Prison officer accused of ‘affairs with two inmates' facing trial
She appeared at Southwark Crown Court charged with two counts of misconduct in a public office in relation to the relationship with Sharif and Money. The first charge alleges she 'wilfully and without reasonable excuse or justification misconducted' herself in 'an abuse of the public's trust' by having an 'inappropriate sexual relationship' with inmate Sharif. The second misconduct charge alleges she had a sexual relationship with Money between Sept 1, 2021 and Dec 31, 2022. Dale is charged with conspiring together with Sharif, Lilea Sallis and others to bring controlled drugs into Swaleside. She appeared in court in a black blazer on Friday, and was granted bail ahead of a plea and trial preparation hearing on June 6 at the same court.

A prison officer accused of having sexual relationships with two inmates will face a trial in October. Isabelle Dale, 23, allegedly had a fling with convicted robber Shahid Sharif, 33, between 1 September 2021 and 31 December 2022. Dale is also accused of having a sexual relationship with a second jailhouse lover, Connor Money, 28, at the same time. Money was serving nine years for killing his best friend in a car crash while escaping police at 147mph. Dale is also accused of conspiring to smuggle drugs into HMP Swaleside in Kent - the high security jail where Sharif was locked up. She appeared at Southwark Crown Court charged with two counts of misconduct in a public office in relation to the relationship with Sharif and Money. The first charge alleges she 'wilfully and without reasonable excuse or justification misconducted yourself in a way which amounted to an abuse of the public's trust in the office holder by having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a serving prisoner by the name of Shahid Sharif.' The second misconduct charge alleges she had a sexual relationship with Money between 1 September 2021 and 31 December 2022. Dale, of Portsmouth, is charged with conspiring together with Sharif, Lilea Sallis, and others unknown to bring controlled drugs into Swaleside. Wearing a smart black blazer, she was bailed today ahead of a plea and trial preparation hearing on Friday 6 June at the same court. Judge Justin Cole set a trial date for 21 October 2025 to last between two and three weeks. Sharif and Sallis, 27, of Brighton, are charged with conspiring with Dale and others unknown to bring controlled drugs into Category B prison Swaleside. The 27-year-old, wearing a white top, was also bailed for a plea and trial preparation at the same court in two weeks time. Sharif, who was on a video-link from HMP Manchester, is also charged with possessing a mobile phone in HMP Brixton and HMP Wandsworth between 1 September 2021 and 31 December 2022. Dale describes herself on the website ' as 'a seasoned Prison Officer with 2 years of experience, holds a degree in Criminology and Law from City of Portsmouth College, and is proficient in English and Maths.'

Texas teacher slept with student who she saw as ‘little brother': Cops
A high school student teacher in Texas allegedly admitted having sex with a male student whom she thought of as a 'little brother,' authorities allege. Darian Christine Rogers, 22, met the boy at a grocery store where they both worked prior to her job at Rouse High School in Leander, Texas, KTBC reported. Rogers, who began working at the high school as a student teacher in January, was reported to authorities in April by another student who claimed she had 'personal knowledge' of a staffer in a sexual relationship with a minor, according to court paperwork seen by the outlet. She also claimed Rogers was 'engaging in sexual relationships with several of her co-workers,' who were also allegedly students in the district. The student then provided a voicemail from a woman – identified as Rogers by Williamson County Sheriff's Office – where she allegedly admitted to sending explicit photos to a 17-year-old boy. The alleged victim denied the relationship to police until text messages found on his phone allegedly showed him and Rogers discussing the Plan B contraceptive pill. Rogers initially insisted they were not having sex, even telling police their relationship was that of a 'big sister and little brother.' However, she was arrested after cops confronted her with the text evidence. Rogers allegedly admitted the pair only had sex 'one time' in his truck in a parking lot near the grocery store where they both worked, the affidavit read. Rogers allegedly warned the student via text to avoid 'inappropriate comments' in front of school staff as she was interviewing for a position there, the affidavit noted. Detectives also allegedly found a video of Rogers taking the Plan B pill and a screenshot of the receipt on her phone. Another text between Rogers and a friend allegedly described a previous sexual relationship between her and another minor, who was a student in the Leander Independent School District at the time. 'The individual was not a Leander ISD or Rouse High School employee and was immediately removed from campus once the district was made aware of the situation,' according to the outlet. 'Any accusations of misconduct did not happen on our campus, during school hours, or at any school-sponsored event.' Rogers was released from Williamson County Jail on Saturday on a $20,000 bond. She has been charged with second-degree felony improper relationship between an educator and a student, arrest records show. She is due in court on June 4.

Hialeah high school teacher arrested after having sexual relationship with student, police say
An English teacher at Hialeah Senior High School was arrested after he and one of his students allegedly had a sexual relationship, according to police. The student reportedly told police her relationship with Misael Gonzalez, 55, began after they spoke about issues she had regarding her father, according to the arrest report. The teen told police she was 15-years-old at the time. According to the teen, their conversations then turned romantic and he fondled her over her clothing on several occasions. "The victim stated how the defendant would tell her they were in a boyfriend and girlfriend (romantic) relationship and how they loved one another," according to the arrest report. Gonzalez allegedly would meet her at her job and then they would go sit in his Tesla in the parking lot, where they would talk and kiss, according to police. The teen told police from September 2024 through February 2025, she and Gonzalez had sexual encounters in his and other classrooms room at the school, according to the arrest report. She added that they would only communicate with each other in person so as not to leave any trace of their conversations on electronic devices, investigators said. Spending "romantic" day together In January, the teen skipped school so they could spend the day at the beach, without her parents knowledge, according to police. The teen allegedly told investigators they parked in garage across from a hotel, checked in, changed and went to the beach. "The victim stated the defendant asked her if "she was ready to have sex", she stated no. The victim stated they spent the rest of the day together being romantic," according to the report. Gonzalez then drove her back, so she could return to the school for dismissal, police said. According to the teen, when she turned 16 in February, she again skipped school, and they spent the day at Emelia Earhart Park. There, the teen said, she had sex for the first time, according to the arrest report. Gonzalez was taken into custody on Tuesday, May 20, at a Miami-Dade Public Schools warehouse. After being questioned by investigators he was arrested. Gonzalez is facing several charges including lewd and lascivious battery, child abuse, molestation and unlawful sexual activity with a minor. During his bond hearing, a detective told the judge there are other victims in other cases. The judge found probable cause and ordered that he be held without bond. Following the arrest, Miami-Dade County Public Schools issued the following statement. "Miami-Dade County Public Schools is disturbed by the unsettling allegations made against this individual. Upon learning about this suspected behavior, Miami-Dade Schools Police immediately began their investigation and subsequently made an arrest. This type of behavior will not be tolerated as it runs contrary to the professional conduct we expect from all employees. The District has initiated employment termination proceedings and will ensure the individual is precluded from seeking future employment with the District."
