Gino D'Acampo makes string of smutty remarks during radio interview as he returns to public eye following ITV axe
SHAMED TV chef Gino D'Acampo has made a smutty return to the public eye — by making lewd comments about women. The Italian, 48, said during a radio interview that men do not like skinny women — as they want to have 'things to grab'. 3 The former This Morning star had been lying low since being removed from ITV programming in February. But he did not hold back during an interview on Vibe FM in Malta. Responding when one of the presenters, named Nicole, said that she regularly dieted, he said: 'Only dogs like bones. 'A real man, he wants the meat, you know, the things to grab. Don't get too skinny, otherwise it's like, no.' During the interview he also said: 'I'm going to tell you a secret, Italian food is like Italian men, minimum effort, maximum satisfaction.' He added during the show last Wednesday: 'Now do you understand that Nicole, or do I need to explain that?' She replied: 'I think it was very clear.' Later he also told her: 'You're too pretty for radio.' Earlier, asked if he recognised a male guest in the studio, he said: 'Do I know your mum? 'Did I take your mama out for dinner or something? I meet a lot of people and usually the ones I remember are blonde, they're tall — we do an activity together.' In February, Gino was accused of sexually inappropriate behaviour over 12 years and ITV has vowed not to use him in future. The married dad of three denies the claims. TV chef Gino D'Acampo accused of 'sexually inappropriate' behaviour as 'dozens come forward with complaints' Earlier this month, his restaurant chain was saved when Upmarket Leisure — the company controlling the five venues — was bought out of administration — in a £5million deal that saved 400 jobs.

Love Island's Liberty Poole issues stark warning after uncomfortable moment with tradesman while alone in her house
LIBERTY Poole has sent out a stark warning to fans after a tradesman called out to her house was inappropriate towards her. The 25-year-old posted a video on TikTok, explaining that she had been forced to call pest control after dealing with ants in her home. 6 6 However, she noted that women need to 'be careful and trust their gut' as she went on to detail the man's comments towards her, leaving her uncomfortable in her own home. She told her followers: 'So on the way out – I was on my own because my boyfriend got a doctor's appointment today, so he's not in the house – he [the tradesman] was saying things to me like, 'do you live on this house on your own? How much is this house worth? What do you do?' 'Like, really inappropriate questions off the bat, which I thought was a bit awkward.' However, Liberty added she 'drew the line' when he got more personal. 'It was me and this guy in the house, and I was like, paying him at the time so he could just get out my house and leave, please go, just trying to be amicable. 'And then he asked this really inappropriate question. Was basically like, 'what do you use for your boobs so I can get it to my wife?' 'After that, I drew the line. I was like, this isn't an appropriate question. Please leave the house. Please leave.' Liberty added that she contacted the company, who suspended the man in question, but was left shaken as it reminded her of another time when a man followed her when she went to collect a parcel. 'I should have trusted my gut and asked the security guard to walk me to the car, but I didn't,' she said. 'I just like, left it. I'm walking to the car, which is quite far down this road, this dark road. 'It's like 10pm at night, the car comes around the corner, follows me all the way, knowing that I didn't want the attention, knowing that I got help because of the way he was being, still followed me, and I just had this adrenaline kick in. Love Island star breaks down in tears and admits she's lonely and can't make friends 'I just was like, leave me alone. Like, I actually think I swore as well, it's not likely, but like, my adrenaline just kicked in at this point because I didn't know what to do. 'After that, I sat in my car, and there was this bunch of guys that come after he left, and like, just kind of stared at me from in there, in the car, and I was so shook up, but all I could do was go home to an empty flat and an empty house on my own, because, again, it's like my family live abroad. I can tell them, but they can't do anything about it.' As she spoke, the message about her read: 'Please be careful. Vet companies properly and trust your gut. This is a post to bring awareness to support groups you can call if you're a young girl living on your own.' Fans were quick to flood Liberty with support, with women sharing their own uncomfortable interactions with tradesmen when living by themselves. 6 6 'Sick of this happening to women all over and in every and any environment. It's so sad and shouldn't be happening,' wrote one. 'Had super similar in a taxi when I was drunk on the way home, he refused to drop me off before my SOBER friend then when alone asked me super inappropriate questions, I was so scared,' said another. 'I had a scare with a tradesman recently,' noted a third. 'It's really scary realising how vulnerable you actually are, in your own home alone with a bigger and stronger man who might not have good intentions.' 'I'm so sorry you went through that. No one should have to take preventative measures to be safe especially in their own home,' wrote a fourth. 'You truly cannot trust anyone. Sounds like he was trying to figure out if you'd be alone for long. Hope you're okay babe.' 'I'm so sorry this happened to you, this shouldn't happen to ANYONE. Hopefully this gets resolved but it shouldn't be a thing in the first place,' wrote a fifth. 'Everyone should be able to have a service done without being persecuted or being made to feel unsafe especially in your own home.' 6 6

Former Bolingbrook, Illinois, teacher arrested for kissing, slapping 14-year-old student
A former Bolingbrook, Illinois, music teacher turned himself in to police on Saturday, after an arrest warrant was issued accusing him of kissing and slapping a student. Police said Brian Finn, 61, of Lockport, has been charged with two counts of battery, and was released on his own recognizance on Saturday. He is due in court on June 4 for a pretrial hearing. Police said an arrest warrant was issued on Wednesday, accusing Finn of kissing the student on the lips, and slapping the child's buttocks. At the time of the incident, Finn was a music teacher at Brooks Middle School in Bolingbrook, but was relieved of his duties on May 5, after an internal investigation by the school district. Two other school district employees were fired, but have not been charged with a crime. Police have not provided any details on their involvement in the case.

Trip Elementary School parents feel betrayed by teacher's arrest
The Brief Brad Miller feels betrayed by the teacher and school administration, accusing them of downplaying the situation after Brian Hill's arrest for inappropriate behavior with students. Surveillance video allegedly shows Hill fondling Miller's daughter for over 5 minutes, contradicting the school's initial minimization of the incident. Miller urges other parents to come forward if they suspect their children were victims, with his attorney providing an email address for reporting concerns. GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - A Gwinnett County father is speaking out after his daughter's kindergarten teacher at Trip Elementary School was arrested earlier this month, accused of inappropriately touching students in his class. What we know Brad Miller said he feels betrayed by both the teacher and the school administration, which he believes tried to downplay the situation after 29-year-old Brian Hill was arrested May 5. Hill is charged with first-degree cruelty to children and simple battery. "It's…I don't even have words. There's no words," Miller said. What they're saying Miller's attorney, Mitch Skandalakis, said they believe Hill engaged in inappropriate behavior with Miller's daughter and other female kindergarten students since the beginning of the school year. "He was stroking her hair. He drew her close to him in an embrace. And again, this is bizarre behavior," Skandalakis said. Miller said the school first notified families in a March 31 email titled "Staffing Update," which simply stated that Hill had resigned and was being replaced. Days later, Miller said the school principal called and minimized the situation. "Oh, she just got patted on the head," Miller recalled being told. But police later contacted Miller and showed him surveillance video of the alleged incident. "He goes, grabs a chair, pulls the chair up right up on my daughter, and then proceeds to fondle her for over 5 minutes," Miller said. "Something like this should not get downplayed. An adult male touches kindergarten kids…it's just shattered. You know, all my belief and trust in the system." "The damage has been done and there's a fork in the road," Miller said. "Either you protect kids or you protect your image and the optics of all of this. And unfortunately, it feels like they took the wrong path." The other side Gwinnett County Public Schools declined to comment on specifics, citing the ongoing investigation, but said in a statement that Hill was "promptly removed from the classroom and did not return to the school" once the allegations were discovered. Police were also notified immediately, the district said. Timeline March 31 - Miller receives an email from school officials titled "staffing update." April 1 - He gets a call from the principal. May 5 - Hill was arrested. What's next Miller is urging other parents who suspect their children may have been victims to come forward. His attorney has created an email address for families seeking to report concerns.
