Britney Spears' ex-husband Sam Asghari savagely roasts Kevin Federline over new tell-all book

Britney Spears' ex-husband Sam Asghari took a vicious swipe at Kevin Federline over his upcoming tell-all book, calling the dad of six a 'professional father'. In a clip shared by TMZ on Saturday, a photographer asked the former personal trainer what he thought of Federline's upcoming book, which will 'detail his marriage with Britney.' 'Well, he was a professional father,' he replied while walking outside West Hollywood hotspot The Abbey on Saturday, cheekily adding that the memoir 'would be the first book that'll tell you how to be a professional father'. Federline — who was married to Spears, 43, from 2004 to 2007 — announced his upcoming memoir, You Thought You Knew, earlier this month. Per The Daily Mail, the former back-up dancer — who shares sons Sean Preston, 19, and Jayden James, 18, with Spears — wrote in a press release that the book will uncover personal details about their 'highly publicised marriage'. 'This book is extremely intimate and transparent,' Federline wrote in the release. 'I achieved my biggest dreams, dealt with crushing heartbreak and endured constant ridicule, all while becoming the father my children needed as they experienced non-stop emotional turbulence.' The book is set for release on October 21 in the US. Federline famously took custody of their sons after the marriage ended, and collected $US20,000 ($30,678) a month in child support from the pop princess until November 2024 — when both sons were past the age of 18. Following the ill-fated union, which saw Spears endure a highly publicised meltdown amid the end of her marriage, Federline went on to marry Victoria Prince, with whom he shares two daughters. He also shares two grown children with ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson. Spears was briefly married to childhood friend Jason Alexander in 2004, though the union was quickly annulled. Years after her split from Federline, she went on to date Asghari after filming her Slumber Party music video with him. In May 2022, following their 2021 engagement, the former couple endured a miscarriage. 'It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that we have lost our miracle baby early in the pregnancy,' they said in a joint statement at the time. 'This is a devastating time for any parent. Perhaps we should have waited to announce until we were further along. However we were overly excited to share the good news.' Spears went on to marry Asghari in a star-studded ceremony in June 2022, only to have it end in divorce in 2024. Asghari, 31, who is now dating Brooke Irvine, appears to have residual loyalty for his famous ex-wife. The Traitors personality told Page Six in January that he wishes his ex-wife 'the best,' despite their failed marriage. 'I think that the number one factor of a partner is to be there for one another, no matter what,' he added.

Love Island's Dejon breaks silence on ‘Surviving Dejon' book written by step-sister who branded him a ‘narcissist'

LOVE Island alum, Dejon Noel-Williams, says he plans to challenge a tell all book slate for release and penned by his sister who had labelled him a "narcissist." During his time in the villa on the ITV2 reality dating show, Dejon came under fire for his controversial behaviour and now his step-sister has added to the chorus of criticism. 4 His step-sister Niah, who is not biologically related to Dejon but shares a brother with him, has released a book named 'Surviving Dejon,' where she accused him "gaslighting" and "abusive." But Dejon has now broken his silence the ordeal and said Niah's book was full of "untruths" and he planned to take action. The footballer was dumped on day 56 of this year's Love Island, alongside his girlfriend, Meg Moore, whom he said knows him well despite what Niah had to say about him. "There's a lot of untruths and unfair stories that I am challenging at the moment, the most important thing is Meg knows who I am, my family know who I am," Dejon said during an interview on Capital X radio. Dejo then even gave a "shoutout" to previously dumped Islanders Andrada and Billykiss, who were quick to support him once he and Meg left the villa. "They told me, 'Dejon there's a lot of things being said about you, we know that's not you, we know that's not how you are as a person'," he revealed. "So shoutout to them they didn't need to do that." Prior to releasing her book, Niah had posted a series of scathing videos to TikTok where she tore shreds off Dejon's character. In the six minute video, Niah claims that what viewers have seen on TV is an accurate reflection of how Dejon behaves in real life, she began: " So I've decided to speak out because I've been silent for way too long and I know that I will be receiving probably alot of backlash from my family for this. "You guys are all clearly very traumatised from seeing Dejon on TV and seeing everything that he's doing and watching everything play out it seems as though no one is holding him accountable. Love Island's Dejon responds to step-sister's claims that he's a 'narcissist' and 'manipulative' as he insists it's 'false' She went on to say: 'Dejon is a narcissist, he's manipulative. I've been telling everyone this for the past 10 years now but no one believed me. And it's just crazy now that the whole of the UK can see what I've been trying to explain to people for so long." Niah also revealed in a later video that four family members had messaged her asking her to take her video down. "So, yeah, that clearly isn't a coincidence," Niah said speaking on the family messages: "At first, I did consider taking it down, but then I realised why would I take something down when I strongly believe in everything that I said." Love Island star Dejon's step-sister posts scathing video about the star and slams him as a ‘narcissist'

LOVE Island star Dejon is facing fresh backlash after a family member publicly broke her silence, branding him a 'narcissist'. Throughout his time in the villa, Dejon came under fire for his controversial behaviour and now a relative has revealed that she is releasing a tell-all book exposing the TV star. 5 5 Niah, who is not biologically related to Dejon but shares a brother with him, took to TikTok to give fans an unfiltered glimpse into the 'real Dejon'. She went on to say: 'Dejon is a narcissist, he's manipulative. I've been telling everyone this for the past 10 years now but no one believed me. And it's just crazy now that the whole of the UK can see what I've been trying to explain to people for so long. She continued: 'I didn't want to speak out on this. That's why I haven't made any videos directly explaining anything about him because I know that it can affect my family in a bad way. "And I do completely understand if they are upset with me for this post. She added: "One thing I will say is, I knew from the beginning, from the first episode I knew exactly what was going to go down. "It's just a shame because I don't want him to be seen like this, but I genuinely don't think that he sees that he's a narcissist, you know? and I actually do feel bad for Meg in a sense." Niah also revealed in a later video that four family members had messaged her asking her to take her video down. "So, yeah, that clearly isn't a coincidence," Niah said speaking on the family messages: "At first, I did consider taking it down, but then I realised why would I take something down when I strongly believe in everything that I said." Love Island's Meg reignites feud with Shakira with sly comment after bullying row - leaving fans furious "It has been hard because I feel like I've disappointed people." Things are getting even more messy after she revealed that she is bringing out a tell-all book about Dejon named 'Surviving Dejon' which is already available to buy. Speaking about the book alongside a trailer for it, she penned: 'This book answers everything. reasons why I spoke out. Why fear kept me silent for so long. How I lost everyone and everything I ever cared about. 'It reveals the truth behind the rumours I never wanted to address. I need to tell my truth in the way that I feel in control. This is not for attention, creating this book was like therapy for me. 'I would never put my reputation on the line or lose the people I loved if I didn't have a powerful reason to finally speak.' She added: 'I hope after reading, you'll understand where I was coming from, and I hope you'll still stand with me. Niah even posted a trigger warning for the book as it contains: "emotionally intense and potentially distressing content". Speaking to the Daily Mail, Dejon has hit back at claims of him being a 'narcissist', he said: "I do take full accountability for how I communicated at times in the villa. "The girls who were on the show with me say I'm not a narcissist, I'm not a gaslighter, all of these things they have seen online, it means a lot to me because they spent 24 hours a day with me. "I could have handled situations better but when it comes to being a 'narcissist' and these words, empathy is definitely something that I have, it's something I had for Meg, for Harry, and when Meg was upset, I was there for her, and when Harry was upset it would break my heart. "Me and Harry had a thing, we called it fitness and feelings where we would go to the gym and I would say "don't worry H, we can be free here, our tears, people will think they're sweat."' 5 5 5

Kamala Harris hints at 2028 run during tell-all book announcement

Kamala Harris hinted she is eyeing a 2028 run, declaring the 'fight takes a while' while announcing the publication of her tell-all book. The failed presidential nominee confirmed she is publishing her journal from her time on the campaign trail in the form of a book entitled '107 days', the length of her brief run. Hinting at future political ambitions, Ms Harris said in a promo video for the book: 'One truth kept coming back to me. Sometimes the fight takes a while, but I remain full of hope, and I remain clear eyed.' Ms Harris announced her forthcoming book just over a year after Joe Biden, the former US president, ended his re-election bid following a disastrous presidential debate performance against Donald Trump. What the world saw on the campaign trail was only part of the story. My new book is a behind-the-scenes look at my experience leading the shortest presidential campaign in modern history. 107 Days is out on September 23. I can't wait for you to read it: — Kamala Harris (@KamalaHarris) July 31, 2025 After bowing out of the race, Mr Biden endorsed Ms Harris as his successor, leading to what the former vice-president called 'the shortest presidential campaign in modern history' in the video posted on Thursday. 'I've spent a lot of time reflecting on those days, talking with my team, my family, my friends, and pulling my thoughts together, in essence, writing a journal,' she said, holding a copy of the book, which will be published in September. 'With candour and reflection, I've written a behind-the-scenes account of that journey.' 'I will never stop fighting to make our country reflect the very best of its ideals, always on behalf of the people. So thank you for being in this fight with me.' On Thursday night, the 60-year-old will appear on 'The Late Show' with Stephen Colbert, which was recently cancelled by CBS and is due to come off air in 2026. Ms Harris initially opened the door to running for another presidential run in 2028 when on Wednesday she ruled herself out of a bid for California governor, ending months of speculation. After reflecting on 'the best way for me to continue fighting for the American people', she said in a statement, she had decided not to run in the gubernatorial election in her home state. My statement on the California governor's race and the fight ahead. — Kamala Harris (@KamalaHarris) July 30, 2025 She added she would provide 'more details in the months ahead' about her plans, including helping fellow Democrats get elected in races across the US. Ms Harris has already mounted two campaigns for the White House. In 2020, the then-California senator ran in a crowded field for the Democratic nomination but dropped out before the first primary vote in Iowa. Mr Biden later selected her as his running mate. She became the presidential nominee last year without having to fight a primary, but lost the election and all seven swing states to Mr Trump. Ms Harris is not the only Democrat with a book on the horizon, as John Fetterman, the Pennsylvania senator, is also releasing a memoir around the same time as Ms Harris', under the title 'Unfettered.' The book, released in November, is an 'unapologetic account of his unconventional life', the publisher said in a statement. It will discuss the stroke that 'nearly ended his political career' in 2022 and struggles with depression. Mr Fetterman is seen as something of a maverick within his party, which he claims has swung too far to the Left on issues such as illegal immigration. The book is being written with Buzz Bissinger, who has previously collaborated on a memoir with transgender former athlete Caitlyn Jenner and former Philadelphia mayor Ed Rendell's 'A Prayer for the City'.
