The Young and the Restless spoilers: Aristotle's party bombshell rocks Genoa City?

Before The Young and the Restless' Aristotle Dumas makes his official debut, we already have to credit him for accomplishing one triumph. We can't recall the last time a character was mentioned so many times on the soap and so impactful to the canvas of the series, despite never appearing. Aristotle's name has been on the tip of nearly everyone's tongue in Genoa City, with the Newmans, the Abbotts, the Winters/Hastings bunch and Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) all wanting to know more about the mysteries surrounding this secretive business tycoon. Now, there have been a few hints to suggest Aristotle's true intentions and identity. Billy (Jason Thompson) and Amanda (Mishael Morgan) have said repeatedly that Aristotle wasn't happy with the way Victor (Eric Braeden) acquired Chancellor, and Aristotle has his eyes on taking the company. As far as Aristotle's real identity, Victor and Michael (Christian Leblanc) tossed around the possibility that he is Tucker (Trevor St. John), based on Aristotle's interest in Chancellor and the Winters family. Plus, the Mustache assumed there was a connection between Glissade and the names of Aristotle's companies. However, our best guess is that Aristotle is Cane. That would explain the connection to Chancellor and the Winters family and Aristotle's alleged admiration of Neil (Kristoff St. John), while also fitting our theory that Aristotle's push to acquire Chancellor is about getting the company to give to Lily (Christel Khalil) a big gesture to win her back. With all that being said, it looks like Aristotle's big reveal is in the foreseeable future. In The Young and the Restless episode airing on May 30, Aristotle has a messenger deliver invitations around Genoa City that cordially invite people to join Aristotle for an 'extended stay at his summer home in Nice, France.' The kicker here is that the festivities start on Friday, June 13. The interesting choice in date, compounded with the fact that he invited all the big players in town (Victor and the Newmans included), leads us to believe Aristotle has some big surprises in store. Naturally, we think Aristotle will finally unveil his real identity. That in itself will be enough to make attendees drop their jaws. However, we suspect he may have something else up his sleeve that may come as an even bigger shocker. If we had to guess what that may be, we've whittled our list down to two possibilities. First, we suspect there's a chance Aristotle reveals a major move he's made against Victor. Perhaps Aristotle has convinced the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice that Victor acquired Chancellor through improper means, and the federal government has therefore voided the sale. If that turns out to be the case, ownership of Chancellor could be up for grabs, unless Aristotle has already purchased it. Our other guess is that Aristotle lets it be known that he actually has an accomplice in all of this. Amanda confirmed that Aristotle is a man, but there have been rumors out there about the possibility that Aristotle could be Lily's mom, Druscilla (Victoria Rowell). Perhaps both are true to a degree. Yes, Druscilla is believed to have died long ago, but in soapy fashion, maybe she's been alive all this time and connected with the guy behind Aristotle, and the two have been working together for a few years, waiting for the right time to tell it all. Admittedly, this is a bombshell theory that borders on far-fetched, but we won't rule it out. For now, as we wait to see what happens at this Aristotle party, we'll just mark Friday, June 13, on our calendar. New episodes of The Young and the Restless air weekdays on CBS. Episodes become available to stream on Paramount Plus the next day.

The Young and the Restless spoilers: Damian fired and Holden gets intriguing new job

When you buy through links on our articles, Future and its syndication partners may earn a commission. When The Young and the Restless' Damian (Jermaine Rivers) and Holden (Nathan Owens) arrived in Genoa City, it seemed as if the two were a packaged deal. After they dropped the charade of Holden pretending to be Damian, it was revealed that Damian was a CEO working for Aristotle Dumas, and Holden was Damian's right-hand man. Additionally, Damian and Holden were best friends. Fast forward to the present, and the dynamic between the duo has become rather complex. Damian has slowly been trying to repair a relationship with his mother, while getting to know Nate (Sean Dominic) as his brother and trying to earn some trust with Lily (Christel Khalil) and Devon (Bryton James). Holden, on the other hand, has more or less felt like an outsider in Genoa City, with no one willing to give him the benefit of the doubt outside of Claire (Hayley Erin). Although he has a romantic history with Audra (Zuleyka Silver) and would like to at least be her friend, she's been rather prickly and dismissive of him. Despite Holden's borderline pariah status, he's remained in town, knowing he's at least working as Damian's number two for Aristotle. Sadly, in The Young and the Restless episode airing on June 2, Damian gets the news from Aristotle's assistant that he's been fired ahead of Aristotle's secret French bash. While Damin doesn't seem terribly bothered by the news since he just accepted a job offer at Winters, he is concerned about what this now means for Holden. Even though Lily got Damian a job at Winters, she hasn't extended that same courtesy to Holden, so it looks like he'll be unemployed. But loyal to his friend, Damian tries to get Holden a new role at a new company in Genoa City. After sharing the firing news with Lily, Audra and Nate, Damian gets the idea to pitch Holden to Audra. Damian surmises that Holden could be a great employee for Audra at her new business, Vibrante. Of course, Audra gets a bit cagey about the idea. She even makes excuses why Holden won't be a good fit. However, Damian counters that Holden is a great employee. With all that being said, we have a feeling that Holden has no intention of returning to LA, at least not in the foreseeable future. The suave and vesper-drinking newcomer probably plans to stick around in Genoa City, but he will need a new job. If we had to guess, he'll land at one of three companies. First, we can't rule out the possibility that Audra will reluctantly offer Holden a position at Vibrante. While she obviously has some residual feelings for him and rather not work so closely together, we think she'll come to realize that if she pushes too hard against the idea, Lily and Nate may grow to suspect she doesn't want to partner with him because they still share a romantic connection she's trying to deny. So, rather than give Lily more ammunition not to trust her, Audra will bite the bullet and hire Holden. If Holden doesn't wind up at Vibrante, our next best guess is Newman Enterprises. Holden may not know a ton about Aristotle, but he's worked at Aristotle's companies. Therefore, Victor (Eric Braeden) may see Holden as an asset in this bubbling war with the mystery tycoon. Plus, with a glowing recommendation from Claire, Victor may be willing to give Holden a trial run. It should also be noted that we've always gotten the vibe that Holden is willing to play in those grey areas, and with Michael (Christian LeBlanc) no longer working for The Mustache, he may be able to use Holden's unique abilities. Now, if Holden doesn't find a home at Vibrante or Newman Enterprises, then perhaps Holden will take his talents to Chancellor with Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott). It bears repeating that Nikki could truly use some more assistance in the executive suite at the huge corporation. Yes, she has Claire working for her, but a company this size likely needs some more executive experience, especially with Aristotle lurking about to take the business. Again, Claire could put in a good word for Holden with her grandmother. Wherever Holden ends up, we can't wait to see his next act. He's new on the CBS soap, but he's intriguing to watch. New episodes of The Young and the Restless air weekdays on CBS. Episodes become available to stream on Paramount Plus the next day.

The Young and the Restless spoilers: what is Aristotle's real motive?

When you buy through links on our articles, Future and its syndication partners may earn a commission. One of the biggest mysteries in all of daytime TV right now is the identity of The Young and the Restless' Aristotle Dumas. Sure, there are questions swirling around who's been trying to kill Sonny (Maurice Benard) on General Hospital, and what Martin (Brandon Claybon) has been hiding on Beyond the Gates, but the real person behind Aristotle Dumas is arguably bigger than those for one simple reason in our eyes — Victor (Eric Braeden). It's been teased that the successful Aristotle is the only one who has been able to go toe-to-toe with The Great Victor Newman in business, and those are bragging rights no one really has the pleasure of having. Plus, Aristotle has managed to impact every major family in town, and yet, no one seems to know what he's up to. They don't know what he's after, who he's after and why he's inserting himself in the Genoa City corporate world. Zeroing in on this last point, what is Aristotle's real motive? That's a question we've given some real thought to. Most people don't go around provoking Victor, because whether you like him or not, he's a masterful tactician and has a knack for usually coming out on top. So doing anything to prompt Victor to do so much as raise an eyebrow is dangerous. According to Billy (Jason Thompson), Aristotle allegedly has a vested interest in acquiring Chancellor to get one up on Victor. However, this seems like a lofty goal for Aristotle just to say he beat The Newman patriarch. Not only is the company huge, but we're still having a hard time imagining the complexities it would take to steal Chancellor from The Mustache. When Victor took it from Billy, he technically bought the company from the owner, Billy's mom Jill (Jess Walton). We don't envision Victor just stripping the business from Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and handing it to Aristotle, nor do we see a plan yet for how Aristotle could launch a hostile takeover. Again, because of this, we picture Aristotle would have to jump through a lot of hoops just to tell Victor, 'I beat you.' Now if Aristotle turns out to be Tucker, then Aristotle's motivation to get Chancellor makes sense. Chancellor was the corporate baby of Tucker's mom, and he's been trying to acquire it for years to preserve a legacy for Devon (Bryton James). Plus, we imagine Tucker is still livid with Victor for working with Audra (Zuleyka Silver) to steal Glissade. Even if Aristotle is Cane, it makes sense for him to want Chancellor if he wants it to make a grand gesture to win Lily (Christel Khalil) back. After all, Aristotle has been doing some digging into Winters, but was that fact-finding mission more about Lily herself? But with The Young and the Restless writers opting to bring back blasts from the past lately, we have to think that Aristotle's gripe with Victor is both deeply personal and from yesteryear. If writers can bring back storylines involving Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) and Eve Howard (Margaret Mason) via Jordan (Colleen Zenk) and Claire (Hayley Erin), we have to consider that Aristotle could be a member of the Prentiss family. In the early days of The Young and the Restless, the Prentiss family was one of the core clans of Genoa City and had a corporation that Victor once stole. Lucas Prentiss (Tom Ligon) came up with a scheme to get it back, in which Lorie Brooks (Jaime Lyn Bauer) seduced Victor and convinced him to marry her. Then, right before the wedding, she got Victor to sign over the company to her so she could get it to the Prentiss family. Lucas wound up leaving town, but could he return, still peeved by Victor's actions decades ago and hoping to go after Victor? Anything is possible. With summer around the corner, we just hope the real Aristotle surfaces. We don't want all the mystery surrounding this enigma carrying into the fall. I can't help but think The Young and the Restless' Kyle and Claire are about to experience some infidelity

When you buy through links on our articles, Future and its syndication partners may earn a commission. As if it weren't enough that The Young and the Restless' Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Claire (Hayley Erin) were having to contend with Victor's (Eric Braeden) interference and Summer (Allison Lanier) looming around offscreen, I can't help but think the happy couple has some infidelity in their near future. If you've been keeping up with the episodes, you're probably thinking I'm referring to Kyle and Audra (Zuleyka Silver). Thanks to Victor's enticing offer, Audra has made it her mission to destroy #Kylaire, and at Victor's suggestion, it seems as if Audra is willing to achieve that mission by enticing him a bit, using their past chemistry as bait. While I was initially side-eyeing the prospect of Audra using her powers of seduction, that changed when Holden (Nathan Owens) astutely pointed out that it appears Audra may still have lingering feelings for Kyle. Sure, she's been livid with him for getting her fired from Glissade and she thinks of him as an entitled brat, but their banter isn't completely of the 'I hate you' variety. Thinking about this, their vibe actually reminds me of Niles (Daniel Davis) and C.C. (Lauren Lane) on The Nanny or Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie in Mr. & Mrs. Smith. Kyle and Audra straddle the line of wanting to metaphorically strangle each other, but perhaps they secretly see the banter as foreplay. Now I recently predicted that Audra and Kyle would find themselves having drinks soon, and in a moment of drunkenness, they would hook up. But perhaps I'm wrong. In fact, I'm starting to think Claire may actually find herself hooking up with Holden. I can imagine a scenario in which Claire spots Kyle and Audra in a compromising position and assumes the worst, believing they hit the sheets. Then, a distraught Claire goes to the Athletic Club, where she runs into Holden, and he offers her a listening ear and a few Vespers. The two have had nothing but friendly interactions so far, but who's to say a heartbroken Claire won't decide to have some fun with the handsome newcomer? To add, if Claire tells Holden that something happened between Kyle and Audra, Holden may find himself a little heartbroken. He's not so secretly been pining away for Ms. Charles, so he might find comfort in Claire as much as she'd find comfort in him. Not for nothing, I like the idea of a Kyle and Claire pairing. To be clear, this is all speculation from my part. But the wheels of this #Kylaire train seem primed to fall off soon. New episodes of The Young and the Restless air weekdays on CBS. The Young and the Restless spoilers: Holden tips the scales in the Audra and Kyle feud?

When you buy through links on our articles, Future and its syndication partners may earn a commission. Although The Young and the Restless' Holden (Nathan Owens) may not be the most popular new kid on the block, we tend to appreciate his charming allure and his knack for getting a rise out of Audra (Zuleyka Silver) and Lily (Christel Khalil). Honing in on his dynamic with Audra, it doesn't exactly take a PhD to see that Holden still has feelings for her, and she reluctantly still has a thing for him, despite her objections to the contrary and her relationship with Nate (Sean Dominic). Whatever the extent of their relationship was in LA, Audra and Holden clearly had a deep connection back then, and he aided her out of her 'LA trouble' because he likely loved her. And yet in the present, Audra continues to treat him with animosity whenever they bump into each other in Genoa City. Fast forward to The Young and the Restless episode airing on May 20, and Audra again spots Holden out and about town, this time chatting it up with Kyle (Michael Mealor) at Society. She's not pleased to see her exes talking over Vespers and rushes over to interrupt their conversation, thinking she's the topic being discussed. Funny enough, though, she becomes the topic after butting in. Holden reveals to Kyle that he knew Audra back in LA and they were 'pretty close for a while.' Kyle reveals to Holden that he worked with Audra for a short while at a failed cosmetic company. Additionally, Kyle delivers the news that Audra is starting the new cosmetic business, Vibrante. After all the information is exchanged, Kyle leaves with his takeout order, smiling because he knows new information about Audra. Alone with Audra, Holden astutely points out that her falling out with Kyle is about more than professional. She, of course, notes that her past with Kyle is none of Holden's business, and he responds by asserting he knows he sees sparks still flying between her and Kyle. With all that being said, we have a hunch that Holden will soon insert himself in this covert war between Audra and Kyle. Holden has taken an interest in the duo's dynamic, and he's not above manipulation, proven by his identity swap con with Damian (Jermaine Rivers). If we're correct, then we have to question whose side Holden may take. Our first inclination is to say Holden would back Audra. He has history with her and still loves her. However, Audra's harsh tone with him lately and her repeatedly telling him they aren't friends and to but out of her life, probably doesn't put him in a mood to aid her in anything. But if she were really savvy, she'd see Holden as an asset in breaking up Kyle and Claire (Hayley Erin), as she'd try to exploit Holden's newfound friendship with Claire to possibly lure the Newman heiress away, while Audra goes after Kyle. Even if Audra were to think of this approach, she'd have to butter Holden up and offer him something big for his help, something like a job at Vibrante. Now it's just as easy to picture Kyle enticing Holden to come work for him against Audra. Kyle could reiterate to Holden that Audra clearly broke his heart and used him, so Holden doesn't owe any loyalty to her. Kyle could also offer him a lucrative position at Jabot for his help. For now, we just have predictions about Holden being a wildcard for Kyle and Audra, but it makes sense to us, especially if a job is being teased. Not for nothing, we have a feeling Damian will soon be out with Aristotle Dumas, so Holden could be in need of a new career if Aristotle doesn't see fit to replace Damian with Holden.
