Hollywood star Anne Hathaway appears in high spirits as she poses in Arsenal shirt ahead of her beloved team's match against PSG
Anne Hathaway appeared in high spirits on Tuesday as she prepared to watch her beloved team Arsenal take on PSG. The Hollywood actress, 42, posed in the team's red shirt, with a cream and orange New York jacket on top. Anne accessorised with stylish shades and a cap, and captioned the fun Instagram post: 'Quite a Tuesday...' with a heart-eye emoji. The Devil Wears Prada star previously declared her love for Arsenal when a video went viral of her celebrating Leandro Trossard scoring against Wolves last season. Trossard subsequently sent Anne a video message, as he said: 'Hey Anne, I really loved your celebration the other day for my goal. 'Keep supporting us, and hopefully we'll see you soon at the Emirates.' Anne watched the video with her The Idea of You co-star and fellow Arsenal supporter Nicholas Galitzine, and said she was 'shaking' after being left stunned that Trossard had got in touch. Tuesday night's Champions League clash between Arsenal and PSG will involve not just two of the game's biggest clubs, but two of its most fashionable. Arsenal and PSG have become two of the game's most stylish outfits thanks to a series of brand deals, celebrity endorsements, and how they dress. Declan Rice's side quest as a London Fashion Week model, walking the runway pitchside at the Emirates Stadium, sent a strong message: as a club, we are bold, glamorous, and high-profile. The Gunners have hoovered up celebrity fans from Anne, to Dua Lipa, to Lewis Hamilton, to Andy Murray, to long-serving matchgoer Keir Starmer. Before hammering Real Madrid 3-0 at the Emirates, they shared a video featuring an array of celebrity fans: Idris Elba, Will Poulter, Nicholas Galitzine, Marisa Abela, Aurora and ODUMODUBLVCK were all involved. This is an image Arsenal are clearly leaning into. In an era of globalised fandom, this stuff matters. Anne's support for the north Londoners has generated countless headlines this year. Her rendition of The Angel, the club's anthem, was shared with her 36 million Instagram followers, helping the club reach a new audience. Dua Lipa grabbed a photo with Riccardo Calafiori - a picture shared by the club - and celebrated their historic win over Madrid with actor fiance Callum Turner, despite previously showing an affiliation with Liverpool. And so PSG have their own army of celebrity fans from across the world - F1 star Pierre Gasly, actor Leonardo DiCaprio, NFL legend Tom Brady, singers Beyonce and Pharrell Williams, and basketball ace Giannis Antetokounmpo. Ask Rihanna and she might have split loyalties - the pop star has previously declared herself a fan of Arsenal and Manchester United, while she has also attended PSG's Parc des Princes before. It's a similar story with Kim Kardashian, who has been a guest of honour for PSG while also watching Arsenal and posing with their kit. Fickle? It's hard to explain exactly why these celebrities have these associations. DiCaprio has been pictured at PSG multiple times, even taking girlfriend Camilla Morrone to watch them against Liverpool in 2018, but there's no apparent reason for his connection.

Corsicana: The Best (New) Little Art Town In Texas
Hable Gallery, Corsicana, TX Corsicana, Texas is slowly building buzz in the art world. The small town of 25,000 located about 50 miles southeast of Dallas has been steadily drawing creatives in recent years, thanks to large, historic and affordable spaces ideal for artist studios and galleries. There are more museums in this one-time oil town one would expect, a very well respected artist and writer's residency, and as of January, another gallery that's adding to the burgeoning art scene. Rinne Allen Hable Gallery is the brainchild of sisters Susan and Katharine Hable, Corsicana natives who flew the proverbial coop as college students. Their gallery, located in a 1925 building that once housed Dyer's Department Store, shows Susan's works — collages, paintings, ceramics, sculpture and her latest creative foray, jewelry – as well as paintings by Carol John and Jeannie Weissglass, and photographs and prints by Rinne Allen. But the Hables see the space as more than just a gallery — they are hoping to create a place that fosters community by hosting workshops, pop-up dinners and whatever else might work in a given moment. 'When I was growing up, my parents didn't know what to do with me. There were two artists in town and I worked in one of their studios and took some classes,' recalled Susan of her early artistic proclivities. 'We've had a lot of people come in that said they'd never been to an art gallery before. We want to be accessible, to introduce and expose people to the arts, do things for the community and add to the culture of the town.' Katharine and Susan Hable in their gallery in Corsicana, Texas. The time was right. 'We're both in our 50s, and we've had a lot of experience separately and together,' noted Susan. In 1999, while living in New York City, the sisters formed Hable Construction, a design company which today has collections of furniture, lighting, fabric, wallpaper, rugs and decorative accessories for the likes of Hickory Chair, Visual Comfort, and Soicher Marin. Theirs was (and remains) a classic right brain – left brain partnership with Susan as creative director and Katharine handling sales and operations. For decades both sisters lived in the Big Apple. They got married, had children, and at one point had a retail shop in the West Village. Hable Gallery is located in a building that once housed Dyer's department store When they spotted the Dyer building two years ago, they had both left New York and were living in Athens, Georgia. Susan had been creating and selling art for over a decade (Fun fact: the Atlanta gallery that represents her was featured in the movie 'The Idea of You,' with Anne Hathaway as the gallery owner). Katharine was running Hable Construction and toying with the idea of moving back to Texas. Both had loved retail. The stars aligned. Susan Hable's latest creative foray is a line of jewelry, crafted in Jaipur, India. The new gallery afforded the perfect opportunity and venue to introduce Susan's latest creative foray: jewelry. She had studied jewelry design in Italy while a college student, and after graduating worked for Brenda Schoenfeld in Dallas and, later, for Kara Varian Baker in San Francisco. rinne allen Creating her own jewelry collection was always in the back of her mind, and, after several years of development, those stars also aligned. The sculptural pieces — earrings, necklaces and rings — are predominantly stone-forward, with hand carved ebony, lapis lazuli, Egyptian amber, emerald, malachite, peridot and coral, most set in 18k gold. Susan also designed 18k gold pieces to layer in with the stones, from a 'Marigold' chain necklace to artisanal hoop earrings. rinne allen These gems are displayed in antique cases; many are set on vintage silk velvet boxes sourced from the avid flea-marketer's travels. The response so far has been enthusiastic. So much so that Susan, an admitted 'hands on person,' has been teaching herself to carve ebony. Another Jaipur trip is on the books to create pieces to meet the demand. 'Jewelry and art go hand in hand,' she observed. 'We had a nice opening and so far we've been well received. I feel like we've done the right thing.' Hable Gallery, 120 West Collin Street, Corsicana, TX;

Reality TV Wades Into Cross-Generational Dating Pools
Age-gap relationships are nothing new when it comes to depictions of older men in TV and film plots. But a wave of recent releases, including 'Babygirl,' 'The Idea of You,' 'Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy" and 'Lonely Planet,' have zeroed in on romantic and sexual relationships between women in midlife and younger men. Two new reality dating spinoffs are now catching up. Bravo's 'Love Hotel,' which premiered Sunday, features three over-50 'Real Housewives' — Luann de Lesseps, 59, Gizelle Bryant, 54, and Shannon Beador, 61 — looking for love among eligible bachelors whose ages range from their 30s to their 60s at a luxury resort in Los Cabos, Mexico. (Ashley Darby, 36, rounds out the group of bachelorettes.) In the first episode Bryant asks Wale Alesh, 38, if he wants children. When he responds that he does, the cameras cut to Bryant in an interview filmed after. 'Gizelle doesn't have a uterus, so that means we aren't compatible,' she says, speaking in the third person. Meeting Jay Bramble, 46, Bryant explained: 'My three daughters are in college. I have the house to myself, so I just walk around naked.' He responded, 'You're living the dream.' Bryant, who is divorced and who dated the 'Winter House' cast member Jason Cameron, 38, on a past season of 'The Real Housewives of Potomac,' said it's important that audiences see mature women living vital love lives. 'Hey, ain't nobody dead because they have, like, jumped over 39,' she said in an interview. Bryant added that the program gives the women a chance to show 'we can spend whatever days we have left in a happy place with somebody that, you know, you really want to rock out with.' Several of de Lesseps's relationships and marriages were chronicled on 'The Real Housewives of New York,' but she said 'Love Hotel' gives her an opportunity to show that she's 'in the driver's seat' when it comes to dating. 'I'm not 20 anymore. I feel like 20, but I'm at a different stage of dating,' de Lesseps said, adding: 'I make my own money, my kids are grown.' Their attitudes reflect the fact that Americans are marrying later now than they did 50 years ago, for example, according to median age charts for first marriages from the U.S. Census Bureau. And the experiences of more seasoned daters are not often portrayed on most reality dating shows. ABC's 'Bachelor' franchise capitalized on that starting in 2023, when it looked to pair the 72-year-old widower Gerry Turner with the 60-and-up contestants of 'The Golden Bachelor.' The next year, Joan Vassos, then 61, searched for love on 'The Golden Bachelorette.' This summer, the popular spinoff 'Bachelor in Paradise' will feature 35-and-under singles from the original show alongside 'Golden' hopefuls, including Gary Levingston, 66, of 'The Golden Bachelorette.' The logistics of the show, and whether the contestants will be grouped by age, has not been announced, but the draw of heaping them all into the same show seemed clear to Levingston. Without age diversity among contestants, he said, 'you've left out a part of the market segment that's still out here.'

These Little Books Are Turning Readers Into Big Romance Fans
When Claire Mazur and Erica Cerulo started reading romance books five years ago, they found they couldn't stop. Robinne Lee's 'The Idea of You,' about a boy-band frontman falling for an older woman, and Talia Hibbert's 'Take a Hint, Dani Brown,' in which two friends pretend to be a couple, were their gateway drugs. Soon they were both 'neck deep,' as Cerulo put it, in the genre's escapist plotlines and explicit sex scenes. The two women are longtime friends and co-founders of an e-commerce business, a podcast and a newsletter. 'We were talking about romance so much with each other, I remember really consciously being like, 'We're not starting a business around this,'' Mazur said.
