These 7 Tech Accessories Help You Travel Light And Work Smart

If your work involves a lot of travel, minimizing bulk in the carrybag becomes the topmost priority. And with the amount of tech we carry – phone, laptop, smartwatch, maybe a tablet – your bag can easily fill to the brim with all sorts of wires, chargers, and accessories. Over the past six months, I aimed to pack light without compromising on functionality. I've found seven accessories that have helped me achieve that goal and stay on top of my on-the-go lifestyle. Whether you're a frequent flier or a digital nomad, these tools can help you stay productive without overpacking. Nomad ChargeKey This is a tiny USB-C to USB-C cable that supports fast data transfer and charging capabilities. It is build to last and fits right on your keychain. The ChargeKey V2's connecting lock and cable housing are made of electroplated zinc, which protects the device from damage and corrosion. It offers 240W of power and 10Gbps data transfer speeds in a compact form factor and costs just $25. Logitech Keys-To-Go 2 Wireless Keyboard If you don't want to carry a laptop and prefer working from an iPad but don't want to splurge on the Magic Keyboard, the Logitech Keys-To-Go 2 is a great pick. It has a slim profile, matte finish, lightweight design, and a built-in flap cover to protect the keys in transit. While the keys feel a bit cramped, it's comfortable to type on once you get used to it. The only downside is the lack of backlighting. It retails for $65. Satechi OnTheGo 3-in-1 Wireless Charger If you're in the Apple ecosystem and own an iPhone, AirPods, and an Apple Watch, this charger simplifies your travel kit. The Satechi OnTheGo 3-in-1 charger delivers 15W power to your iPhone, 5W to your AirPods, and fast-charges Apple Watch Series 7–10 and Ultra 1 and 2. I like it more for the matte finish, color-matched cable, and travel pouch provided in the box. It's currently available at $100. DailyObjects Loop Qi2 Power Bank The DailyObjects Loop Qi2 10,000mAh power bank will appeal to those who want a power bank to charge all their Apple devices. I've used several MagSafe-compatible wireless power banks, and most lose efficiency due to overheating. This one gets warm too, but t still charges my iPhone 16 Pro at least twice (and a little more) on a single charge. It features a titanium build, Qi2 fast charging and a built-in kickstand for better usability. It's available for INR 5,999 ($69). Baseus Retractable Wire I am tired of untangling long cables every time I need them and I'm sure you are too. In addition to the Nomad ChargeKey, I carry two Baseus retractable USB-C to USB-C cables for their circular shell builds. You can pull to extend the cable, and give it a quick tug to retract the wire back inside. It supports up to 100W PD charging, with data transfer capped at 480Mbps. The 2-meter version is currently available for $15. DailyObjects Pop Charger If you can't get your hands on the Nomad Slim 65W charger, the DailyObjects Pop 45W twin-port charger is a solid alternative. It outputs 45W of power and works well with both phones and laptops. The slim profile, foldable pins, colorful finishes, and functional design make it travel-friendly. You can also opt for a 67W version, which offers two USB-C ports and one USB-A port. The 45W GaN5 adapter is currently priced at INR 2,499 ($29). Jabees Peace Pillow Speaker If you are someone whose sleep is disturbed due to frequent traveling, this small speaker can help you sleep better. The Jabees Peace Pillow Speaker is built to play sound without you needing to wear earbuds or headphones to sleep. It features bone conduction tech to vibrate the pillow and turn it into a speaker. You can put it below your pillow and listen to sounds that help you fall asleep (or podcasts and music, for that matter). It comes with a microSD card with pre-stored sleep sounds, but you can also connect it to your phone via Bluetooth. This Jabees product costs $36. These accessories don't just reduce clutter but also help streamline your workflow on the move. From retractable wires to multi-device wireless chargers, each item on this list offers a practical solution for lighter, more efficient travel. They've helped me and hopefully, they'll be of use to you, too.

Isabel Marant Spring 2026 Menswear Collection

If there's one French fashion brand that has wanderlust baked right in, it's Isabel Marant. Surveying the men's lookbook as styled by Emmanuelle Alt but also gazing into an imaginary landscape beyond, creative director Kim Bekker observed, 'He's headed to the steppes and out into the desert, from village to village, surfing.' Here, then, was a wardrobe for the eternal nomad, wherever he roams, be it Paris, the Sahara or Ibiza, one of the designer's favorite destinations, which appeared here as an embroidered postcard on the back of a varsity jacket. Linen shirts were layered over tees, and paired with easy, straight-cut trousers. Cargo details are a major current for spring, and here they appeared on blazers that were less utilitarian than refined, for the traveler who prefers keeping all his essentials right in his pockets. Drawstring waists gave tailored pieces a sense of ease while here and there an embroidered floral motif lent a tinge of romance without going full-blown folkloric. The color palette, too, told a story of scorched earth and canyon sunsets, in clay red, sage green and dusty rose. Statement pieces included a lightweight bomber in washed leather, an ecru jean jacket with floral embroidery on the breast pocket, and a washed-out denim jacket with a botanical print, an idea that also cropped up on jeans. The keepers here echoed Marant's philosophy: sophisticated enough to wear around the city, yet laid back enough for wherever the next flight lands.

Benidorm star sets the record straight after sparking concern with claim she's 'living from couch to couch and her car is her wardrobe'

Benidrom star Crissy Rock has set the record straight after sparking concern with her claim that she's 'living from couch to couch and her car is her wardrobe'. Earlier this month the actress - who played Janey Yorke in the ITV hit - confessed she now lives like a 'nomad' and could find herself in a 'cardboard box' seven years after the ITV show ended in 2018. This left some a little worried and the star decided to speak out and let her fans know what she actually meant when she said it. Speaking with The Metro, Crissy said: 'I did say the boot of my car is like a wardrobe, because when you're on tour, you have to take suitcases with you. 'I am like a nomad because I'm on tour. 'I'm up and down the country, all over the place. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. It comes after earlier this month the actress - who played Janey Yorke in the ITV hit - confessed she now lives like a 'nomad' and could find herself in a 'cardboard box' seven years after the ITV show ended in 2018 'That's what you do when you're on tour, you live in the suitcase. We don't live in a cardboard box.' She added: 'You have to go where the work is, so it's not like you just sit there and go, 'Oh, I can't be bothered going there'.' Last month Crissy explained that her career and upcoming UK tour has resulted in sleeping 'couch to couch' while keeping her possessions in the boot of her car. As well as starring in Benidorm, Crissy won numerous awards for her role in 1994 movie Ladybird, Ladybird before going on to appear on I'm A Celeb and Celebrity Come Dine With Me and Celebrity Masterchef. She told The Express: 'Me, I'm like a nomad. I live from place to place to place. 'My wardrobe is just the boot of my car. If it wasn't for my friend, I would be living in a hostel or a cardboard box'. 'When I'm in Liverpool, I go and see her and I have family and that so I just sort of move around from couch to couch.' Benidorm star Crissy Rock, 66, has confessed she now lives like a 'nomad' and could find herself in a 'cardboard box' seven years after the ITV show ended Crissy appeared as Solana Hotel boss Janey for the show's first four seasons, before retuning sporadically until her final exit during season seven. The comedy continued for another three years before being axed in May 2018. Asked if she would be keen to see the comedy make a return, Crissy said: 'I've heard that the show could come back and I think that it would be brilliant if they did bring it back. But I can't say much, but I would love it to happen'. Just two months after its cancellation was confirmed, the show won Best cCmedy at TV Choice Awards - with its creator Derren Litten calling out the decision in his acceptance speech at the time. Now its been reported it could be making a comeback, with The Sun claiming earlier this year that TV bosses are in talks to reboot the show. A TV insider told the publication: 'Benidorm was adored by millions when it was suddenly cancelled. 'Fans will be thrilled to hear ITV wants to bring it back. 'An 11th series hasn't been commissioned yet, but there's major excitement building as early talks begin. 'Producers have started to reach out to the show's stars and are hopeful a decision can be made later this year.' Fans were ecstatic as the news circulated online, writing: 'Sincerely hope this is true!! Dearly missed show!'; She said: 'Me, I'm like a nomad. I live from place to place to place. My wardrobe is just the boot of my car. If it wasn't for my friend, I would be living in a hostel or a cardboard box' Explaining the reasons behind her new lifestyle, she told the publication it was all due to her work that can take her around the country at a moments notice As well as starring in Benidorm, Crissy won numerous awards for her role in 1994 movie Ladybird, Ladybird before going on to appear on I'm A Celeb in 2011 (pictured) 'Feel like I'm dreaming. Really hope they make this happen,'; 'Omg yay I hope they all come back!!'; 'Ur 5 days late for april fools... or its actually real?!?! Finally ITV bringing back a INCREDIBLE Show,'; 'Omg! I'm absolutely buzzing with excitement! This is the best news ever! I really hope the Garvey's come back!' 'I hope so cause that would be the best birthday present every.' The ITV Brits abroad sitcom - which followed a group of holidaymakers in the Spanish resort and their hilarious escapades - came to an end in May 2018 after 11 years, and fans have been begging for more ever since. In 2023, show creator Derren teased a return of the beloved series as he announced that he was returning back to writing for 'both television and theatre'. He said: 'I have had clear, recent indications that certain TV channels are interested in my decision and I hope you will be watching the fruits of my labour in time to come.' Then, in March 2025 he sparked hope of its comeback once again when a fan asked on X: '@DerrenLitten @ITV Another series of Benidorm on the cards?' and he cryptically replied: 'Who knows...' Announcing the news on social media that it had been axed in 2018, Derren said: 'Crazy to think Wednesday will be the last episode of Benidorm! 'I created the series over 11 years ago, wrote it, guest starred in it and ended up directing it. It's difficult to think what else there is to do! Thank you for watch.'

Benidorm star reveals she is ‘homeless' and ‘close to living in a cardboard box' seven years after end of hit ITV sitcom

THIS Benidorm star has revealed that she now basically lives 'like a nomad' sleeping on peoples' couches, despite being a praised actress. The star was a long-standing member of the Hotel Solana gang, with the ITV series becoming a fan favourite until it ended seven years ago. 5 5 However, fast forward to today, and Crissy Rock has revealed that, due to her career, she could end up living 'out of a cardboard box'. Crissy, who played hotel manager Janey York in the sitcom, said that her job means that she's always on the go, and can't become 'complacent' as her work sends her all over the place. She told The Express: 'Me, I'm like a nomad. I live from place to place to place. My wardrobe is just the boot of my car. If it wasn't for my friend, I would be living in a hostel or a cardboard box.' Crissy adds that she 'moves around from couch to couch' when back at home in Liverpool, flitting between her friends and family members. However, the star noted it was her choice to do it, leaving her open for opportunities – including a possible Benidorm reboot. The Sun exclusively revealed in April that the cast were in early talks to make a comeback for another run. A source said: 'Benidorm was adored by millions when it was suddenly cancelled. Fans will be thrilled to hear ITV wants to bring it back. 'An 11th series hasn't been commissioned yet, but there's major excitement building as early talks begin. 'Producers have started to reach out to the show's stars and are hopeful a decision can be made later this year.' While she said it would be 'brilliant' to bring the show back, Crissy remained tight-lipped about whether she would be a part of it. Benidorm, which followed a gang of unique British holidaymakers and the quirky staff at the Solana all-inclusive resort in Spain, ran from 2007 to 2018. The actress appeared as a regular face during the first four series of the show, before becoming less frequent and leaving at the end of series seven. Sherrie Hewson later replaced her as the Solana's manager, while Crissy went on to appear on Celebrity Masterchef and I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here. Even though the show was axed in 2018, it went on to win Best Comedy at the TV Choice Awards that year – prompting creator Derren Litten to take a swipe at the channel over the decision. As he picked up the gong, he told the crowd: 'This is a bit awkward, the show's just been cancelled.' 'I've huge respect for ITV — a show that's getting five and a half million viewers and still picking up awards, but they've cancelled it,' he added. 'That takes balls.' Despite the end of the show being seven years ago, fans continue to flock to ITVX to watch the series. The all-star cast included Ted Lasso's Hannah Waddingham, Johnny Vegas, Tim Healy, Steve Pemberton and Siobhan Finneran. 5
