Catching a parking spot for Taco's & Tequila
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – Right now there are plenty of parking spots between Birdcage the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center.
But tomorrow night, all of these empty spots are expected to fill up fast.
'Plan early, plan or to arrive early if you can. If you can't, try to find an alternate spot.' said Mike Krewson, general manager at Denny Sanford PREMIER center.
Cars will start arriving in the afternoon for Tacos & Tequila at the stadium.
Festival of Cultures back for 28th year
'If you haven't been out here last year, if you're even thinking about it, the weather's supposed to be fantastic, both in itself. We do have walkup tickets available. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Obviously. You know, it's a festival. It's going to be loud music. It's going to be fun music.' said Brian Ambrose president of Sioux Falls Canaries
The event goes from 2 to 10:30. At 7:30, even more cars will arrive for the Alison Krauss and Union Station concert at the PREMIER center.
There are 2,000 parking spaces that surround the entire complex. But more than 8-thousand people are expected to be here on Saturday night.
Organizers are encouraging everyone to arrive early or consider carpooling. If not, you may find yourself with a long walk.
