'We walked the streets we grew up on, visited the exact places where we sat while dreaming up what this band could be and felt that deep pull of where it all began.' 'There's something about being home that reminds you who you are,' the trio continued. 'This album is filled with pieces of that, lifelong influences from our childhood and the sounds that we grew up on.' The Jonas Brothers first announced Greetings From Your Hometown at JONASCON in March. The LP will drop Aug. 8, two days after which the band will embark on a tour fittingly starting with one night at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J. 'I remember buying nosebleed seats when we had just enough in our allowance to go and watch a game,' Joe recently told Billboard of playing at the stadium in his home state. 'So to be Jersey guys who grew up 10, 15 minutes away from the stadium, MetLife … It's a dream come true — to celebrate with our fans as well. And then we're starting there, it's now tradition. We have to start with New York.' Greetings From Your Hometown comes more than two years after the brothers last released an LP, with The Album reaching No. 3 on the Billboard 200. It will also arrive on the heels of Joe's new solo album, Music for People Who Believe in Love, which dropped May 23. See the Jo Bros' Greetings From Your Hometown cover art reveal below. Kevin Jonas reveals he started seeing therapist after Jonas Brothers' latest tour: ‘All the depression, it's real'

Popstar Kevin Jonas has revealed that the latest tour with his brothers Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas for Jonas Brothers has taken quite a toll on his mental health. The popstar admitted that he started seeking professional help to deal with highs and lows after the adrenaline rush and hectic schedule of their last tour. (Also read: 'Priyanka Chopra has so much compassion and empathy': Nick Jonas on what makes her 'absolutely incredible' mom to Malti) In an interview with People magazine, the 37-year-old popstar said, "All the depression, blues, it's real, especially after a tour. After our last tour, we did over 100 and something shows — it was too many — and we ended in Europe. I got on my plane to come home after I believe 130 shows, and I got on my flight — which was delayed terribly, which is never fun.' The Jonas Brothers recently went on their seventh world tour, titled The Tour, to promote their sixth studio album, The Album. The tour concluded last year in October and their last show was in Krakow, Poland. 'I took the first flight out from Poland to go through Munich to get home and (was) delayed for like seven hours, and then they had make a random stop in Nova Scotia. So it literally took me like an extra 18 hours to get home, and I was already fatigued and burnt out by the time I got home. My wife was like 'Something's wrong with you, are you okay?' I actually had to go start talking to a therapist about it, how to process the highs and the lows. It's so jarring,' Kevin said. The Jonas Brothers will hit the road again for the JONAS20 tour in August, once Nick Jonas wraps his Broadway run of the musical The Last Five Years. The popstar brothers will be kicking it off in their home state of New Jersey at MetLife Stadium.

Kevin Jonas Reveals He's Seeing Therapist Due to His Mental Health Struggles

Kevin Jonas opened up about his mental health struggles amid his career struggles. The musician talked about the post-show "blues" while in conversation with People Magazine, revealing that the constant adrenaline rush and being in action for over 100 shows in a tour can be brutal at times. The Jonas Brothers band member went on to admit that he is seeing a therapist to cope with the brain fatigue. While sitting down for an interview with the media portal, Jonas revealed that he was burnt out and suffered fatigue on the flight home after performing at nearly 130 concerts in Europe. Explaining further, the singer shared, "All the depression, blues—it's real, especially after a tour." He added, "After our last tour, we did over 100 and something shows — it was too many — and we ended in Europe. I got on my plane to come home after I believe 130 shows, and I got on my flight — which was delayed terribly, which is never fun." Kevin Jonas felt burnt out on his way back home Addressing his issues further, Jonas spoke about how his wife was concerned about him after he returned from his Europe tour. The musician shared, "I took the first flight out from Poland to go through Munich to get home and [was] delayed for like seven hours, and then they had to make a random stop in Nova Scotia. So it literally took me like an extra 18 hours to get home, and I was already fatigued and burnt out by the time I got home." The artist continued, "My wife was like, 'Something's wrong with you, are you okay?' I actually had to go start talking to a therapist about it, about how to process the highs and the lows. It's so jarring." In the midst of the ongoing mental struggles, Kevin Jonas, along with his two brothers, completed the seventh world tour last fall and promoted their sixth studio album, The Album. Kevin Jonas' plans to step into the Broadway Musical In his talks further, Jonas also opened up about his brother Nick Jonas' Broadway debut while revealing that he would never step into one. He shared that, more than him, it is his younger brother who has to carry the emotions and the fatigue back home too, so as to be in character for a longer period of time. Kevin explained, "[Nick] really has to live in this and I think he takes it home with him too, which is really hard if you know the show. It's emotional." He added, "Well, [Nick] leaves this theater — I think every single night — in a way, like, depressed and coming off of this emotional roller coaster. So, it's a lot to bear, and it's hard to take that with you." He said that he can only imagine what would go into preparing for a Broadway role. The Jonas Brothers will perform on the tour again for JONAS 20, once Nick is done with his Broadway shows.

Kevin Jonas is seeing therapist to cope with professional life

The tour life with erratic schedules and the adrenaline rush of performing live seem to be weighing heavy on musician Kevin Jonas . For Kevin Jonas, the post-show "blues" can be equally as brutal, reports 'People' magazine. Kevin, 37, recently spoke about the emotional toll that an international tour can take on musicians, especially coming off of the high of constant action and adrenaline. He told 'People', "All the depression, blues, it's real, especially after a tour. After our last tour, we did over 100 and something shows, it was too many, and we ended up in Europe. I got on my plane to come home after I believe 130 shows or something, and I got on my flight, which was delayed terribly, which is never fun (sic)". The Jonas Brothers recently went on their seventh world tour, 'THE TOUR', last fall in promotion of their sixth studio album, 'The Album'. As per 'People', the tour concluded in Krakow, Poland, on October 16, 2024, which was the last show of the band's European leg. Nick Jonas, Demi Lovato on tour, sings stunning duet He further mentioned, "I took the first flight out from Poland to go through Munich to get home and (was) delayed for like seven hours, and then they had make a random stop in Nova Scotia. "My wife was like 'Something's wrong with you, are you okay?' I actually had to go start talking to a therapist about it, how to process the highs and the lows, it's so jarring", he added. The musician mused about the toll all artists take on, especially his brother Nick, 32, who is currently starring in the Broadway musical 'The Last Five Years'. The show tells a nonlinear tale of two lovers, a novelist named Jamie (played by Nick) and an actress named Cathy (played by Adrienne Warren ), as they explore the beginning, middle, and ultimate end of their relationship through song. "(Nick) really has to live in this and I think he takes it home with him too, which is really hard if you know the show. It's emotional", Kevin said noting that he probably wouldn't be up for a Broadway stint himself. Check out our list of the latest Hindi , English , Tamil , Telugu , Malayalam , and Kannada movies . Blackpink Singer Lisa Hints That A New Album Is ‘Coming Soon'

Blackpink fans can rest a bit easier today, knowing that the South Korean girl group is working on new music. The band—one of the most successful all-female acts in K-pop history—has maintained an incredible track record, despite having only released two full-lengths so far. As the outfit prepares for an upcoming global tour, many have expected new music to arrive. While there hasn't been a major announcement, one of the four members has now offered a soft confirmation that something exciting is in the works. 'Actually, we were in the studio a few days ago,' Lisa shared with Variety. The singer and rapper, who was promoting a new collection with Bose, didn't reveal too much more. When asked about an upcoming album, Lisa added, 'You have to be patient about it. It's coming soon, I promise.' By the time a new full-length from Blackpink does arrive, it may have been nearly three years since the group's last complete release. The band has only shared two full-lengths to date: 2021's The Album and Born Pink, which dropped in September 2022. Both were massive commercial successes, with the latter becoming Blackpink's first No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in the U.S., while its predecessor stalled in the runner-up position. Blackpink is set to begin its global tour in July, kicking things off in its home country of South Korea. From there, the outfit will visit cities across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. After a months-long break—perhaps to support a new release—the tour resumes in January 2026 with a trio of concerts in Tokyo. While Blackpink has been fairly quiet as a group recently, the members have stayed busy. In the past several months, Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa have each released solo collections. Three of those climbed into the top 10 on the Billboard 200, and most of the singers have landed hits on the Hot 100 and earned major radio success. The most successful has been Rosé, whose Bruno Mars collaboration, 'Apt.,' has rewritten the rules regarding what female K-pop soloists can achieve on the Billboard charts. The tune rose to No. 1 on the Pop Airplay chart and stands as the highest-rising solo cut by any female artist from the genre on the Hot 100.
