Mohamad Orfali's Three Bros is finally open in Dubai

The Orfali brothers have a new project on the pass. The award-winning trio have launched Three Bros – a 22-seater restaurant right next door to the OG Orfali Bros. in Jumeirah's Wasl 51. They've successfully spun fine dining with the fun and flirty in the kitchen. Mohamad's running the show and working the room, while Wassim and Omar are on pastry duty, and together they've ditched the stiff white tablecloths for 70's décor, a storytelling menu and a lab-like approach to soft drink pairings. This is a restaurant that refuses to be governed by a single culture. Instead, Three Bros becomes a hotbed of life, a rare anomaly otherwise known as 'Dubai cuisine'. The menu is in full technicolour – a glorious mash-up that refuses to pick sides. Loud fusions and flavours from around the world draw on the simplicity of the Mediterranean, the precision of French gastronomy and the deep traditions of Syria. Here, you'll snack on comté and celeriac croquettes while keeping an eye on the chefs making your 'pidza' (a pizza-pide hybrid). There's also morel chawanmushi, adobo chicken wings, gem and roquefort salad and TNT patatas. Pair these alongside fermented white grape juice and olive oil drinks in delicate glasses. Definitely don't miss out on incredible desserts, such as the peanut and raspberry jam sando cake.
