SPC: Yemen resilient, stands with Gaza
Sana'a - Saba: The Supreme Political Council, chaired by Mahdi al-Mashat, on Thursday affirmed that Yemen is firmly positioned regionally and has successfully resisted attempts to deter its support for Gaza, which it described as facing a Zionist genocide. The SPC stated that the steadfastness of the Yemeni people and the performance of the armed forces have impressed the world and would revive the spirit of resistance. President al-Mashat briefed on developments related to a ceasefire announcement, praising Oman's role. He asserted that Yemen considers the outcome a victory due to "Allah help" and the leadership's wisdom, leading to an American retreat after a great failure. He emphasized high military readiness and promised a significant and imminent response to Israeli aggression. Al-Mashat reassured the public about economic stability and the availability of oil, noting efforts to restore Sana'a airport and handle stranded Yemenis, as well as addressing power plants, vowing that the "Israeli enemy" would be punished. The Supreme Political Council welcomed a member of its member, Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor, reviewed military, security, and economic reports, and made related decisions. During a mass rally, the residents denounced traitors and agents collaborating with the US and Israel enemy, considering them legitimate targets. The participants vowed to join the front lines as a religious and patriotic duty and condemned the brutal crimes committed by the US, Israel, and Britain in the region. They praised the Yemeni Armed Forces' operations as a legitimate response. The district's residents declared a tribal uprising, reiterating their commitment to fighting until victory over the tyrants and arrogant powers. The participants disavowed traitors and agents, emphasizing that their actions would not be forgiven. They supported President al-Mashat's warnings to collaborators and criticized the international community's silence on American crimes. The participants renewed their pledge to the leader of the revolution and affirmed their unwavering support for Gaza despite US aggression, highlighting alleged attacks on the aircraft carrier Truman. President condoles Iranian president
Sana'a - Saba: President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat on Sunday sent a message of condolences to President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Masoud Pezeshkian regarding the victims of the tragic explosion at Shahid Rajaee Port in Bandar Abbas, southern Iran. In his message, President al-Mashat expressed his and the Yemeni people's heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathy to President Pezeshkian, the families of the victims and injured, and the Iranian people. He prayed for a swift recovery for the injured. He affirmed Yemen's solidarity with Iran and expressed confidence in their ability to overcome the tragedy and rebuild. President al-Mashat concluded by sharing in their grief and beseeching Allah Almighty to have mercy on the deceased and grant a speedy recovery to the wounded.
