The family of a motorcyclist who died following a collision with a car has paid tribute to him. Daniel Morrell, 37, was pronounced dead at the scene on the A6 near Souldrop, Bedfordshire, on 7 Police said they were called at 06:00 BST, and the road between the petrol station at Souldrop and Knotting Green was Morrell's wife Charlotte said he was "many wonderful things to many different people". She added: "My Daniel was a beloved husband and father to his beautiful girls, son, brother, son-in-law and uncle."He'll be deeply missed by everyone that knew him, no words can express the hole he has left in our lives."Police were continuing to appeal for any dashcam footage or witnesses to the incident involving the motorcycle and a blue VW Sgt Craig Wheeler from Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Serious Collision Investigation Unit said: "Our thoughts are with Daniel's loved ones at this time. "I would like to appeal to anyone that may have seen either the blue VW Polo or the motorcycle, prior to the collision, to get in touch." The family of a man who was fatally struck by a motorbike have paid tribute to a "devoted husband and loving father".Lyndon Wright, 68, died following a collision on the A6 Preston Road in Clayton-le-Woods on Thursday, Lancashire Police motorcyclist, a man in his 50s from Macclesfield in Cheshire, was also killed. A woman remains in a serious but stable condition in Wright's family said: "Lyndon leaves behind his wife Carol, his son James and many dear friends and family who will miss him deeply." Three arrested Three men who were in the area at the time of the crash were arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.A 53-year-old from Whittle-le-Woods in Lancashire, a 57-year-old man from Middlewich, and a 46-year-old man from Congleton - both in Cheshire - have all been released under investigation pending further inquiries, police have said."Of course, our thoughts remain with Lyndon's family, with the woman receiving treatment in hospital, and the loved ones of the motorcyclist who also died," said Det Sgt Joe Ghigi."If you witnessed anything or have any footage which would assist our investigation, I would urge you to make contact with the police as soon as possible." Three men have been arrested after a motorcyclist and a pedestrian died in a crash on a busy road. Lancashire Police responded to a report that a BMW motorbike had collided with two pedestrians on the A6 Preston Road in Clayton-Le-Woods shortly after 10.30pm on 7 August. The motorcyclist, a man in his 50s from Macclesfield, Cheshire, and one of the pedestrians, a man in his 60s from Clayton-Le-Woods, both died at the scene. The second pedestrian, a woman in her 60s, was taken to hospital, where she remains in a serious but stable condition. A spokesperson for Lancashire Police said a 53-year-old man from Whittle-le-Woods, Lancashire and a 57-year-old man from Middlewich and a 46-year-old man from Congleton, both in Cheshire – who were all in the area at the time of the collision – were arrested on Friday on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. The force spokesperson added all three men have since been released under investigation pending further inquiries. Detective Sergeant Joe Ghigi said: 'This collision has very sadly resulted in the death of two men, and inquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances that led to the collision. 'Our thoughts are with the woman receiving treatment, and the loved ones of both men who died. 'They are being supported by specially trained officers at this incredibly distressing time. 'Although we have now made three arrests, our inquiries are very much ongoing. 'If you witnessed anything or have any footage which would assist our investigation, I would urge you to make contact with the police as soon as possible.'
