Rajya Sabha adjourned for fourth day in row
New Delhi: The Rajya Sabha couldn't function for the fourth day in a row with the opposition members sloganeering inside the house forcing the chair to adjourn the house on two occasions and then for the entire day. The house proceedings started with deputy chairman Harivansh calling nominated member Ujjwal Nikam for oath. Nikam was nominated to the upper house by the President on July 13.
