Coimbatore: School education minister Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi said a circular will be issued to all schools in the state mandating to educate students on road safety signs and rules during the morning assembly sessions. Explanation of signboards will be made a part of morning assembly sessions in schools," he said after launching the Students' Workbook and Faculty Guide for Uyir Kutty Cops Road Safety Curriculum for the academic year 2025-26 in the city on Thursday. Nearly 812 teachers from both private and govt schools were trained on the faculty guide provided in the road safety curriculum.
