"Fatah Uprising": Knesset vote to impose sovereignty in West Bank is recognition of open war
Gaza - Saba: The Fatah Uprising movement stated on Wednesday that the Zionist Knesset's vote on a proposal calling for the imposition of Israeli sovereignty over the West Bank and the Jordan Valley constitutes an acknowledgment of open war against the Palestinian people, aimed at seizing their lands. In a press statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the movement said that the Zionist Knesset's approval of a proposal to impose Israeli sovereignty over the West Bank and the Jordan Valley is tantamount to an admission of the open war waged by the criminal entity against the Palestinian people, with the goal of controlling their land and expelling as many Palestinians as possible. The movement emphasized that Palestine remains an Arab-Islamic land, "despite the Zionist enemy's schemes." The movement further asserted that "the Zionist Knesset's decision to impose sovereignty over the occupied West Bank is a declaration of war on every aspect of daily life for Palestinian citizens in the occupied territory." It added that this move confirms that the Zionist settlement project "has reached a dead end and achieved its goals, whether concerning Quds or the occupied West Bank." The statement declared that "the Palestinian response to these decisions will be to reaffirm our national and popular sovereignty over the land and to escalate all forms of resistance to protect our land and the unwavering rights of our Palestinian people." The movement stressed that "the war of will we are waging against the enemy will end with the freedom of our people and the expulsion of the occupier from all of Palestine, from its sea to its river." Palestinian Foreign Ministry calls on intel legal bodies to assume responsibilities towards crimes of Zionist enemy
Ramallah - Saba: The Palestinian Foreign Ministry has called on international legal bodies to assume their responsibilities towards the crimes of the Zionist enemy in light of its attempts to hide them. The Palestinian Foreign Ministry said, in a statement, that it views with great concern the approval of the Zionist Knesset of draft laws that criminalize individuals, institutions, and human rights and humanitarian organizations that document the crimes of the occupation and impose harsh penalties on it, and considers them official Zionist attempts to hide them, especially since they amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity, and are an insistence on concealing evidence and facts related to the catastrophes, tragedies, genocide, displacement, and annexation that the Palestinians are exposed to at the hands of the army and its various political and military arms. It considered that the approval of these projects by the Zionist Knesset requires international legal bodies to assume their responsibilities towards the suffering of the Palestinian people and move to prevent their approval and hold the occupation accountable for its crimes. Zionist Knesset approves bill targeting human rights organizations
Occupied al-Quds- Saba: The so-called General Assembly of the Zionist Knesset approved Wednesday in a preliminary reading by a majority of 47 members and 19 opposition, a bill stipulating that the Supreme Court is not obligated to consider petitions submitted by human rights organizations that receive donations from foreign countries. This bill comes in an attempt to prevent human rights organizations from documenting and exposing war crimes committed by the Zionist enemy. According to the bill, the Zionist courts will not be obligated to consider requests submitted by human rights associations or bodies that are fully or partially funded by foreign countries. The bill stipulates that donations received by human rights associations and organizations from foreign countries will be subject to an income tax of 80%, unless the Minister of Finance decides otherwise, and with the approval of the Finance Committee in the Knesset. The bill also stipulates that it does not apply to public institutions funded by the state budget. MK Ariel Kleiner of the Likud party, who introduced the bill, claimed that 'these organizations are not human rights organizations, but rather organizations that delegitimize' Israel's policies against the Palestinians, and that they 'turn the Zionist courts into an arena for foreign countries. This is a funded judicial coup against Israel.' Whatsapp Telegram Email Print more of (International)
