Emily Ratajkowski and Sebastian Bear-McClard finalize divorce after nearly THREE years
and Sebastian Bear-McClard have finalized their divorce after nearly three years, can exclusively reveal. According to court records, a judgment was filed in Manhattan Supreme Court on July 22, making Emily, 34, and Sebastian, 44, legally single. A qualified medical child support order was also filed the same day, however, since divorce records are private in New York, no further details were given. The divorce appeared to be nearly over back in December when the model's attorney had submitted a bunch of documents, including a proposed qualified medical child support order, certificate of dissolution and a proposed judgment of divorce - but the proposed judgment was returned for correction. It also appears that a settlement had been reached back in December due to a settlement document being filed, but, again, details are withheld from the public. has reached out to attorneys for Emily Ratajkowski and Sebastian Bear-McClard for comment. Emily filed for divorce from Sebastian in September 2022 four years after the former couple tied the knot. The couple separated in July 2022 after four years of marriage They split in July 2022 amid accusations that Sebastian was a 'serial cheater.' They welcomed a child together, Sylvester Apollo Bear, who was born in March 2021. The four-year-old makes occasional appearances on his famous mom's social media where he can be seen traveling internationally with her. After filing for divorce, the My Body author said she 'didn't have the courage to leave' her ex 'for a long time.' 'I was really, really unhappy,' she revealed while discussing her divorce on Dear Media's Going Mental podcast with Eileen Kelly at the time. She went on to explain that the stress she felt from being miserable was manifesting in her body, saying, 'I was like 100 pounds, and I had just had a baby. I got really skinny because I was not okay.' Emily added that she was 'trying everything' to overcome her depression. 'I tried to take antidepressants. I was sure there was something wrong with me. 'I think so much of what I learned coming out of that relationship is to trust your instincts,' she shared. In an interview with Vogue Australia that came out in November 2023, Emily hinted at penning her own book about divorce to undo some of the 'stigma' around divorce. She spilled, 'I can't believe there aren't more books about first marriages failing. I've read a lot of literature about divorce, but it tends to be about families ending after children have grown up. 'I do think so many women are divorcing at younger ages, and it's such a taboo and there's such stigma around it.' The Entourage actress went on to explain that these days, women are more financially stable and don't need to stay in bad relationships. 'Our world has changed so much because women are making, if not the same amount of pay, more money than their partners. And then also carrying the burden of the emotional and physical responsibilities, the labour at home,' she said. Sebastian has been out of the public eye, especially after being accused of sexual misconduct by two teenage girls he allegedly 'groomed' via Instagram before sleeping with them. Meanwhile, Emily appears to be having fun dating and embracing life as a 'chic' divorcee. The mother-of-one was first linked with comedian Eric Andre, 42, in January 2023 after being spotted side-by-side on a series of public outings. In March 2023, Emily shocked fans when she was seen kissing Harry Styles, 31, on the streets of Tokyo in the wake of his split from Olivia Wilde. Speaking on a podcast recorded on March 9, two weeks before she was spotted kissing him, Emily revealed that she has secretly been dating Harry for two months – and confessed that he may be 'the one'. After the One Direction star, she was linked to other high profile men, including DJ Orazio Rispo, French actor Stephane Bak and singer Shaboozey.

Alice Evans hits back at online troll for claiming she 'looked like a freaking walrus' during recent court showdown with ex-husband Ioan Gruffudd
Alice Evans has hit back after her appearance at a recent court hearing was savaged by an anonymous online troll. The British actress is currently in the midst of a protracted legal dispute with ex-husband Ioan Gruffudd regarding child support payments for their two daughters. But her latest court appearance in Los Angeles on July 24, which was also attended by Gruffudd and his pregnant new wife Bianca Wallace, subsequently prompted hateful comments about her physical appearance. In a private message sent by a nameless follower, Evans, 56, was also attacked for wearing the same outfit - a black blouse and matching skirt - on more than one occasion. Sharing a post with Instagram followers on Sunday evening, she wrote: 'Just received a random DM telling me I am grossly overweight and 'looked like a freaking walrus walking into court on Wednesday'. 'It went on to say that my choice of outfit was 'horrible' because I had worn it before in public settings many times, ( the horror of wearing clothes twice!) that it was 'cheap' and 'badly fitting' and that I had 'clearly made no effort to understand proper court attire. 'Strangely, this message came from an account with no profile, which is odd, given that I would have loved to have taken hints from the person's own personal style, which obviously must be dazzling - and who doesn't t want a few tips from a dazzling dresser?' The actress, who accompanied her post with a shot of herself outside court day earlier, admitted she was already wracked with insecurity about what to wear for the hearing after spending months attempting to lose weight. She wrote: 'I attach one of the pics of me walking into court on that day because I have actually worked hard on losing weight in the past year, and silly me, I thought I looked ok! 'Also, in the two hours before leaving, I changed outfits several times in an ever increasing panic, realizing that nothing I loved fit me, and the things that fit me made me want to cry! 'But this is not a sad post. It's a strong post. I was terrified walking into court this week. I have been terrified to turn up to all the hearings I have been summoned to in the past 3 years - so much so that the first one in aug '22 I could not even bring myself to turn up to, such was my panic. ( I literally hid u see the bed shaking. How pathetic is that!) [sic] 'But I'm still here. I have two incredible girls to bring up. I live for them. And if that means I look fat or old or unfashionable then so be it. I am being as strong as I have ever been in my life.' Wednesday's court appearance was supposed to be an evidentiary hearing in which Gruffudd and Evans were to joust over her demands for him to shell out more than the $4,500 he is currently paying in support money for her and their two daughters. Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Evans says she was subjected to abuse regarding her physical appearance and choice of clothing for the court hearing But instead, after a 90-minute delay during which Judge Josh Stinn huddled with their lawyers, he scheduled another hearing August 12 when a date will be set for the case to go to trial. In the past week, Evans has filed court documents - found by - in which she claimed poverty and was so broke that she had to borrow money from friends and set up a GoFundMe account that raised $18,000 in donations. She said that she and her girls - Ella, 15 and Elsie, 11 - were recently evicted from their LA home because she couldn't afford to pay the $6,500 per month rent. She contended that she had to 'burn through' her savings to pay living expenses and legal fees. And she insisted Gruffudd - who married Wallace in April - can afford to pay more than the $3,000 per month child support and $1,500 spousal support he now pays. But Gruffudd is fighting his ex's cash demands and in his own court filing, blasted Evans' claims, saying that she 'purposely got herself evicted… intentionally ceasing paying rent and instead taking the children on a vacation trip to Europe.' Her motive, he said, was to 'support her false public narrative of financial destitution in an attempt to further harm my reputation... as a fraudulent way to strong-arm me into paying more support than I can afford.' Gruffudd also maintained that subpoenaed bank records show that, far from being broke, Evans made more than $130,000 in 2024 and is expected to earn a similar amount this year - a claim that Evans called 'false and misleading.' In his recent court filing Gruffudd told how he was 'mortified' to have received 'dozens of stressed messages from our minor children in which they have parroted Alice's false and manufactured claims of becoming homeless in the immediate future.' But in her new court documents, Evans denied manipulating the children to send plaintive messages to their father. 'I absolutely did not ask the children to send messages to (Gruffudd) about our eviction and pending homelessness,' she said. 'The children are well aware of our financial distress and the eviction.' Gruffudd and Evans met on the set of the movie 102 Dalmatians more than 20 years ago. They fell in love in real life and were married in Mexico in 2007. Gruffudd filed for divorce in March 2021, shortly after Evans announced on social media that her husband of 14 years was leaving her. They were divorced in July 2023.

South African woman arrested for child support scam? Unrelated arrest photo shared in hoax
Viral posts shared this month falsely claim a woman was arrested in South Africa for receiving financial support from eight men for one child. This is false; the claim is a recycled hoax from 2023. The woman in the photo was arrested in a 2024 drug bust, and police say no child support scam as described in the post took place. 'A 35 year old woman was arrested for collecting child support money from Eight (different men for one child (sic),' reads a Facebook post published on July 12, 2025. The post adds: 'Ms Nancy Mudau from Nzhelele Biaba, Limpopo has been collecting money for 12 years from these Eight (different men who thought they are the father of her child.' The post, shared more than 4 500 times, further claims that by the time the woman was arrested, the money had been used to pay school fees, build a home and start construction on a tavern. The photo included in the post shows a woman facing a South African Police Service (SAPS) van, while being flanked by uniformed officers. Similar claims were shared tens of thousands of times across media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok and X. But the claims are false. No case A reverse image search of the arrest photo revealed that it was posted on the SAPS website on 5 April 2024 in connection with a drug bust in Kimberley, a city in South Africa's Northern Cape province (archived here). 'Three adult male persons, two South Africans and one Nigerian, were arrested in Pampierstad for possession of crystal meth and one female was arrested in Hartswater for being in possession of suspected mandrax tablets,' reads the police statement. The false posts claim that the woman was arrested in Limpopo, approximately 1 000 kilometres from the Northern Cape, where the photo of the woman was taken (archived here). Limpopo police also told AFP Fact Check on 17 July 2025 that they had no arrests matching the claim's description. 'We do not have such a case in Limpopo,' spokesperson Malesela Ledwaba said in a WhatsApp message. 2023 hoax A keyword search for 'Woman from Nzhelele, Limpopo Nancy Mudau' on Google links to unverified articles from 2023, including on West African blog sites, including here, here and here. The hoax was reignited this year by a Facebook account called 'Koos de Klerk', which was created in June 2025 and often shares similar fake stories as clickbait with more than 197 000 followers. Most of the posts from this account also link to a job-seeker's website or promote a WhatsApp group ostensibly with the same mission. AFP Fact Check has previously investigated how these job scam adverts are designed to extract cash or steal personal data, taking advantage of unemployed people. To verify advertised job opportunities, always check the company or organisation's official website or LinkedIn page.

Post Malone Scores A Win In L.A. Phase Of Custody Battle
Post Malone has chalked up a small legal win in Los Angeles after his ex, Hee Sung 'Jamie' Park, filed to drop her bid for physical custody of their daughter in California. Although one phase of the custody battle is over, however, this is not the end of the road; the custody fight is expected to continue for the singer in Utah. The update comes as Post Malone continues to make headlines for his personal struggles, including a recent onstage fall that occurred days after he split from influencer Christy Lee. Post Malone's Baby Mama Drops L.A. Custody Case Malone's legal team, led by powerhouse attorney Laura Wasser, had moved to dismiss the Los Angeles case back in May before Park officially pulled the plug on her request for physical custody of their daughter. The move shifts the battle back to Utah, where Malone originally filed his own case and where things now seem to be leaning in his favor. California typically allows for higher child support payments than Utah, and Park's initial relocation there raised eyebrows. Sources tell TMZ that they believe she moved to L.A. after their late-2024 breakup to establish residency and pursue a potentially bigger financial outcome. While Malone's Utah filings are sealed, the strategy appears to be working. The Rapper Was Served Custody Papers Before Coachella Performance If you missed it, Malone's ex-fiancée filed for custody back in April and even hired a process server to deliver the paperwork to him. The Blast revealed that Park had a process server hunt down the entertainer at a high-end apartment building in Downtown Los Angeles. The handoff happened on April 18 around 1 p.m., just two days before his scheduled festival appearance. Park's custody filing sought to limit Malone's role to visitation. While she agreed to share legal custody, court documents stated that their child, known as DDP, had been living with Park full-time since their breakup in late 2024. The 'Sunflower' Hitmaker's Custody Fight Is Not His Only Legal Mess Malone's courtroom battles are stacking up fast, and custody is not the only issue he has faced. The Blast highlighted that while he is embroiled in a legal battle with Park over their daughter, another lawsuit from his past remains pending. It turns out that Martorell Law has been pursuing both the 30-year-old and his other ex, Ashlen Diaz, since 2022. The firm claims they broke a palimony agreement, a type of deal that sometimes comes into play when long-term couples split without being married. A filing from June 14, 2024, confirmed things were far from resolved. The judge pushed the hearing back by nearly two months after neither side reached a deal. "The Court learns that the settlement has not yet been finalized and therefore continues today's hearing," the docs read. The Record Producer Took A Tumble On Stage All the courtroom chaos seems to be taking a toll on the actor and possibly pushing him to slip on his sobriety. Malone took a nasty spill on stage earlier this month, and there might be more behind it than just a clumsy misstep. The Blast shared that the incident happened just days after Malone and influencer Christy Lee called it quits. While performing "Pour Me a Drink" with Blake Shelton at State Farm Stadium in Phoenix, Malone was seen holding what appeared to be a beer. Things took a turn when Malone crouched down to toast a fan near the stage. As he leaned forward, part of the platform gave way, sending the singer crashing to the ground. A clip of the moment shared on TikTok captured the audible gasp from the crowd. The poster, clearly shaken, captioned the video, "I am SO sorry, Austin. I love you! Such an amazing show." Post Malone Opened Up About Sobriety Although his recent actions say otherwise, Malone once credited fatherhood for helping him ditch the bottle. The father-of-one, who became a dad in 2022, opened up about leaving his partying days behind after the birth of his daughter. In a candid conversation with Zane Lowe, he admitted that alcohol had long been his emotional crutch, saying he once struggled to express himself without being "a little f-cked up." Still, at the time, he insisted things had changed. Malone explained, "It's a good spot now because if I'm not recording or I'm not talking to people or if I'm not doing shows, I really do drink just to have fun. It's like having a beer with my dad or my bud." Post Malone might have scored a small win in his ongoing custody fight with ex-fiancée Jamie Park, but there is still a long legal journey ahead.

'Penniless' Alice Evans demands financial lifeline from ex loan Gruffudd to keep a roof over daughters' heads as divorce battle hits boiling point
EXCLUSIVE 'Penniless' Alice Evans demands financial lifeline from ex loan Gruffudd to keep a roof over daughters' heads as divorce battle hits boiling point Actress Alice Evans' bitter legal battle to force her ex - Fantastic Four star Ioan Gruffudd - to cough up more support money for her and their two young daughters is set for a dramatic showdown this week. The former couple are expected to face each other in a downtown Los Angeles courtroom Wednesday when Evans, 56, will ask Judge Josh Stinn to increase the $4,500 a month Gruffudd, 51, is currently paying. In the run-up to this week's court hearing, has obtained court documents filed by Evans in which she claimed poverty and was so broke that she had to borrow money from friends and set up a GoFundMe account that raised $18,000 in donations. She said that she and her girls - Ella, 15 and Elsie, 11 - were recently evicted from their LA home because she couldn't afford to pay the $6,500 per month rent. She contended that she had to 'burn through' her savings to pay living expenses and legal fees. And she insisted Gruffudd - who married his now-pregnant new wife Bianca Wallace, 32, in April - can afford to pay more than the $3,000 per month child support and $1,500 spousal support he now pays. Alice Evans, 56, and loan Gruffudd's, 51, messy divorce battle is hitting its peak as they're set to face off in court on Wednesday where she will ask the judge to increase his child support payments to keep a roof over their daughter's heads Evans has already created a divorce fundraiser by setting up a GoFundMe, which has so far raised $18,557, as the mother of two claims they were evicted from their LA home since she couldn't afford the monthly $6,500 rent She insists Gruffudd - now married to pregnant actress Bianca Wallace, 32 - can easily afford more than the $3K in child support and $1.5K in spousal support he currently pays But Gruffudd is fighting his ex's cash demands and in his own court filing, poured scorn on Evans' claims, saying that she 'purposely got herself evicted…. intentionally ceasing paying rent and instead taking the children on a vacation trip to Europe.' Her motive, he said, was to 'support her false public narrative of financial destitution in an attempt to further harm my reputation……as a fraudulent way to strong-arm me into paying more support than I can afford.' Gruffudd also maintained that subpoenaed bank records show that, far from being broke, Evans made more than $130,000 in 2024 and is expected to earn a similar amount this year - a claim that Evans called 'false and misleading.' In his recent court filing, Gruffudd told how he was 'mortified' to have received 'dozens of stressed messages from our minor children in which they have parroted Alice's false and manufactured claims of becoming homeless in the immediate future.' But in her new court documents, Evans denies manipulating the children to send plaintive messages to their father. 'I absolutely did not ask the children to send messages to (Gruffudd) about our eviction and pending homelessness,' she said. 'The children are well aware of our financial distress and the eviction.' In April, Ioan and Bianca - who went public with their relationship in October 2021 - took to their respective Instagrams to share a video of them tying the knot in a romantic ceremony, captioned: 'Mr & Mrs Gruffudd. Marriage now, wedding later' Gruffudd is pushing back against Evans' demands, accusing her of deliberately skipping rent, taking the kids to Europe, faking financial ruin to damage his reputation and pressure him for more payouts and influencing their children to send messages to him lamenting over the possibility of being 'homeless' In her newest court filings, Evans pushed back against her husband's claims, claiming she never coerced her 15 and 11-year-old daughters to reach out to their dad and that they simply were aware of the financial situation and eviction The new filings also hit back against Gruffudd's accusation that she was violating a three-year restraining order by stating he was trying to violate her first amendment rights and that she never stalked him or his new wife Evans also pooh-poohed Gruffudd's accusation in his most recent court filing that his ex is still violating a three-year domestic abuse restraining order 'by physically stalking, ongoing harassment and publicly posting denigrating things about me on social media.' She called the restraining order Gruffudd's effort 'to muzzle me and violate my First Amendment rights.' And, she added. 'There is absolutely no evidence of stalking…. I have no idea where he and his wife live, nor do I have any interest in stalking them. This is plainly ridiculous.' Gruffudd sought - and was granted - the restraining order in August 2022 after telling the court how Evans had 'engaged in a smear campaign of hateful text messages, emails and social media posts…aimed at intimidating me and my fiancé Bianca Wallace while alienating our two young children from me.' With the restraining order due to expire next month, Gruffudd is going back to court August 1 to ask Judge Stinn to extend it, and his new wife, Bianca Wallace, is expected to testify against Evans. 'At the (August 1) hearing, I will be calling witnesses and presenting evidence to show Alice's continued abuse,' declared Gruffudd - whose latest movie, Bad Boys: Ride or Die has grossed more than $400million worldwide. Gruffudd and Evans met on the set of the movie 102 Dalmatians more than 20 years ago. They fell in love in real life and were married in Mexico in 2007. Gruffudd filed for divorce in March 2021, shortly after Evans announced on social media that her husband of 14 years was leaving her. They were divorced in July 2023.
