Lady Gaga takes a tumble mid-performance, recovers smoothly and resumes without missing beat

Lady Gaga experienced a fall during her Las Vegas concert over the weekend but handled the mishap with remarkable professionalism, earning praise from fans. The incident took place Saturday night, at what seemed to be the starting of her performance of 'Vanish Into You' at the T-Mobile Arena as part of her ongoing Mayhem Ball tour. According to fan-shot footage circulating on social media, the mishap began when one of Gaga's cameramen slipped side-stage as they were making their way to the main stage. A nearby security guard quickly intervened, catching the crew member and preventing further disruption. Gaga, maintaining composure, adjusted the camera before continuing her performance. However, moments later, she stumbled herself. "into the night we... fall" and she did 😭 — Gaga Crave 🌷 (@AMENARTPOP) July 21, 2025 As the Grammy-winning artist sang the line 'Into the night, we…,' she momentarily lost her balance but quickly recovered. Yet, before finishing the line with the word 'fly,' Gaga fell again — this time landing hard on her side. Despite the impact, she was assisted to her feet and resumed the performance without missing a beat. The incident sparked conversation online, with one user commenting, 'She ate s–t bad,' while others speculated whether a security guard had accidentally stepped on her cape. 'The cape HAS to go,' a fan wrote on X (formerly Twitter), referencing the possible cause of her fall. Many fans applauded the pop star's quick recovery and unwavering professionalism, noting she 'didn't miss a beat' even after the dramatic spill. Lady Gaga, who launched her months-long international tour on July 16, is scheduled to conclude the tour in Japan in January. Her fall follows other recent on-stage mishaps involving major pop stars — Beyoncé, who was recently left suspended in midair due to a technical issue, and Katy Perry, who experienced multiple stage hazards during performances in Australia.

Lady Gaga 'Mayhem Ball Tour' iconic moments: From caged dancers to human chess

Lady Gaga is back on the stage, and every single second of it just screams exquisite. After her mindblowing performances at Coachella and in Brazil, the Queen of Pop embarked on a dramatic journey with the Mayhem Ball tour at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. From the set list to theatrics, the concert is hailed to be bolder, electric, and certainly more Gaga. Due to the unmatched costumes and unforgettable metaphors with a dash of perfect vocals, Gaga's little monsters are now anticipated than ever. Let's take a look at a couple of iconic instances from the show. The entry and tribute When Gaga enters the stage in the voluminous red gown and starts performing 'Bloody Mary,' it's a sacred experience. As the skirt slowly opens up when she's at the top, the caged dancers are revealed, enhancing the high-octane pop experience. She follows it with her other hits, 'Abracadabra,' 'Judas, and 'Scheiße,' setting the perfect tone. After giving a glimpse of her 2010 era, the 39-year-old welcomes the audience by saying, 'Welcome to Mayhem. Welcome to the opera house. This is my house.' A few moments later, it's the 'P-p-p-Poker Face' moment with an extravagant chess game. Giving a nothing-like-before vibe, the skeletons start to dance around her. Moreover, the gothic diva gets a huge skull on the stage and spins around the runway with the screams that highlight an eerie Gaga mode. The vulnerable exit At the end, she performed 'Bad Romance' with branch-like nails and a hairpiece with animal ears in a white feathered dress. Lady Gaga can go from extreme theatrics to stripping off her make-up and becoming vulnerable in front of the audience – and that's what she did. Donning a pair of shades, a black beanie and a Cramps t-shirt, she sang 'How Bad Do You Want Me' in the most humanistic way without any pretences, according to Billboard.

Best Moments From Lady Gaga's Mayhem Ball Tour Opening Night In Vegas

With interesting costumes, dramatic stage effects, and her signature energy, Gaga is delivering performances that are nothing short of unforgettable. Lady Gaga is making waves around the world, and her devoted fans, the Little Monsters, are here for every second of it. After electrifying performances at Coachella and in Brazil, Gaga officially launched her Mayhem Ball tour this week at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. This time, the spectacle is bigger, bolder, and more theatrical than ever. With interesting costumes, dramatic stage effects, and her signature energy, Gaga is delivering performances that are nothing short of unforgettable. If you missed the chance to see her live, don't worry, here's a look at some of the most unforgettable moments from the first night of Lady Gaga's The Mayhem Ball. 1 – Lady Gaga opened the show with a haunting performance of 'Bloody Mary," standing atop a massive red skirt that dominated the stage. As the skirt slowly unfolded, it revealed dancers trapped inside cages, setting the tone for a high-impact spectacle. She followed it up with electrifying renditions of 'Abracadabra," 'Judas," and 'Scheiße," leaving the crowd in awe. 2 – While performing Perfect Celebrity, Lady Gaga brought back the eerie stage setup she used at Coachella. She appeared in a giant sandbox filled with skeletons, wearing a flowing white dress. As the song began, she sat calmly with her arm resting on a pile of bones. Then, in the next song, Disease, something unexpected happened: the skeletons, who were actually backup dancers, began to move. 3 – One of the most powerful moments from the Mayhem Ball tour was Gaga's performance of Paparazzi. It stood out for its visuals and storytelling. Gaga walked on the stage wearing shiny platinum heels, while her long white dress created a dreamy atmosphere. The stage then suddenly lit up with rainbow colours. By the end of the performance, Gaga made a bold pose before slowly sinking into the stage. 4 – Killah saw Lady Gaga wearing Gothic attire. While the song is one of the album's highlights, the massive stage gave Gaga the chance to get funky with the production. During one of the moments, the singer was seen having fun on stage. 5 – Lady Gaga sang Shallow from a small Viking-style boat, which had a spine-like design and a human skull at the front. Right after that, she moved to her newest track, Die With a Smile. She sang it while sitting at a beautifully made piano made of wood, for which Gaga received the most thunderous response of the night. The audience didn't just cheer, they sang every word and turned the performance into an emotional experience. Disclaimer: Comments reflect users' views, not News18's. Lady Gaga's new tour features fan messages, with predictable gay antics

Lady Gaga embarked on her highly anticipated Mayhem Ball this week, with the first stop being at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The pop superstar delivered an unforgettable set of songs, including some deep cuts like "Aura" from ARTPOP and "Summerboy" from her debut album, The Fame. She also debuted a new song called "Kill for Love."However, before the show began, fans were given the opportunity to participate in the show and submit messages using a form on her website, and some were chosen to be displayed on the monitors. The notes that were sent in ranged from adoration to political messages to typical gay antics. Here are some of our favorites. "C'mon Monsters! Let's go! Everybody better be jumpin'" To those who aren't chronically online, this message may seem like any regular old post about getting the crowd hyped. However, those who spend way too much online will immediately get the reference. This is a reference to a young boy named Staten Harry, who uploaded a video of himself lip-syncing to "Alejandro" and said the phrase heard round the world. The flamboyant young boy stole the hearts of the Little Monsters, who still love him to this day, even if he has denounced Gaga and pivoted to being a Christian influencer. - YouTube He changed the name of his YouTube channel to StatenLwSpreading_GodsGrace and wrote a lengthy message in the description of one of his videos about how he stopped worshipping Gaga and focused on his religion. "March 28th used to be a VERY demonic day for me because it's Lady Gaga's birthday…. a day I used to worship her and exalt her on so crazy much," he wrote. "So anyways just a little testimony of HOW GOOD GOD is and how now on March 28th im glorifying HIM not a mere celebrity." He went on to write, "I legit had thousands of pictures of her on my phone. Pictures even on my wall. My clothes. My phone's wallpaper. My entire social media accounts were even based upon worshiping her. Wow….Thank you LORD for saving me. Amen.' Little Monsters remind everyone that art is political Some of the messages on display were political, and a Lady Gaga concert is the perfect place to share these sentiments. One message reads, "No human is illegal. Melt ICE. Fuck Trump," whereas another note reads, "F Donald Trump, trans lives matter, and FREE PALESTINE." Everyone remembers their first time Alex from NYC shared a sentimental memory with the crowd that reads, "First time I ate p*ssy was to Born This Way, thanks for always being there for me Gaga!" The comment was one of the more shocking messages that made it to the stage, with one X user posting it with the caption, "CAN Y'ALL BEHAVE?! Also, is there no moderator?!" If these are the types of messages we're going to see, we say keep them coming. Gay people's bedrooms? A likely place for Gaga to be Joey shared an unsurprising message, "My husband and I bone to Mayhem sometimes. We are gay. Hi everyone." Some of the messages get even more NSFW, leading fans to believe there's a good chance this idea won't last that long. "This segment will definitely be deleted for the rest of the tour,' one person suggested. "RIP Voices of Mayhem. They're gonna silence us now," another person wrote. The next show is taking place on Friday, as she plays a three-show stop in Vegas before moving on to San Francisco on July 22.
