However, 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' star denied the rumours. What did Jamie Foxx reveal? In a Hollywood Reporter Round Table, Foxx recalled being an inch away from his life when he was hospitalised in 2023. Even while he was heavily sedated, the 57-year-old actor snuck a phone and saw the speculations that P. Diddy tried to kill him. 'I didn't know what the outside world was saying, and I couldn't get my mind around the fact that I had a stroke. I'm in f—g perfect shape. (I see things like,) 'Puffy tried to kill me,' he stated before declaring, 'No, Puffy didn't try to kill me.' Not the first time Jamie Foxx said a loud That wasn't the first time Jamie Foxx tried to bring the rumours to a public platform. 'The next morning, I said, 'I know what's up, you're trying to clone me and make me white so I'll sell better overseas.' The psychiatrist says, 'Are you all right?' And I say, 'Am I all right or am I all white? I saw you trying to get the white motherf–king Jamie Foxx and it ain't going to happen.' Pedro Pascal and Austin Butler Jump in to Help Emma Stone from a Bee at Cannes Red Carpet

Emma Stone had a close encounter with a bee at the Cannes Film Festival. On Friday, May 16, at one of the most highly acclaimed film festivals in the world, Emma Stone squared off with an insect. This was on the red carpet of the premiere of her latest film, Eddington. As seen in a clip that was posted by Variety, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 actress could be seen posing for pictures. Meanwhile, Emma Stone could also be seen standing between her Eddington co-stars, Pedro Pascal and Austin Butler. Soon, when the actress noticed a bee flying over her head, she was seen pointing towards the insect. This all had interrupted her posing session as she recoiled from the insect with a laugh. However, she was lucky that her castmates were present right around. Pedro Pascal and Austin Butler soon jumped in to save the actress from Zombieland: Double Tap. The Narcos actor and Butler had jumped in and had prevented Emma Stone from any stings. In the video by the outlet, Austin Butler can be seen briefly blowing in the direction of the bee. This was also when Pedro Pascal was seen swatting at it. The events of the movie take place in May 2020. It was last year that the actor from The Bikeriders had described filming Eddington as "a wild adventure that I got to go on" while talking to The Hollywood Reporter. The movie in question, however, is intriguing for many. This is a film that has reunited Joaquin Phoenix with his Beau Is Afraid writer-director, Aster.

Andrew Garfield teases return to Spider-Man but says there's only one way it would work

Andrew Garfield has shared that he would be willing to return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Spider Man but with a specific condition – it must be 'very weird'. After his turn playing the eponymous superhero in 2012's The Amazing Spider-Man and 2014's The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Garfield reprised his role in Spider-Man: No Way Home in 2021, alongside Tobey Maguire and Tom Holland 's versions of the character. With the introduction of the multiverse now allowing different actors who have previously played the same character to interact and share the screen, fans have been clamouring to see Garfield return to the MCU. The Social Network star, however, has stayed coy on whether he will be making an appearance in the forthcoming Spider-Man instalment with Tom Holland, but has revealed what he needs of the story to make a proper comeback. At a recent appearance at the Middle East Film & Comic Con in Abu Dhabi, Garfield was asked if he would return as his rendition of the web-slinging superhero. 'I really love playing Spider-Man. I would love to play the character again in some capacity, but I think it would have to be very weird,' he said. 'I think I would want to do something very strange. I would want to do something very unique, and offbeat, and surprising, kind of like the creative freedom that they have with the animated Spider-Verse movies. I think they're so great and you can honour the character in so many different ways through the multiverse.' Earlier this year in January, Garfield denied he would be returning again in the fourth instalment of the Spider-Man films starring Holland. 'I'm gonna disappoint you,' he told GQ magazine. 'Yeah, no. But I know no one's gonna to trust anything I say from now on.' 'If it felt in line with my soul and was gonna be fun. Maybe I'm gonna have like five kids at some point, and I'm gonna need to start saving up for the school tuition or something,' he joked. However, fans remain suspicious as he also denied he would be in Spider-Man: No Way Home in the years before its release. In an interview last year, Garfield spoke about being 'left dangling' after The Amazing Spider-Man 3 was dumped following mixed reviews and a middling run at the box office, but did add that he would '100 per cent come back if it was the right thing, if it's additive to the culture, if there's a great concept or something that hasn't been done before that's unique and odd and exciting and that you can sink your teeth into'. 'I love that character, and it brings joy. If part of what I bring is joy, then I'm joyful in return,' he told Esquire. In an Actors-on-Actors interview with Zendaya in 2022, Garfield said his Spider-Man experience left him 'heartbroken'. 'When I did my first Spider-Man film, I was your age – 25, 26. And I wasn't ready, man. I was like, 'I need to back off, because I don't know who I am yet. And my prefrontal cortex is still forming,'' he told her. Garfield has previously suggested that he was too young when he was cast as Spider-Man, saying in 2016: 'There's something about being that young in that kind of machinery that I think is really dangerous. I was still young enough to struggle with the value system, I suppose, of corporate America... I found that really, really tricky.' 'I signed up to serve the story and to serve this incredible character that I've been dressing as since I was three, and then it gets compromised and it breaks your heart. I got heartbroken a little bit.'

Why Hans Zimmer's Passed on Scoring MCU Films: 'I've Done the Trifecta'

Hans Zimmer is still not interested in joining the MCU. The two-time Oscar-winning composer has previously said how he's 'retired' from working on superhero films after 2016's Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice was apparently 'very hard' to work on. He's already worked on The Dark Knight trilogy, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Wonder Woman 1984 and X-Men: Dark Phoenix. However, when it came to teaming up with Marvel, officially, he's declined. I'm kind of surprised the official MCU has never come calling or if they have, you've said no?' Josh Horowitz asked Zimmer on Thursday's Happy Sad Confused podcast episode. Zimmer responded, 'They have, and it was always — timing wasn't great. And really, quite honestly, I'm looking for other things right now. Look, I've done the trifecta. I've done Batman, Superman, Spider-Man and Wonder Woman! I mean, what do you want me to do? Some of the minor characters? Probably yes.' Horowitz chimed in, adding, 'This is Hans Zimmer, folks. Come on!' Zimmer then noted, 'That was very arrogant of me to say that but actually Kevin Feige said that to me, 'Hans, what are you complaining about?'' While his work in superhero films is over, his friendships and professional relationships with his collaborators remain strong. Most notably, with Christopher Nolan, who Zimmer worked with on Inception and then Interstellar and Dunkirk after The Dark Knight trilogy. Zimmer added that he's also not interested in working on any Star Wars projects either because he'd have to 'reinvent' it. The composer's additional credits include the Dune films, Pirates of the Caribbean movies, Gladiator, The Lion King, Top Gun: Maverick and many more.
