The Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced on 10 August 2025 that it has issued an administrative decision to close three commercial establishments for 30 days due to violations of consumer protection laws. أصدرت وزارة التجارة والصناعة قرارات إدارية بإغلاق ثلاث منشآت تجارية لمدة 30 يوماً لكل منها، وذلك بسبب مخالفتها لأحكام المادة رقم (16) من القانون رقم (8) لسنة 2008 بشأن حماية المستهلك ولائحته التنفيذية، نتيجة عدم توفير الضمانات المتفق عليها مع المستهلك.#التجارة_والصناعة — وزارة التجارة والصناعة (@MOCIQatar) August 10, 2025 The three companies closed are White Sea for Trade and Shipping Services, Sulfur Fuji Lalmasaid and MBA Glass and Decoration due to failing to provide the guarantees agreed upon with the consumer, which violates Article No. (16) of Law No. (8) of 2008 regarding consumer protection and its executive regulations.
