Magnificent seven for North End United against Gorey Rangers in Under-19 League
North End United moved to the top of the Under-19 League table with an emphatic 7-1 win over Gorey Rangers in Hollygrove on Tuesday of last week.
Charlie Conway bagged a hat-trick for the Sky Blues, while Tadhg Berry, Logan Byrne, Jamie Breen and Darragh Shannon chipped in with one each. Luke Christie scored for Rangers.
Under-19 Division 1
Two midweek games were played in this division and both ended a 3-3 draws. Cormac Mythen grabbed a late equaliser for Bridge Rovers as they shared the spoils with Bunclody at Church Road on Wednesday evening.
The Castlebridge side looked to be in control when Gruia Nedelcu made it 2-0 in the 29th minute to add to Mark Palmer's opener.
However, Oisín Finn pulled one back before the break, Neall Brennan levelled matters in the 72nd minute, and Anthony O'Brien put Bunclody ahead nine minutes later.
There was one final twist though, as Mythen made it 3-3 in the 88th minute.
The previous night Seán Murphy was the saviour for Ferns United as they drew with Bree United in Macmine.
Murphy opened the scoring after just four minutes and he made it 2-0 eleven minutes into the second-half.
Dylan Martin-Roche halved the deficit and a quickfire double from Oscar Redmond had Bree in front by the 83rd minute.
Murphy was determined that his side wouldn't leave empty-handed and he completed his hat-trick in the 87th minute to rescue a point.
Ferns United came out on top 1-0 against Bunclody AFC in Clone on Saturday.
Again Seán Murphy was on target, scoring the decisive goal with just eight minutes on the clock.
Youths Cup
North End United and Camolin Celtic will meet in the final of the Youths Cup after coming out on top in their final four clashes in Crossabeg AFC on Saturday.
Youths Premier Division champions North End remained on course for the double with a 2-0 success against Forth Celtic.
Cian O'Dowd opened the scoring for the Sky Blues midway through the first-half and Troy Sinnott added their second ten minutes later.
Camolin proved too strong for Youths Division 2 winners Campile United, with the top-flight side running out 3-0 winners.
Noah James opened the scoring in the 29th minute, while Stephen Donohue-Kavanagh and Hughie Doyle added to their tally after the interval.
Youths Premier Division
Conor Donoghue got the all-important winner as Camolin Celtic edged out Shamrock Rovers at Peter Quinn Park on Thursday evening.
Donoghue scored the only goal of the game, with goalkeeper Adam Furlong providing the assist.
Youths Division 1
Rosslare Rangers continue to battle with Wexford Albion at the top of the Youths Division 1 table after two convincing victories.
Rangers had far too much firepower for Glynn Barntown on Tuesday of last week, winning 8-0 at Wexford Racecourse.
Oscar Fox and Jamie Culleton both contributed hat-tricks, while Darragh Rogan and Serhil Zhabitenko scored one each.
On Saturday they saw off Kilmore United 5-0 at Martley Park, with Max Williams, Luke Homan, Jamie Culleton, Jack Wickham and Conor Devereux all getting on the scoresheet.
Youths Division 4
St. Joseph's will meet Killenagh Wanderers in a play-off for the Youths Division 4 crown after a late Seán Stamp goal earned them a 2-1 over fellow title-hopefuls Enniscorthy Town in Grove Park on Saturday.
Both sides knew victory would see them face Wanderers for the league title, but it looked like it was going to be Killenagh's day as they were deadlocked at 1-1 with the contest in injury-time.
However, Stamp popped up with a 93rd-minute winner from the penalty spot, his second goal of the day, to keep Joey's in the title hunt. Eoin Crosbie had given Town the lead in the 55th minute, but Stamp cancelled that out just three minutes later and he won it at the death.
