RFK Jr. Drops Stunning New Vaccine Announcement

HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. just took aim at a system that has failed Americans for nearly 40 years, the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP). This program was created under the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, which shielded vaccine manufacturers from lawsuits over injury claims. Before becoming HHS Secretary, Kennedy exposed how vaccine manufacturers were being hammered with lawsuits due to injuries. One of the largest manufacturers at the time, Wyeth (now part of Pfizer), reportedly told President Reagan: give us legal protection or we'll stop making vaccines. Reagan's response? Why not just make safer vaccines? Wyeth's answer: Vaccines are 'unavoidably unsafe.' That phrase— ' unavoidably unsafe ' —would later appear in a Supreme Court decision and reflects the legal premise that some vaccine injuries are inevitable. 'And so, anybody who tells you vaccines are safe and effective, the industry itself got immunity from liability by convincing the President and Congress that vaccines are unavoidably unsafe,' Kennedy previously stated. Before becoming HHS Secretary, Kennedy exposed how vaccine manufacturers were being hammered with lawsuits due to of the largest manufacturers at the time, Wyeth (now part of Pfizer), reportedly told President Reagan: give us legal protection or we'll stop making… — The Vigilant Fox 🦊 (@VigilantFox) July 28, 2025 Senator Edward Kennedy, a key sponsor of the law, wrote at the time: 'When … children are the victims of an appropriate and rational national policy, a compassionate government will assist them in their hour of need.' That compassionate government never showed up. Over 39 years, the VICP has awarded just $5.4 billion to 12,000 victims. That comes out to about '1.2 awards per million doses administered.' In a brand-new statement on X, Secretary Kennedy said he intends to FIX the broken system. He explained that the court was meant to resolve claims 'quickly and fairly,' with 'doubts about causation resolved in favor of the victim.' But that hasn't happened. 'The structure itself hobbles claimants,' Kennedy wrote. 'The defendant is HHS, not the vaccine makers; and claimants are therefore facing the monumental power and bottomless pockets of the U.S. government represented by the Department of Justice.' He explained how Special Masters, who decide the cases, often come from government or political backgrounds and typically show a strong pro-government bias. 'There is no discovery, and the rules of evidence do not apply,' Kennedy lamented. He added that petitioners' attorneys report retaliation, fee suppression, and even denied access to the Vaccine Safety Datalink, a taxpayer-funded CDC database containing the best data on vaccine injuries. Worse, expert witnesses for injured children have reported intimidation and threats to their careers, including the loss of NIH funding if they testify. But Kennedy says that era is over. 'The VICP is broken, and I intend to fix it,' he wrote on X. 'I will not allow the VICP to continue to ignore its mandate and fail its mission of quickly and fairly compensating vaccine-injured individuals.' Kennedy added that he is working closely with AG Pam Bondi and HHS staff to restore the court's original mission and pledges to 'steer the Vaccine Court back to its original Congressional intent.' Wyeth manufacturing facility in Limerick hits the market for €22m

A high-spec manufacturing facility, currently owned and operated by Wyeth Nutritionals Ireland, in Askeaton, Co Limerick , is being brought to the market asking €22 million. The high quality and large-scale manufacturing facility in the heart of the Golden Vale, which is being brought to the market by Colliers, measures about 771,689 sq ft and sits on about 39.5 acres. In October 2023, Wyeth owner Nestlé announced it would close the Askeaton facility, which manufactures infant formula. At the time it blamed falling demand for imported infant formula in China for the decision. The production plant and R&D centre are to be shut down on a phased basis, between March 2025 and March 2026, with the loss of 542 jobs. Wyeth has appointed external engineering consultants to review the entire site to outline potential configurations, to show its suitability for conversion to alternative manufacturing uses. READ MORE The property extends to a total gross floor area of about 771,689sq ft, and can be divided into three main buildings. To the southern end of the facility is a state-of-the-art research and development facility, which was completed in 2019. This R&D facility measures about 64,990sq ft, and includes offices over two storeys, laboratories, pilot processing areas and warehousing. There is an additional 21,387 sq ft of warehousing, which sits adjacent the R&D facility. The second building comprises the main production and manufacturing area, while to the north of the production area there is a large high bay warehouse with adjoining ancillary warehousing, all measuring 167,265sq ft. The plant has its own combined heat and power plant, and surplus power is sent into the national grid. There is also a wastewater treatment plant with its own direct water supply. The facility is immediately north of the town of Askeaton, about 22km west of Limerick city on the banks of the river Deel. Plans have been approved to link Askeaton and Foynes Port to the Adare bypass, an upgrade which is expected to significantly reduce drive times to Limerick, Shannon Airport and the wider motorway network. In addition, Colliers is offering for sale a separate agricultural holding adjacent to the facility. The lands, which measure about 35.8 acres, are currently in agricultural use.

Vile paedophile who groomed and blackmailed victims online caught after parents pretended to be children to snare him

A paedophile has been jailed for 20 years after being caught out by parents who pretended to be his victims. Kevin Wyeth groomed scores of young children online before blackmailing them into sending sexual images. Described as a committed and persistent child sex offender, the 39-year-old had convictions dating back more than a decade but various sexual harm prevention orders and prison sentences failed to deter the predator who carried on offending even when he was on parole. Now he has been jailed for 20 years after the families of three victims turned detective. Lewes Crown Court heard that the parents discovered his sickening messages to their children and decided to chat to him online posing as the youngsters in order to gather evidence. The families, who cannot be named, then went to police after Wyeth sent them indecent images, including pictures of their own children. Police were then able to match his phone SIM card to the messages when they raided his home in Eastbourne in 2023. Wyeth tried to hide the mobile with his foot when police searched his property, but officers found 271 indecent images and videos of children on the device. On a previous occasion, the paedophile had attempted to hide a phone under a loaf of bread. Detectives discovered that the sex offender posed as a teenage boy to pressure young girls into sending him indecent sexual images. He then bullied the girls and threatened to rape them forcing them to send explicit pictures, instructing victims to hold up three fingers when they took selfies as a sign of his control. On Friday Wyeth was jailed for 20 years after pleading guilty to distributing and making indecent images, engaging in sexual communications with a child, inciting girls to engage in sexual activity, disclosing a private sexual photograph or film with intent to cause distress and malicious communications. The court heard Wyeth had previously been jailed three times for making indecent images, engaging in sexual communications with a child and breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order. Judge Joshua Swirsky sentenced Wyeth for a total of 35 offences against four children saying: 'You groomed, threatened and made them do things they would not have dreamt of doing at their young age but for your involvement. 'You present a very high risk of causing harm to children. 'Despite previous convictions, you have continued to behave in this way. 'Identifying, grooming and abusing children online. 'Your actions suggest you will continue to offend and your offending is becoming more serious and you are likely to cause further harm going forward. 'You are dangerous and the public must be protected from you.' The court heard that the abuse had ruined victims' lives. One mother said she was haunted by the images Wyeth sent when she pretended to be her child. 'He is a very dangerous child predator,' she said. Another mother said: 'My children are so vulnerable and have been through so much caused by this vile man. 'I just want our little girls back. 'I just want us all to be happy and have the family we deserve. 'This man has destroyed the kids' lives.' In a victim impact statement, one child said: 'I used to love going out. 'Now I fear being alone. 'I hope one day it will be easier for me and I don't have to feel this fear.' Detective Constable Gary Baker said: 'Wyeth preyed on the fears of the girls to commit his crimes. 'He has repeatedly committed similar offences, breached Sexual Harm Prevention Orders, and is a danger to children. 'His crimes have caused lasting harm to the victims, who all require ongoing support.'
