Kids banned from eating at Ohio Chick-fil-a without adult
An Ohio location of Georgia restaurant chain Chick-fil-A is reminding its community that it has a teen chaperone policy as school starts back up. As reported by Channel 2 Action News sister station WHIO, the Chick-fil-A in Kettering said anyone under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 to dine at their location. The location shared the reminder in a social media post Wednesday morning. Horror as body of pregnant woman discovered in plastic storage bin dumped on side of road as two men arrested
A PREGNANT woman's body has been found stuffed inside a plastic bin on the side of the road as two men have been arrested. Brittany Fuhr-Storms, 28, was discovered inside the sealed storage crate along Fort Anthony Road, Ohio after cops were called to reports of a bad smell. 6 6 6 Jackson Township police rushed to the scene at around 8pm on August 3 where they were hit by a stench "so bad" they "didn't want to open" the crate. An officer told the WHIO: "I didn't want to open it. The smell was so bad, you know, I mean there's a difference between dead smells and this is not a normal dead smell." An autopsy on the woman's remains then determined she had been pregnant. The child tragically did not survive. Investigations led cops to Brittany's last known address in Middletown where two men were subsequently arrested. These include James R Rothenbusch, 52, who admitted to drug trafficking and stated Brittany died at his home under "suspicious circumstances". He also admitted to keeping her body in the home for around four days before it was disposed of. And Ricky J. Sheppard, 47, who cops found nearby, attempted to flee before officers detained him. Sheppard told police that the victim died from an alleged overdose and she had been in the house for about a week before being removed. Rothenbusch is facing charges of corrupting another with drugs, tampering with evidence and gross abuse of a corpse. While Sheppard is being charged with gross abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence. News of her shocking death has left residents in disbelief and shaken. One local told Fox 19: "had no clue something like that was happening right next door." While another called it utterly "surprising". Police have not yet confirmed the victim's cause of death. 6 6 6

Ritz says any storms should remain below severe limits. Afternoon showers and storms will be scattered later today, almost isolated, according to Ritz. 'An isolated severe storm with damaging winds or with small hail is possible; the best chance will be southeast of Dayton,' she said. Ritz added that these showers and storms should move faster than we saw over the weekend. 'Any heavy rain could cause flash flooding concerns due to excessive amounts from previous storms,' she stated. Storm Center 7 is tracking the chance for poor air quality across the area this weekend due to wildfire smoke from Canada. We will continue to update this story.
