Emily Ratajkowski and Sebastian Bear-McClard finalize divorce after nearly THREE years

Daily Mail28-07-2025
and Sebastian Bear-McClard have finalized their divorce after nearly three years, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.
According to court records, a judgment was filed in Manhattan Supreme Court on July 22, making Emily, 34, and Sebastian, 44, legally single.
A qualified medical child support order was also filed the same day, however, since divorce records are private in New York, no further details were given.
The divorce appeared to be nearly over back in December when the model's attorney had submitted a bunch of documents, including a proposed qualified medical child support order, certificate of dissolution and a proposed judgment of divorce - but the proposed judgment was returned for correction.
It also appears that a settlement had been reached back in December due to a settlement document being filed, but, again, details are withheld from the public.
DailyMail.com has reached out to attorneys for Emily Ratajkowski and Sebastian Bear-McClard for comment.
Emily filed for divorce from Sebastian in September 2022 four years after the former couple tied the knot.
The couple separated in July 2022 after four years of marriage
They split in July 2022 amid accusations that Sebastian was a 'serial cheater.'
They welcomed a child together, Sylvester Apollo Bear, who was born in March 2021. The four-year-old makes occasional appearances on his famous mom's social media where he can be seen traveling internationally with her.
After filing for divorce, the My Body author said she 'didn't have the courage to leave' her ex 'for a long time.'
'I was really, really unhappy,' she revealed while discussing her divorce on Dear Media's Going Mental podcast with Eileen Kelly at the time.
She went on to explain that the stress she felt from being miserable was manifesting in her body, saying, 'I was like 100 pounds, and I had just had a baby. I got really skinny because I was not okay.'
Emily added that she was 'trying everything' to overcome her depression.
'I tried to take antidepressants. I was sure there was something wrong with me.
'I think so much of what I learned coming out of that relationship is to trust your instincts,' she shared.
In an interview with Vogue Australia that came out in November 2023, Emily hinted at penning her own book about divorce to undo some of the 'stigma' around divorce.
She spilled, 'I can't believe there aren't more books about first marriages failing. I've read a lot of literature about divorce, but it tends to be about families ending after children have grown up.
'I do think so many women are divorcing at younger ages, and it's such a taboo and there's such stigma around it.'
The Entourage actress went on to explain that these days, women are more financially stable and don't need to stay in bad relationships.
'Our world has changed so much because women are making, if not the same amount of pay, more money than their partners. And then also carrying the burden of the emotional and physical responsibilities, the labour at home,' she said.
Sebastian has been out of the public eye, especially after being accused of sexual misconduct by two teenage girls he allegedly 'groomed' via Instagram before sleeping with them.
Meanwhile, Emily appears to be having fun dating and embracing life as a 'chic' divorcee.
The mother-of-one was first linked with comedian Eric Andre, 42, in January 2023 after being spotted side-by-side on a series of public outings.
In March 2023, Emily shocked fans when she was seen kissing Harry Styles, 31, on the streets of Tokyo in the wake of his split from Olivia Wilde.
Speaking on a podcast recorded on March 9, two weeks before she was spotted kissing him, Emily revealed that she has secretly been dating Harry for two months – and confessed that he may be 'the one'.
After the One Direction star, she was linked to other high profile men, including DJ Orazio Rispo, French actor Stephane Bak and singer Shaboozey.

Gina Carano thanks Elon Musk for ‘funding' lawsuit after Disney settles dispute over ‘Mandalorian' firing

Star Wars actress Gina Carano has thanked tech billionaire Elon Musk for 'funding' her wrongful termination lawsuit against Disney and its film production company Lucasfilm after settling a dispute over her 2021 firing from the hit show 'The Mandalorian.' Carano filed the lawsuit in a federal court in California last year, claiming she was dropped from 'The Mandalorian" for expressing right-wing views on social media. 'I want to extend my deepest most heartfelt gratitude to Elon Musk, @elonmusk a man I've never met, who did this Good Samaritan deed for me in funding my lawsuit. Thank you Mr. Musk and @X for backing my case and asking for nothing in return,' Carano wrote on X Thursday. She added: 'I am excited to flip the page and move onto the next chapter. My desires remain in the arts, which is where I hope you will join me.' It appears, at least from a public perspective, despite the lawsuit, Carano and Disney have left things amicable with its film company leaving the door open for the 43-year-old actress to make a return. 'Ms. Carano was always well respected by her directors, co-stars and staff, and she worked hard to perfect her craft while treating her colleagues with kindness and respect,' Lucasfilm said in an unsigned statement. It continued: 'With this lawsuit concluded, we look forward to identifying opportunities to work together with Ms. Carano in the near future.' The specific terms of the settlement are unclear. The two sides stipulated in a federal court filing Thursday the case should be dismissed with prejudice, meaning it can't be refiled. A judge still needs to formally dismiss it. The case had been scheduled to go to trial in Los Angeles next February. The lawsuit alleged Carano was wrongfully terminated from the Disney+ series after two seasons due to a post likening the treatment of American conservatives to the treatment of Jews in Nazi Germany. Her posts were widely criticized online and spurred a trending #FireGinaCarano hashtag. The suit had alleged that the actress was fired because she 'dared voice her own opinions' against an 'online bully mob who demanded her compliance with their extreme progressive ideology.' Carano is a former mixed martial artist who played the recurring character Cara Dune on the show, which launched in 2019 and ran for three seasons. A feature film starring Pedro Pascal and Sigourney Weaver, 'The Mandalorian and Grogu,' is set for release next summer. Carano had previously been criticized for mocking mask-wearing during the COVID-19 pandemic and making false allegations of voter fraud during the 2020 presidential election.

Machine Gun Kelly reveals the parenting comment that left Megan Fox 'fuming'

Machine Gun Kelly 's babymama Megan Fox was left 'fuming' during a recent outing with their four-month-old infant daughter Saga Blade Fox-Baker. 'Someone the other day was like, "You're such a good dad," because I was just holding the baby,' the 35-year-old Grammy nominee (born Colson Baker) recalled on TODAY with Jenna and Friends on Thursday. 'So [Megan] was fuming. Yo dude, like, nah nah nah nah nah! She is the one. I just play the guitar and hope and pray that the baby is happy.' MGK - who was gifted a tiny onesie from hosts Jenna Bush Hager and Matt Rogers - went on to call himself a glorified 'music teacher' but said being a dad again is 'awesome.' 'I want to detract any congrats to me, and just move it to Megan,' the Outlaw Overture rocker admitted. 'Because she really does all the work. I just keep getting called, like, "the music teacher."' The on/off couple welcomed their 'little celestial seed' four months after splitting for the second time allegedly due to the 39-year-old Overcompensating actress discovering text messages from other women on MGK's phone. But Megan appeared to rekindle her romance with the Houston-born, Cleveland-raised star by taking a babymoon to Costa Rica together as TMZ revealed pics of the pair at an airport in Liberia waiting at the baggage carousel on July 22. 'Things feel back to "normal" between them, but they are not putting a label on their relationship,' a source told Us Weekly on Thursday. 'They're still being intimate and technically trying to work things out to reconcile. This trip is a big stepping stone in that direction.' MGK and Fox - who were previously engaged from January 2022-March 2023 - originally met in 2020 while co-starring on the Puerto Rican set of Midnight in the Switchgrass. The Tennessee-born bombshell has three older children - Noah, turning 13 next month; Bodhi, 11; and Journey, 9 - from her nine-year marriage to ex-husband Brian Austin Green, which ended in 2019 (divorce was finalized in 2022). Meanwhile, the heavily-tattooed millennial was only 19 when he became father to 16-year-old daughter Casie Colson Baker with ex-girlfriend Emma Cannon. '[There's] something about this family and driver's licenses. She missed some [deadline] now she can't get it until September. Either way, she'll get hers before mine. I still don't have one!' MGK told TODAY. 'I think it will be a double standard situation. "Hey I paid for your childhood, so you will now chauffeur me around."' MGK plans on performing 'a couple' of free pop-up concerts 'next week' and also hinted he'll perform this Sunday at Mall C in his Cleveland hometown for MGK Day, an art and community festival. On February 26, MGK - who gets 16.9M monthly listeners on Spotify - received the stamp of approval from none other than the legendary Bob Dylan, who reposted an Instagram video of him rapping.

Pink's daughter Willow, 14, is her TWIN as singer poses for rare photo with her children

Pink and her teenage daughter Willow looked like twins as they posed together in a rare snap at Hamilton's 10th anniversary event in NYC on Wednesday. The 45-year-old Raise Your Glass singer - who is married to motocross racer Carey Hart - was also joined by her son as they attended the festivities at The Richard Rogers Theatre on Broadway. The performer tied the knot with Carey in 2006 and the pair later welcomed Willow, 14, as well as son Jameson, eight. The teen was the epitome of her famous mom in a strapless red dress while Jameson also dressed for the occasion in a black suit. Pink - whose full name is Alecia Beth Moore - donned a one-shoulder black gown and carried a silver clutch bag in her hand. Willow has followed in her mother's musical footsteps and has not only performed with the Grammy winner on stage but is also a big fan of Broadway. During an interview with People last year, the Who Knew songstress said of her eldest child: 'She's got a voice, man. She's a little bird. She wants to do Broadway and then be a trauma surgeon.' Pink also revealed to the outlet at the time that the pair were 'learning a new song together.' The star added, 'She's not totally on board yet. She's very into musical theater. I'm trying to get her to spread her wings a little bit.' One year earlier, both Pink and Willow notably belted out lyrics together on the last day of the 2024 Democratic National Convention. The budding singer has been following in her mother's performing footsteps and back in 2018, covered the song, A Million Dreams, for The Greatest Showman: Reimagined. A few years later in 2021, Pink and her daughter released a duet called, Cover Me In Sunshine. The song landed on charts in various countries, such as the number six spot on the Australia (ARIA) chart. Last year in February, Willow also appeared on stage with her mother during her Summer Carnival Tour in Australia and the pair notably sang Cover Me In Sunshine. In 2023, Pink proudly shared a clip of her daughter - who was 11 at the time - performing an Olivia Rodrigo cover during her first recital. Also last year, Willow chose to leave her mother's Summer Carnival Tour at the time in order to pursue her own passion for theater. In an Instagram video uploaded to her fans and followers, Pink could be seen having a heartfelt conversation with the teen. 'I want you to tell me all the things. You're leaving me. Why would you ever do that?' she playfully asked. The star then added, 'What are you doing when you get home, what are you looking forward to?' Willow revealed that she will star in a production of Bye Bye Birdie. 'All right, so theater. So, you fell in love with Mamma Mia? I remember when you came out on stage for the first time in Mamma Mia and you were like...,' Pink said as she excitedly tossed her arms into the air. 'And I was like, "Who is that person?" I had never seen you so big and like, your energy was six times your body. It was amazing. I was blown away.' Willow expressed her dream of doing theater 'professionally' and to eventually have the chance to perform on Broadway. Pink then told her daughter, 'You have your own lane and you want to be in it and I love that for you.' 'I will tell you that in this last recital, I saw a version of you that I didn't know existed. And it is really wild to watch you grow up and grow out of me.' Pink has been keeping busy over the summer season, and recently celebrated her husband Carey's 50th birthday last month in July. The star paid a special tribute to the motocross racer by sharing an Instagram photo of Carey with their two children. She also made a list that was titled '50 Reasons To Love You' which she also showed her followers. 'Happy birthday @hartluck just thought the world needed 50 more reasons,' the songstress added in the caption. Pink and Carey tied the knot in January 2006 after the Who Knew singer proposed to him during one of his races in 2005. Two years later, the pair took time apart. But in 2009, the performer announced that they were back together after undergoing marriage counseling. Earlier this year in January, the couple also celebrated their 19th wedding anniversary. Carey shared a loving tribute to his wife by uploading both a present day and throwback photo of the pair. '19 years married today to this amazing woman @pink. For over 20 years we've traveled the world, made a family, and created amazing memories & life together. 'Not bad for a couple kids who weren't expected to amount to anything. You are like a fine wine, and I love you.' Next month on September 8, Pink will ring in her 46th birthday.
