According to a recent report, the incident occurred in Hyderabad. The film is helmed by Shaneil Deo and produced by Supriya Yarlagadda under the Annapurna Studios banner. A report by Telugu 360 mentions that Adivi and Mrunal were involved in a physically demanding scene when they sustained the injuries. Well, after getting first aid, Adivi visited a medical professional for further evaluation and Mrunal completed her scheduled scenes. The incident comes just days after a tragic accident on the set of another film, where veteran stuntman SM Raju lost his life during a stunt gone wrong on director Pa Ranjith's project. In March, Mrunal Thakur shared behind-the-scenes moments from her shoot on Instagram. Just yesterday, she posted a fun video of herself singing along to Dhanush's hit song 'Why This Kolaveri Di" while cruising in her car. She explained that she and her team decided to groove to the track since they missed out on doing their usual pack-up dance. Mrunal also shared a couple of photos featuring her head draped in a stunning organza dupatta. In the pictures, she was seen showcasing her green bangles while applying her makeup. Another photo featured a close-up portrait of Thakur, highlighting her expressive eyes and calm demeanor. She was partially veiled with the delicate, sheer dupatta, adding a touch of elegance and tradition to the shot. Talking about 'Dacoit – Ek Prem Katha", the forthcoming film will star Mrunal alongside Adivi Sesh. The pan-India drama also features Anurag Kashyap in a pivotal role. Mega157: Pictures from Chiranjeevi, Nayanthara's film sets leaked? Makers REACT to ‘violation'
Mega157 is one of the most promising and upcoming projects of Chiranjeevi. The actor is collaborating with his Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy co-star Nayanthara after three years. Directed by Anil Ravipudi, the film is expected to complete its shooting by October 2025. Shine Screens, the makers of Chiranjeevi 's film, recently posted a note on their X handle, marking their strong response to pictures from the sets getting leaked. They tagged it as a violation of intellectual property rights and added that all such activities pertain to anti-piracy laws. They captioned it, 'Team #ChiruAnil humbly request not to share or circulate any leaked photos or videos from the sets. A strict legal action will be taken against anyone involved in recording or distributing unauthorized content.' Chiranjeevi and Nayanthara shot their first romantic song for Mega157 As per a previous report by Telugu360, Chiranjeevi and Nayanthara had shot their first-ever romantic song some days back for Mega157. While the two had been paired up with each other previously, they haven't gotten such a track to their name yet. This song has apparently been shot in Kerala under the choreography of Bhanu Master. An official confirmation of the same is still awaited from the makers on this matter. Reports about Mega157 completing its shooting schedule That's not all. The same report further mentioned that the current schedule of Mega157 will be completed as of July 23. After this, the team will reportedly take a break and resume work in August when the Hyderabad schedule of the project will be shot. Additionally, it is believed that the director Anil Ravipudi is aiming to wrap up the movie as early as October this year, so that the film gets its scheduled release during Sankranthi 2026. Besides this, Chiranjeevi also has Vishwambhara in the pipeline, which is also expected to release soon. He will also be working with Srikanth Odela on another project.

As per recent reports, the actor will perform his own high-octane stunts in SSMB29, ditching the use of a body double. Earlier, this was done by Prabhas and Ram Charan as they also took on their own action sequences while working with Rajamouli in previous films. Touted as a globe-trotting action-adventure, SSMB29 is shaping up to be one of Telugu cinema's most ambitious projects. The film is being shot across various locations in India and abroad, with the scale and vision expected from a Rajamouli directorial. According to Telugu Cinema, Mahesh Babu's decision to handle the action scenes himself is intended to bring more authenticity to the film's thrilling moments. The filmmakers reportedly want Mahesh to be front and centre in all the action, rather than relying heavily on stunt doubles. In a related update, acclaimed cinematographer Senthil Kumar, known for his work in Magadheera, Baahubali: The Beginning, and RR, has revealed that he will not be part of this film. Speaking to Telugu 360, Kumar said, 'It's Rajamouli's call. He wanted to try someone new for SSMB29, which is why I'm not working as the cinematographer." Meanwhile, the production is reportedly moving ahead at a brisk pace, though the makers have kept most details tightly under wraps. A Deccan Chronicle report mentioned that Mahesh Babu will feature in a fast-paced solo dance number, shot on a large marketplace set built on the outskirts of Hyderabad. In another interesting development, Priyanka Chopra has filmed a special scene in the movie that includes the Mayurbhanj Chhau dance. This was confirmed by the choreographer via an Instagram post. Meanwhile, SS Rajamouli has dropped cinematographer Senthil Kumar from SSMB19. Though the two worked together on several of Rajamouli's blockbusters, including RRR and Baahubali, they will not be working together for SSMB29. Recently, Kumar confirmed the same and revealed that Rajamouli decided to move ahead with someone else. 'It was Rajamouli's call. He wanted to try someone else. People want to do different films with different people, right? So it is a good break," Senthil Kumar told Telugu360. The cinematographer also clarified that the decision has not impacted his equation with Rajamouli. 'We've been working together since 2003, but we didn't always do films back-to-back. There were breaks earlier too. I couldn't do 'Maryada Ramanna' or 'Vikramarkudu' because I was working on other projects. Gaps have happened before also, but the relationship continues," he added.
