Man found shot multiple times in McKeesport
A man was found shot in McKeesport Monday morning. Allegheny County Police were notified of a shooting at Coursin Street and Fifth Avenue, where they found a man with multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was taken to a hospital in stable condition. Police said preliminary information shows the shooting may have happened somewhere else. Police push for new information in unsolved murder of ride-share driver
Police are pushing for more information to try to find answers in the murder of a ride-share driver. Brandon Dean, 39, was shot and killed in McKeesport in May 2024. Allegheny County Police said Dean was a ride-share driver. Their investigation shows that he picked up four people from an abandoned home on the 2900 block of Palmgreen Street. He was shot multiple times moments later near the intersection of Palmgreen and Douglas streets. Officers found him inside the vehicle, where he died. Police say they have not been able to identify the four people involved. They are asking anyone with information to come forward. Police searching for suspect in fatal SE Oklahoma City stabbing
OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — Oklahoma City Police have released a photo of a man wanted in connection to a deadly stabbing at a southeast Oklahoma City homeless encampment on Friday. Police say an arrest warrant has been issued for River Curnett on charges of first degree murder and domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after he allegedly stabbed a person to death near S Robinson Avenue and SE 17th Street. Curnett reportedly ran away from the scene of the deadly stabbing and was last seen near Will Rogers Airport attempting to leave the state. Investigators are asking anyone who sees Curnett not to approach him and call 911 immediately. A man was shot and killed at a picnic in Clairton. Allegheny County Police said officers were called to the 300 block of Division Street at 9:32 p.m. for a reported shooting. A man who was shot was pronounced dead at the scene. Another man was detained. Police said the shooting happened after an argument at the picnic. Officers said there is no threat to the public. A man was shot in Duquesne on Saturday. Allegheny County Police said officers were called to the 1100 block of Cherry Alley at 12:09 p.m. on Saturday after receiving reports of shots fired. When they arrived, they found a man who had been shot in each of his legs. He was taken to a hospital in stable condition.
