management; infrastructure – roads, water projects, housing; urban and rural development; and governance efficiency & digital governance. "These ten focus areas represent the broad canvas of our transformation agenda. Our goal is to make Andhra Pradesh a 'healthy, wealthy, and happy' state," the Chief Minister affirmed. He emphasised the need for the state to pursue not only the long-term Swarna Andhra 2047 vision but also to prepare a clear four-year action plan. A comprehensive five-year roadmap has been developed for all 26 districts, he added. The Chief Minister appreciated Union Aviation Minister Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu, who participated in the virtual launch, for coming forward to adopt 10 poor families under the P4 (Public Private People Partnership) poverty elimination programme. He urged other public representatives to follow suit and become mentors.

Visakhapatnam: Home minister V Anitha on Monday inaugurated the Swarna Andhra 2047 vision document implementation unit at the Vizianagaram district collectorate. Later, chief minister Chandrababu Naidu participated virtually in the event from Amaravati. Speaking to the media on this occasion, Anitha said that unit offices have been established in all constituencies to achieve the goals outlined in the Swarna Andhra 2047 vision document. She said this as a step forward across all sectors. "The vision documents have already been prepared at the district, constituency, mandal, and secretariat levels in every district. These documents outline the development to be achieved over the next five years as well as the long-term goals to be attained by 2047. The action plan includes increasing per capita income, creating employment opportunities, developing infrastructure, and other related aspects of growth. The foundation for this initiative was laid within a year. A team of five members has been appointed for each constituency to oversee the implantation of the vision plan. The P4 policy is one approach to eliminating inequalities. The government's goal is to identify about 20 lakh guides to support the identified families," said Anitha.

Chandrababu Naidu announced that the establishment of Vision Action Plan Unit offices at all district and constituency levels marks a formal launch of the 'Swarna Andhra 2047' vision. Until now, MLAs had no dedicated government office at the constituency level, and that gap has now been filled through these units. Each unit will be staffed with a team of nine members, and ₹10 lakh has been allocated per office for its operations, he said. Addressing MPs, MLAs, Collectors, and officials during a virtual inauguration from the State Secretariat, the Chief Minister called on them to drive the implementation of this vision forward. This initiative is a valuable opportunity for MLAs. The public representatives can make citizens active participants in the transformation journey, he said. Mr. Naidu said that 'Talli Ki Vandanam' programme will be launched this month and free bus travel scheme for women from August 15. 'Our goal is to ensure 15 lakh Golden Families are adopted by mentors by August 15. A referral system will be introduced, and officials who facilitate more mentor-families will be rewarded,' he said. Focus on services sector MSME parks will be set up in each constituency and Ratan Tata Hubs in Amaravati. The government is focusing heavily on the services sector. As incomes grow, more welfare schemes can be implemented. Technology is being integrated into governance, which should be rooted in a humanitarian outlook, the Chief Minister said. Mr. Naidu interacted via video conference with public representatives and officials across the 26 districts and 175 constituencies. He assured that each Vision Action Plan Unit will function in full capacity with proper funding and staffing. Each Constituency Vision Action Plan Unit will be chaired by the local MLA. A Special Officer will serve as the Executive Vice-Chairperson. Other members will include the local MLC, Municipal/Urban Panchayat Chairperson, RDO/Sub-Collector, Tahsildar, MPDO, and Municipal Commissioner. The MPDO will act as the Convener. CM praises Union Minister Union Minister Rammohan Naidu, who participated in the Vision Action Plan launch, announced that he would adopt 10 Golden Families under the P4 – Zero Poverty initiative. Mr. Naidu appreciated his commitment and urged other public representatives to follow suit and become mentors. Ministers, MLAs, Collectors, and senior officials also took part in the event.

He highlighted that June 4, 2024, stands as a significant date in India's political history. In a post on social media platform 'X', the Jana Sena Party president and Deputy Chief Minister stated that the past year signifies the culmination of the people's verdict and consciousness. He noted that it's been a year since the preservation of democracy and the NDA coalition's historic triumph, alongside the Jana Sena Party's 100% strike rate success. Pawan described June 4, 2024, as the day people, through their vote, ousted five years of anarchic rule and shattered autocratic, feudalistic strongholds, thereby ushering in the preservation of democracy. He attributed this historic victory to the unwavering leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the architect of a new India leading the nation towards development; Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu's four-and-a-half decades of political experience and resilience in the public sphere despite numerous challenges; and the fighting spirit of Jana Sainiks and Veera Mahilas who have endured a decade of struggles and atrocities, standing as a bulwark.
