And his ranch has been described as 'the land ownership equivalent to owning an NFL team.' The amazing main house boasts eight bedrooms, five bathrooms and several guest homes. Its situation near the border of Florida means it has an array of wildlife like turkey and deer. YouTuber-turned-boxing star Jake Paul has bought a sprawling, $39million ranch in Georgia with the money he made by beating Mike Tyson. Paul, 28, took on Tyson in a controversial, money-spinning clash fight back in November. He is more than three decades younger than the former heavyweight champion. He claimed to have made $40m from the win at AT&T Stadium and the former YouTuber later revealed that that he has wanted to buy a ranch for the past 15 years. He has now snapped up a historic plantation that covers 5,746 acres and boasts a 30-acre duck pond, 20-acre eagle lake and five miles of spring creeks. The ranch, in Decatur County, Georgia, is known as Southlands Plantation and was originally listed for $42.5m. It's been described as 'the land ownership equivalent to owning an NFL team' and is believed to be one of the most expensive private land sales in the state's history. Paul admitted the plantation is a little bit bigger than what he wanted but said he knew he had to buy it. Decatur County is deep in the south of Georgia, near the border with Florida, with the Appalachian Mountains only a stone's throw away. The main house includes eight bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, with a manager's house, several guest homes and a barn also on site. The ranch is also home to a range of wildlife, including deer and turkeys, while it also offers the chance for horseback riding, hunting and watersports. Paul, the younger brother of YouTuber-turned-WWE star Logan Paul, has won 11 of his 12 professional fights. He faces Julio Cesar Chavez Jr on June 28. 'I would say Chavez is most likely going to be the toughest opponent (I have faced yet), the most experienced, literally the most amount of fights out of all of my opponents,' Paul told DAZN. He DM'd me today, like saying "lol" to one of my training clips, and then I sent him a "lol" of him getting knocked out.' According to Paul, the exchange was all in good fun but it nevertheless highlighted a simmering tension between the two stars. 'I guess we're kind of s*** talking behind the scenes a bit,' he continued. 'But I have a lot of love for Anthony Joshua. I think this type of stuff is funny, and he's a great guy.' He added: 'A fight between us would be awesome, and I do believe I can win.'

Northern California ranch for sale has a waterfall and its own horse facilities
A 277-acre Northern California ranch tucked in a mesa of springtime wildflowers, deep canyons and dynamic waterfalls has hit the market for under $1 million. Silver Ridge Stables in Oroville is a full-service horse boarding and training facility that includes a three-bedroom, two-bathroom main home and two one-bedroom houses. Throw in a pond, mature olive orchard, water access and panoramic Butte Valley views and the moderate asking price seems noteworthy: $988,000. One of the waterfalls gracing the property is iconic, seasonal Phantom Falls, a popular hiking destination with protected public trail access. A majority of visitors come to Table Mountain to see the beautiful carpet of blooming flowers and flowing waterfalls in March, April and May. The ranch borders the North Table Mountain Ecological Reserve with the well-known Phantom Falls located on the southeastern corner of the property. 'The sellers have lovingly operated the stables for 20 years and are ready to hand over the reins,' listing agent Amy Friend of California Outdoor Properties said in a news release. 'Silver Ridge Stable offers tremendous potential to run and expand the current boarding operation by adding trail riding, lessons and camps, for example; or it can be one's own, private horse-riding paradise.' Much of the property sits on top of Table Mountain, a wild territory which can only be accessed by foot and horse. 'It's the last property on the street, offering privacy and serenity that's hard to find,' the property listing states. The lower part of the ranch, where a lighted, 160-by-90-foot covered arena is located, overlooks the northern Sacramento Valley. Trails cut through the property and orchard with direct access to thousands of unfenced acres on Table Mountain. On a far edge of the property, train tracks mark the boundary, 'a quiet echo of simpler times,' according to a marketing video about the ranch. The ranch is less than a half-hour drive to Chico and Oroville. Sacramento is an hour-and-a-half drive and getting to Lake Tahoe takes about three hours. 'Silver Ridge Stables offers serene beauty and end of the road privacy,' Friend said. She noted that factors such as house-to-land ratio, water access, and agricultural potential make the property an attractive opportunity for a cash-buyer.
