The Group is welcoming Luca Finardi as Vice President, Operations, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Caribbean Atlantic (EMEAC), on June 1, 2025. An accomplished hotelier with over 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Luca spent the past decade establishing Mandarin Oriental's Italian portfolio and was most recently General Manager of Mandarin Oriental Paris and Area Vice President, Operations for France, Italy and Czech Republic. Luca will report to Anthony Ingham, the Group's new Chief Operating Officer, and partner closely with Managing Directors of Rosewood's properties and key internal stakeholders to oversee the operational strategies of the Group's portfolio and sustain its quality growth in the EMEAC region. Together with the Vice Presidents, Operations for Americas and Asia Pacific, Luca will also play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for optimization and developing best practices as the Group continues to expand its footprint and solidify its leading position.

Starting in culinary and event management, she balanced both worlds as a catering sales executive and property sales. Chae held the title of Account Executive with Marriott's Homes & Villas platform and also served as Premium & Luxury Sales Specialist assisting in the closing and building group at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa, Atlanta Marriott Marquis, St. Regis Atlanta, and the Ritz-Carlton Boston. SIHOT enhances integration with Dingus, enabling real-time tour operator reservations, automated contract management, and improved hotel operational efficiency and compliance. GERMANY – SIHOT, one of the leading hotel management systems, has upgraded its integration with Dingus, Spanish hotel distribution platform, to streamline hotel operations with real-time reservation updates for contracted tour operator agreements within – Property Management System. A popular channel manager solution for holiday resorts in Spain and Caribbean, Dingus supports holiday resorts with room and rate distribution to leading tour operators – generally unavailable on standard channel managers. Through the enhanced interface, availability is now synchronised in real-time between Dingus and SIHOT to ensure availability is accurate. Hotels can download reservation data which will automatically link to preexisting tour operator contracts to manage contracted allotments within the This development provides hotels with greater control over inventory and availability by being able to better manage negotiated contracts and allotment reservations. By synchronising with contracted allowances the PMS automatically determines whether reservations fall into the agreed allotments for a specific agreement and assigned to the specific contract number or if the reservation should be drawn from general availability. In allowing inventory allocation to be updated in real-time, hotels can prevent overbooking and maintain control of availability. Hotels can now also access prepayments and reservation deposits which are processed through the Dingus extranet and recorded on hotels' reservation accounts in the The enhancement also supports Spanish law compliance with automatically generating and issuing customer invoices inclusive of guest I.D documentation, if provided by the external channel. In addition, extra supplements purchased via Dingus distribution channels are downloaded to SIHOT with Non-Refundable rates fully supported between the two systems. New Hotel Management Agreement signed with Sanher Investment & Development Co. Ltd. to build the first Metropolo Hotel in Laos KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, May 29, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- RJJ Hotels Sdn.
