From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. 'We brought a property there around four years ago and it's only just settling now. So we're actually going to be moving up there.' 'Everything is happening this week. We're moving up there on Monday. I'm staying for a day and then I'll be coming back [to Sydney],' Anna added. 'We wanted a bit of a change. We don't know how long we'll be there. We're still going to keep our place here [in Sydney]. 'So we will be back and forth a lot for work. We just thought it would be really nice to get away from Sydney winter for a little bit. 'My business partner lives up there too. I've never lived overseas. We've never done anything like this as a family, or even individually.' The Mondrian residences are described as 'coastal luxury' with restaurants, bars and a pool club sitting on the ground floor on the shore of Burleigh Heads. Spa and wellness treatments are also offered on site and all properties have a stunning view of Burleigh Beach. As for her daughters, Anna said Elle is at an age where she is beginning to make friends so is 'a little bit sad' to be moving away from Sydney. 'I think [Elle's] a little bit sad going to the Gold Coast because she won't be able to see her friends,' she said. Spa and wellness treatments are also offered on site and all properties have a stunning view of Burleigh Beach 'They're starting to get to that age where they're making good friends and they don't want to leave them. 'But I know she'll make a lot of good friends while on the Gold Coast... She's great at making friends.' Anna added that Elle will officially be in primary school next year, which the influencer feels 'nervous' about but says she knows her daughter will 'thrive'. As for Anna's husband Tim, 42, who she married in 2018, he will be handling the initial set-up of the move. The blonde beauty will only get to spend one day on the Gold Coast after they move in before she has to fly back to Sydney for work. She will be attending a Huggies activation event at Westfield Bondi Junction, which will start next Wednesday on June 11 from 9am. Anna has been an ambassador for the nappy brand for four years, and is currently promoting the company's latest 'hero range' Huggies SkinProtect Nappies. Huggies, in collaboration with Hello Skin, has produced 'cheeky' limited edition Bum Masks for parents and will celebrate with an immersive pop-up at Bondi Junction. Anna and pediatric skincare expert Dr Deshan Sebaratnam will be in attendance at the four-day event as they invite parents along for the free experience. Thousands of visitors can receive skincare tips from Dr Deshan, take part in fun family photo moments and enjoy free pastries and babycinos. They will also be treated to take home samples of the new Huggies range and the limited edition Huggies Bum Mask. 'It's cheeky, pun intended,' Anna joked, adding the Bum Mask is a 'tongue-in-cheek' way of Huggies saying they'll 'look after parents' as well as their babies. 'I actually tried it,' she laughed, when asked if she had sampled the product which she describes is a 'face mask for your bottom'. 'Nobody was home. You have to lie on your stomach. You can either get someone to help or you can put it on yourself. It is quite relaxing,' she said.

Channel Seven's Morning Show hijacked by surprise guest live on air

Channel Seven 's Morning Show was thrown into chaos on Thursday after a surprise guest completely stole the spotlight. The Bachelor star Anna Heinrich, 38, appeared on the program for a sweet segment about motherhood - but it was her 15-month-old daughter Ruby who delivered all the drama. As Anna chatted to co-hosts Sally Bowrey and Dr Chris Brown about family life, the toddler hilariously interrupted by crawling over and grabbing at Sally's high heels. 'She's really good! I can see your toes are coming out…' Anna laughed, before joking to Ruby: 'You want to keep going? Go for it!' But Ruby wasn't done there - she then yelped loudly on set and swiped Sally's run sheet, playing with the script as cameras rolled. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the Fortunately, the mischief didn't last long, with the youngster eventually curling up beside her mum on the couch. 'The best years ... the most exhausting years!' Sally quipped as the adorable chaos came to an end. Last May, Anna revealed she has no plans for a third child after experiencing some pregnancy challenges with Ruby. She welcomed her second child with husband Tim Robards in March 2024, but was rushed to emergency surgery when she faced sudden and severe postpartum bleeding. The Intu Wellness founder told Daily Mail Australia she 'appreciates life more' since the harrowing experience, and has no plans to have a third child in the future. 'I'm lucky to have always wanted two children. So I definitely don't want any more children. I'm really done at two, but I definitely think it would scare people,' she said. 'Even when I was speaking with my obstetrician he was like, "Okay, probably no more children for you, Anna."' 'It was quite traumatic at the time, but at the same time it puts life in perspective,' she continued. 'It puts your family and everything in perspective and how lucky you are to be here and have two amazing kids and a partner. I appreciate life more coming out of that.' She went on to say the postpartum complications, which left husband Tim fearing for Anna's life, are 'becoming a distant memory'. 'You've got so many other things to focus on... I'll always remember it, but I'm thankfully here to tell the story,' she said. Tim revealed just last week he 'could see the fear in the doctor's eyes that she had been through a lot, it was pretty touch and go'. 'That's when it hit home, it is all pretty safe these days and to think I could have been a single dad with two girls hits home and makes you really appreciate having each other,' the chiropractor told the Daily Telegraph. Anna said she's also 'impressed' with how well Tim, who she met and fell in love with on the first season of The Bachelor in 2013, has taken to fatherhood yet again. The pair met on first season of The Bachelor Australia and are considered one of the most successful couples to come out of the series. They tied the knot in June 2018 during an intimate ceremony at the Masseria Potenti hotel in Puglia in south Italy. The lovebirds welcomed their first child, daughter Elle , on November 12, 2020, and their second child, daughter Ruby , in the first week of March, 2024.

Bachelor mansion returns to the market

While the first series of The Bachelor was a happy ending for Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich, the house that hosted the inaugural show has yet to find its forever family. The French-inspired mansion on Sydney's northern beaches has had three owners since the 2013 reality show and this week it was back on the market this time with a $15m guide in an expressions of interest campaign via Sydney Sotheby's principal Michael Pallier and colleague Spencer Sun. 'La Joie de Vivre' in Bayview is a vast estate on 4091sqm of land with championship-size tennis court, resort-style pool, six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a six-car garage. Fashion mogul snaps up $12.5m granny flat The late transport magnate and philanthropist Gregory Poche and his late wife Kay bought La Joie de Vivre in 2003 for $10m and allowed the reality television program to film the first Bachelor series at the property. This is where chiropractor Tim Robards met and fell in love with lawyer Anna Heinrich. The couple married in 2018 and they now have two daughters aged four and one. The series was a huge success, ran for 11 seasons and five of the 15 final couples are still together. The Bayview house wasn't used again in the show. The Poches sold the Minkara Rd property to fellow freight tycoon Clive Thomas and his wife Lee in 2016 for $7.05m. Four years later the home changed hands for $8.5m then during 2022 and 2023 it was rented out for $6500 a week. Less than two years ago it sold again for $9m to a Chinese owner who lives elsewhere. Now after some cosmetic changes the trophy home with vast sandstone terraces, water views and banquet-sized formal rooms is up for grabs again. Spencer Sun, of Sotheby's International said a neighbouring house sold for $15m in 2021 and they are using that comparison as a guide for La Joie de Vivre. 'We already have interest from a local family, we might have overseas buyers too and we have three private inspections on the property this week,' he said. Only inspections by appointment are being offered for the house. Features include multiple rooms for entertaining, a chef-grade granite kitchen with twin ovens, dual dishwashers and fully equipped butler's pantry. Each of the six bedrooms has its own ensuite, there is a library, home office, games room, gym, outdoor kitchen and bar, sauna and temperature-controlled wine cellar. No mention of a rose garden though.
