Dubai developer Binghatti has unveiled its latest project, Binghatti Flare, a twin tower development, with both tower 01 and 02 having a gross value of Dh2.1 billion. Featuring over 1,300 residential units and located in Jumeirah Village Triangle, the project is poised to become one of Dubai's boldest residential addresses. Its standout feature: the first-ever man-made beach in JVT, coupled with over 20+ resort-style amenities across both towers. Yara Sameh Iraqi superstar Kadim Al Sahir will headline this year's Mawazine Festival. Mawazine is a Moroccan international music festival that began in 2001 and is hosting its 20th edition this year. As one of the largest music festivals in the world, Mawazine attracts more than 2.5 million attendees each year. This year's Mawazine festival is scheduled to be held from June 20 to 28 in Rabat, Morocco. Al Sahir is set to perform at the festival's stage, the National Theater of Mohammed V, on June 26. He is set to present several of his popular and latest songs. Kadim Jabbar al-Samarai, known by Kadim Al Sahir, was born on September 12, 1957, in Mosul, Iraq. He is a singer, actor, composer, and songwriter. The musician has been dubbed The Caesar of Arabic songs and Iraq's Ambassador to the world. Al Sahir had established himsel, since he launched his career, as one of the most successful singers in the history of the Arab World. Releasing numerous albums and touring extensively, Al Sahir has landed his place as both a high-grossing superstar and a respected musical artist.
