Rapid Vienna 'plan' to sign the winger on a season-long loan with an obligation to buy, but Celtic 'won't let' him leave until they secure a replacement winger, according to Austrian outlet
Tilio, who moved to Glasgow over two years ago, has made just two competitive appearances for the Parkhead club.
He spent last season on loan at Melbourne City in Australia, where he netted five goals and provided five assists in 20 matches.

The Scottish Premiership champions will kick off their new campaign on Sunday against St Mirren at Parkhead.
Don Robertson will referee the match, with Greg Aitken on VAR duties.
