Laddoos Just Got Interesting And Healthy With This Karishma Tanna-Approved Recipe
Actor Karishma Tanna loves to sweat it out in the gym to maintain that toned physique. She recently took to her Instagram account to share a delicious laddu recipe that she loves adding to her diet. In order to complete her protein requirement, Karishma Tanna relished a protein fibre-rich ladoo recipe for her morning pre-workout snack, the recipe of which has been provided by her mother-in-law. "Protein fibre-rich ladoos, which are perfect for a morning pre-workout snack or evening hunger pangs. Who wants a recipe? Recipe by my MIL (mother-in-law)... Dm me (sic)," she wrote on her Instagram handle. Sharing the ingredients, Karishma Tanna included the ingredients, which include oats, makhana, ghee, jaggery, roasted cashew, along with almonds, raisins, and cardamom powder. Recipe Of Karishma Tanna's Protein-Rich Laddoo The Scoop actor shared the recipe for these ladoos with her Insta Fam: Dry roast the makana and oats on a low flame, and semi-grind them in a mixi. Semi-grind roasted cashews and almonds as well. You can also add flaxseed to it. Now, add one teaspoon of ghee and add the roasted, crushed nuts to it. Put melted jaggery in a pan and add makhana, oats, nuts, and cardamom powder to it. Mix it all well and make appetizing laddoos. While these laddus are healthy and good for you, you should always check with a healthcare provider before adding any recipe to your diet.

Thames-side cinema is back in London this summer – and it's totally free
Big-screen evenings are coming back to the banks of the Thames this summer. To add to the swelling range of outdoor cinema options for Londoners this summer, London Bridge's The Scoop amphitheatre is hosting another two months of al fresco movies – and they're entirely free for all-comers. Summer by the River will be creating a beachy vibe in the riverside nook. There are also sporting events on the big screen – Wimbledon and UEFA Women's Euros – plus music, performances and family-friendly entertainment on the schedule. The film screenings run on Tuesdays, with evening movies starting at 7pm. Look out for a Wicked singalong on July 22. Justin Baldoni's lawsuit against Blake Lively dismissed
(NewsNation) — A judge on Monday dismissed a lawsuit filed by actor and director Justin Baldoni against his 'It Ends With Us' co-star Blake Lively after she sued him last year for sexual harassment and retaliation. The judge said Baldoni could revise the lawsuit if he wanted to pursue different claims related to whether Lively breached or interfered with a contract. His legal team indicated it planned to do so. Clooney was later blamed, as well as others in the Democratic Party, for Biden's cover-up, as he admitted in the piece, he had seen Biden's demise up close and had not acted sooner. But still, it is Abedin (soon to be Soros), Clinton and Clooney who are considered the female triumvirate of the Democratic Party. 'If these people are picking the new party head, we are in trouble,' said an insider. Abedin is marrying the young Soros heir on June 14 in the Hamptons, and the Democratic royalty will all be there … I can only imagine what 'plans' are afoot to revive the party. Bryan Freedman, Justin Baldoni's lawyer in the 'It Ends With Us' legal battle, shocked everyone when he wrote a letter to the judge, claiming he had evidence that Lively (via her lawyers to Swift's lawyers) threatened to release incriminating text messages if Swift didn't offer a public show of support after the Super Bowl. Lively's lawyers have called this claim 'completely false,' but the Daily Mail later wrote that Scott Swift, Taylor's father, was Freedman's source of information, sharing the story in order to get his daughter out of testifying. Prince Harry 'very lonely' in Montecito, turning into 'Uncle Edward': Friends (It worked. Freedman is no longer subpoenaing Swift to testify in the case). But the friendship damage was done.
