Tamil filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj responded to Sanjay Dutt's recent comments about being underutilised in Leo. The Bollywood actor, during the teaser launch of KD – The Devil, had said that while he loved working with Thalapathy Vijay, he was angry with Lokesh for not giving him a bigger role in the 2023 action Kanagaraj, in a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, shared his side of the story. 'Sanjay sir actually called me after that event. He said to me, 'I made a very funny comment, but it got awkward after people cut it and put it on social media.' He mentioned that he loved shooting with the South filmmakers because they were passionate about making films. He hoped that the passion for making films would come back to Bollywood.
