Spectral Capital Corporation Outlines Significant Business Upgrades Ahead of Planned NASDAQ Up-listing

SEATTLE, June 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Spectral Capital Corporation (OTC: FCCN) today announced a series of major corporate upgrades and strategic initiatives as it prepares for an up-listing to the Nasdaq Stock Market. These developments, spanning corporate governance, technological collaboration, and growth strategy, are designed to strengthen Spectral's foundation and accelerate its momentum toward high-growth and innovation. Key Initiatives Underway Include: Enhanced Board Governance: Appointment of new independent directors and formation of formal Audit and Corporate Governance committees to meet higher exchange standards. This move bolsters oversight and aligns the Company's governance with Nasdaq's rigorous requirements. World-Class Board Expertise: Invitations extended to distinguished luminaries in technology and science – including two Nobel Prize laureates – to join Spectral's Board of Directors. By infusing world-class expertise at the board level, Spectral is reinforcing its commitment to scientific innovation and strategic guidance at the highest level. Quantum Computing Partnership: Ongoing negotiations with a leading Ivy League-affiliated quantum computing accelerator to expand development of Spectral's software and IP in classical-hybrid computing (integrating quantum and classical computing). This partnership is expected to fast-track the Company's R&D in quantum algorithms and intellectual property, positioning Spectral at the forefront of next-generation computing advances. Aggressive Acquisition Strategy: A focused plan to acquire small yet promising enterprise software companies and dramatically scale their performance by integrating Spectral's patents, trade secrets, and platform technologies into their products. This 'buy and build' strategy aims to rapidly grow both revenue and profit within acquired businesses by leveraging Spectral's cutting-edge innovations. Strategic Acquisitions Fueling Growth As part of this acquisition-driven growth strategy, Spectral is actively expanding its portfolio with synergistic businesses: White Label Loyalty Investment (May 2025): In May, Spectral announced a strategic $15 million investment in UK-based White Label Loyalty (WLL), a customer engagement and loyalty platform. This transaction – funded through pending Spectral's $25 million equity facility – provides significant growth capital for WLL's global expansion and product innovation. It exemplifies Spectral's approach of pairing capital with technology expertise to unlock value in high-potential software companies. Upcoming Healthcare Software Acquisition: Next month, Spectral plans to announce the acquisition of a healthcare-oriented software company, further demonstrating the versatility of its platform technologies across industries. This forthcoming acquisition will mark the Company's entry into the healthcare software sector, where Spectral's proprietary tech and IP can be applied to drive innovation and operational improvements. Through these acquisitions, Spectral intends to infuse each subsidiary with its advanced technologies – from quantum-inspired algorithms to AI-driven data analytics – to drive substantial top-line revenue growth and bottom-line efficiency gains across the board. The Company's patent-protected tools and trade secrets will enable acquired products to differentiate and scale, benefiting customers and shareholders alike. As Spectral Capital Corporation advances toward its planned Nasdaq up-listing, these transformative initiatives underscore its evolution into a high-growth technology innovator with a disciplined, acquisition-driven strategy. By enhancing governance, forming pioneering partnerships, and integrating its proprietary technologies across industries, Spectral is laying the groundwork for sustainable value creation. The Company remains committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions, driving shareholder returns, and redefining the frontier of innovation in enterprise and emerging technologies. About Spectral Capital Corporation (OTC: FCCN): Spectral Capital Corporation is a technology development and investment firm focused on identifying and supporting emerging growth companies with scalable platforms and global potential. Fleet Continue Women's Empowerment Celebrations

It was Women's Empowerment Night at Tsongas Center on Wednesday March 8th, as the Boston Fleet faced the New York Sirens. Fans piled in to see the Fleet make history, but there were a few other special guests in attendance as well. The Fleet had Professional Lacrosse League's Charlotte North participate in a ceremonial puck drop ahead of the game. Including the newly formed Boston Guard, a part of the Women's Lacrosse League (WLL), a sled team and a rugby team. Captain Hilary Knight said, 'What they're doing at the WLL is just amazing, and so much fun to watch. It's really important, and to be able to honor and applaud individuals that are doing tremendous things in their own industry, is just so fun." For many players in the PWHL, growing up they only had two options for professional play: the NHL or the Olympics. Knight said, 'to be able to be these role models doing this work that we love and just have a small impact on someone's life is it's so cool.' The team's growth and the leagues growth over the past two years has been tremendous. The Boston Fleet in Lowell drew the third largest crowd in franchise history bringing in 5,908 fans on February 2nd. Alternative Captain Alina Muller said about the fans that show up for them, 'I feel like they're they're part of our team. They're part of our organization. It's so much fun playing in front of them. It's an honor, and we want to give back the best we can with product on the ice and taking time for them off the ice." The team is in a good position to make playoffs at this point in the season. The five-to-two win Wednesday over the Sirens put them in second place in the league. Knight said the win is a part of a bigger goal, 'a young girl, a young boy, can grow up and have this dream to play at a professional level. I think that's just so important, and means everything to be a part of it." The Boston Fleet will play next on Saturday March 8th at 2 p.m. ET. when they host the Montreal Victoire at Agganis Arena in Boston. The game can be viewed on NESN, CBC and Radio Canada.

‘Cuse alumni debut in professional Women's Lacrosse League

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR) — It's history in the making: A new professional women's lacrosse league. The Maybelline Women's Lacrosse League made its debut Tuesday, February 11 in Springfield, Virginia. The first game of the league was the Maryland Charm against the New York Charging. The New York Charging won 14 to 13. On the New York Charging team are four Syracuse alumni, Meg Carney, Emily Hawryschuk, Meg Tyrell, and Emma Tyrell. 'We're very fortunate to have been able to play together at SU and then to now be able to play together again here,' Meg Carney said. 'To be able to build that chemistry during college and now be reunited on this field on the professional level is amazing.' The WLL plays in the sixes format, which is fast-paced as the players play on both offense and defense. This is the same style of play that will be featured in the Olympics. There are four teams and 48 players in the WLL. The New York Charging, Boston Guard, California Palms, and Maryland Charm. 'It's been great to play with the Northwestern girls, Kylie from Stony Brook, Belle from Boston College. All those girls that you always play against and honestly you might not beat them that much in college so now you get to play with them is amazing,' Carney shared. Carney and her teammate, Emma Tyrell, described their first game as awesome with a very engaged crowd filled with young girls who now have a professional team to look up to. 'As a little kid, it's never really a dream for girls to be a professional lacrosse player, that just wasn't a thing. Now to be able to give those girls that dream and be those role models for them to look up to it's just been amazing seeing them in the stands and in jerseys is just amazing,' Carney said. 'It was such an amazing experience seeing all the young fans asking for autographs and we did a friendship bracelet exchange and they were all lined up waiting to do it,' Emma Tyrell added. The New York Charging will play the California Palms on Friday, February 14. Copyright 2025 Nexstar Media, Inc. All rights reserved.
