Minnie Ntuli makes a highly anticipated return to Gagasi FM's 'The Uprising,' reuniting with co-host Felix Hlophe after a brief hiatus. Image: Facebook/@Minne Ntuli Gagasi FM's Minnie Ntuli is back on the airwaves. The radio presenter returned to her morning slot on "The Uprising" alongside Felix Hlophe after stepping away from her duties in July. The station announced the news in a social media post on Monday morning, revealing that Ntuli has officially resumed her role. During her time away, her seat on the popular breakfast show was taken over by fellow presenter Nkulee Mbatha. Ntuli's absence followed a dramatic clash that was revealed during 'The Real Housewives of Durban' reunion, which caused a stir both on and off screen. In the heated moment, a never-before-seen clip was played, showing fellow castmate Londie London questioning Ntuli about her upbringing. Ntuli felt the comment was a direct insult to her parents. The confrontation quickly escalated, with Ntuli hurling a cushion across the room and accusing London of 'dishonouring' her parents. The tension boiled over when Ntuli poked London in the forehead while shouting insults, leaving her stunned but composed as she labelled Ntuli a 'bully.' At the time, the station publicly acknowledged her actions, saying she had apologised to the production team and her fellow cast members and reassured listeners that they were committed to supporting a process of healing and reconciliation. 'Our focus is on promoting reconciliation. Both Minnie and the other cast members are professionals in the media industry, and it is likely they will work together again in future,' the statement read. With Ntuli now back behind the mic, Gagasi FM appears ready to move forward. The comment section under the station's Facebook post has been filled with positivity, with fans celebrating her comeback. Many said they missed her voice and the energy she brings to mornings, and that they are excited to hear her back on the air alongside Hlophe. Petition launched to oust reality star from radio and TV following assault
GAGASI FM's Minnie Ntuli is in hot water following the circulation of a video clip where she's seen physically confronting a fellow cast member of the Real Housewives of Durban | File STAFF REPORTER A heated confrontation between Gagasi FM's prominent radio presenter, Minenhle "Minnie" Ntuli, and reality show star Londie London has escalated into a public outcry, sparking a petition for her removal from both radio and television. As a co-host of the flagship morning programme, The Uprising, Minnie's aggressive behaviour, captured in a viral video, has left viewers stunned and calling for accountability. The altercation occurred during an episode of The Real Housewives of Durban (RHOD) on Showmax, where Minnie's fiery exchange with Londie involved her shouting disparaging remarks and pushing Londie in the forehead. The confrontation began with Minnie angrily throwing down a couch's cushion and getting up to confront Londie, whilst pointing her finger and expressing her displeasure with comments made about her parents, demanding respect while labelling Londie a "mean girl." The video clip shows Londie, calm and seated, responding with a smile, repeatedly asking, "Wenzani? (What are you doing?)" as she attempts to downplay Minnie's aggressive stance. In the short clip, Minnie is heard saying, on top of her voice: "Do you hear me? My mother is not your friend, my father is not your friend. My parents have worked damn hard. I am telling you my parents have worked damn hard. "Don't you ever disrespect my parents... You are a mean girl. You're condescending and now you've found your match, baby. Bye!.. You still work on your back!" A calm Londie, with arms folded, repeatedly asks: "Wenzani? (What are you doing?)". Londie continues to say: "Who was the aggressor? You just need an excuse to beat a girl up. You are a bully. You are horrible. You are not my match, sisi." Minnie is seen pushing Londie in the forehead with her finger, and her head jerks back. Palesa Mashaba, a concerned viewer, has launched an online petition to remove Minnie from her media roles due to what she describes as violent behaviour. This follows extensive backlash from fans who viewed Minnie's actions as disrespectful and unacceptable. Many have condemned her for perpetuating a toxic culture in reality television, prompting a broader conversation about accountability in the entertainment industry. Londie, whose real name is Londiwe Zulu, is pursuing legal recourse for the physical confrontation against Minnie. In response to the growing outrage, Gagasi FM released a statement affirming their stance against bullying and aggression. The station acknowledged the situation and revealed that Minnie has taken "full accountability" for her actions. They reported that she expressed remorse and has penned an apology letter directed at the cast and production team of The Real Housewives of Durban, which is set to be shared during the upcoming reunion special. A few weeks ago, after another disagreement with a cast member, Minnie temporarily locked and deleted some of her social media accounts after being labelled a bully by viewers. It's not clear what has been the cause of animosity between the two but throughout season 5 of RHOD, they've butted heads in a one-sided rivalry that came from the Gagasi FM presenter towards Londie. Gagasi FM has committed to addressing the issue seriously, stating that Minnie has vowed to seek professional help to manage her emotional responses. Their statement reassured audiences that they value accountability and will strive for open dialogue in resolving such incidents. The station said the presenter has committed to seeking professional assistance to better manage her emotional responses. "We assure our listeners, clients, and partners that we are treating the matter with the seriousness and care it deserves."

Inside eerie BBC set used to film terrifying zombie show that's now left to rot
After wandering onto the long-abandoned set of a seriously creepy zombie drama, urban explorer Daniel Sims encountered a number of eerie finds, including a forgotten graveyard Concealed within a woodland clearing in Altrincham, Trafford, is a mini-apocalyptic wasteland - and those who find themselves there may well find themselves looking over their shoulder. The undeniably creepy site was once a bustling filming location for the critically acclaimed zombie series In The Flesh. Set in the fictional Lancashire village of Roarton, the series follows the plight of formerly flesh-eating zombies who have since been rehabilitated and reintegrated into society. However, the nightmare is far from over for the sufferers of Partially Deceased Syndrome (PDS), who face violent prejudices and grim flashbacks of their bloody behaviour during 'The Uprising'. The BBC Three series, which aired between 2013 and 2014, was well received, and even won a BAFTA for Best British Mini Series. In a huge blow to fans, BBC Three announced in January 2015 that budget cuts meant there wouldn't be a third season. Still, traces of the eerie world remain long after the cameras stopped rolling, with graves, aeroplanes, and even a zombie army barracks discovered at the long-abandoned set. Urban explorer Daniel Sims, 32, visited the disused site alongside his friend Micky and shared how it now looks even more like the end of the world than it did 10 years ago, having fallen into complete disrepair. It makes for an creepy sight. YouTuber Daniel said: "The set consists of a graveyard and a swamp, as well as other individual pieces. Most of the props, such as the graves, aeroplane and crocodile, are very realistic-looking, whilst actually being made completely out of polystyrene, plastic and MDF, and then intricately painted. "It seems that vandals have attacked the site a bit, but much still remains. There is one grave lying before a green swamp, which lights up and really sets the scene, as well as the graveyard giving it a spooky, random vibe. The aeroplane is quite detailed and definitely interesting to photograph as it's decaying away." In footage uploaded to his YouTube channel, Bearded Reality, adventurous Daniel can be seen peeking into fake open graves and observing realistic wooden crosses. At one point, he comes across an old boat inside an overgrown swamp area, coated in thick moss. He also finds himself wandering into fake army barracks, complete with ominous 'do not cross' tape offering a foreboding warning. Whether or not In The Flesh will ever be revived from its TV cancellation grave remains to be seen, but the set likely won't need too much updating should this long-awaited resurrection ever occur...
