New Marvel Rivals leak reveals Blade abilities
Image via NetEase Games. Season 3 in Marvel Rivals has just kicked off. This season will mark the new 2-month seasonal format, where the mid-season refresh update will launch in the immediate next month. Not only that, Marvel Rivals will now introduce two new heroes each season, one in each month, starting from Season 3. In this season, fans will get to play as two popular Marvel characters - Phoenix (Jean Grey) and Blade. The former has already taken entry into the game, but the latter is yet to make his mark. Amidst all of this, the abilities of the unreleased character are now leaked. New Marvel Rivals leak reveals Blade's team-up ability The abilities of Blade in Marvel Rivals have already been revealed in June when popular leaker RivalsInfo leaked his kit on Twitter. Blade's kit includes Blade Chopper and Hunting Gun as his Primary Fires. On the other hand, Shift Ability features an anti-healing effect called Step and Chop, which is going to be a gamechanger. Last but not the least, his Ultimate unleashes a powerful sword chop, while charging forward. Now, the same leaker has revealed gameplay footage, featuring Blade's team-up ability. This team-up ability is called Lunar Force and needs Blade to pair-up with Moon Knight and Cloak and Dagger. In this ability, Blade gets a force-field around him which makes him invisible as well, and might well make him impervious to enemy shots. It's still unconfirmed how Moon Knight and Cloak and Dagger get benefited from this ability. Blade is rumored to be a Duelist in the game, so this team-up ability is going to be overpowered for sure. As a Duelist, Blade's main job will be to take entry into the site and get early frags. And the Lunar Force ability will help Blade to execute the same. His alleged anti-healing ability will make enemy players vulnerable to his Primary Fires. However, nothing has been confirmed by NetEase Games yet. But if Blade comes in all guns blazing with this rumored kit, he is surely going to be one of the most picked characters in Marvel Rivals. Knull is in control and has released a symbiote-infected Season 3 Battle Pass, providing players with plenty to battle with the newly arrived Phoenix and the upcoming Blade. There's still plenty more to come, as NetEase Games has unveiled a raft of new content set to arrive in the game during the latest update now that Knull's takeover has occurred. The company has revealed a new Marvel Rivals Season 3 roadmap packed with content we can anticipate over the next month. So what exactly is on the horizon? Here's everything that the roadmap reveals: Friday, July 18 – Marvel Rivals Summer Special Event featuring new swimsuit cosmetics Friday, July 25 – The Fantastic Four: First Steps cosmetics and a Human Torch / The Thing Special Team-Up Friday, August 1 – new Phoenix Demon and Phoenix Panther outfits Friday, August 8 – Season 3.5, introducing Blade While the roadmap might not be brimming with content, it's certainly thrilling – the introduction of the Fantastic Four's film-themed cosmetics is expected, and it's great to have a date in advance for Season 3.5, and when we'll witness the arrival of Blade. After all, if the MCU can't deliver for fans of the vampire killer, maybe it's NetEase that has to get the job done. The roadmap may be sparse, but the incoming game content certainly won't be, what with plenty to get stuck into with the Summer Special Event, and new additions to existing gameplay features like a special team-up between The Human Torch and The Thing. Remember, if we don't make The Thing say his catchphrase, this has all been for nothing.

Marvel Rivals Season 3 entire UI overhaul explored
Image via NetEase Games. Besides bringing a huge array of brand new contents, Season 3 in Marvel Rivals has implemented a lot of new changes. Among all of the changes, it looks like the UI overhaul is the most significant one. Season 3 will also introduce the two-month seasonal formula, for a fast-paced and more content-reach season where the mid-season refresh is due for the next month, along with the launch of a hero each month. This season has also brought many mission changes, which will be well complemented by the UI changes. What are the UI changes in Marvel Rivals Season 3 ? With the introduction of Season 3 dubbed 'The Abyss Awakens' in Marvel Rivals, NetEase Games has implemented several changes in the mission system of the game . Daily Missions have been scrapped along with particular hero specific missions have been reduced as well. Along with it, weekly missions will no longer expire after a week is finished. But the biggest change has to be the UI overhaul which is complementing the missions very well. So, what is this change? In Marvel Rivals, there is now a UI element that shows how much progress fans have made for specific missions. Players are loving this change as this progress bar keeps a track of all the missions in the game. The new UI changed to the end screen are amazing by u/_GhosHawk_ in marvelrivals Not only that, this bar also alerts players about unclaimed rewards, which's progress have been complemented, along with how much progress is left to claim a particular reward. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like American Investor Warren Buffett Recommends: 5 Books For Turning Your Life Around Blinkist: Warren Buffett's Reading List Undo This is going to be extremely helpful for the players who are into the brand new Milano Repair Logs event, which contains a total of seven logs; each featuring three missions. This has been a long-requested aspect from the fans, as they previously couldn't realise how close or far they were from their ever-longed rewards. However, there is another UI cue which fans want to get fixed in the game. (Image via NetEase Games) The long-awaited arrival of Blade in Marvel Rivals is finally happening. The Daywalker, who's been teasing fans with subtle appearances since Season 1, is now slicing his way into the game with the Season 3.5 update. From leaked ability details to a confirmed release window, here's everything you need to know about Blade's entrance into the Marvel multiplayer arena. When Is Blade Releasing in Marvel Rivals? While Blade was officially revealed during the Marvel Rivals Season 3 trailer, he won't be available at launch. Instead, NetEase has slated his debut for the Season 3.5 update, which drops on August 8, 2025. This mid-season addition follows earlier teases on the Birnin T'Challa map, where Blade was spotted in a mysterious sleep chamber before vanishing in a later patch, signaling his awakening. Blade's Role: Aggressive DPS Duelist Based on leaks, Blade is built for aggressive, close-combat duels and high burst damage. Players can switch between Dracula's Sword and a Hunting Gun, adapting to close-quarters brawls or long-range skirmishes on the fly. Leaked Abilities: Blade's Full Kit While the official reveal trailer hasn't dropped yet, dataminers have uncovered Blade's potential ability lineup: 1. Blade Chopper (Primary – Sword) Slash enemies with Dracula's Sword to deal solid melee damage. 2. Blood Liberation (E – Buff) Activate vampiric mode. You can't be healed by allies but regenerate health by dealing damage. Bonus: Cloak & Dagger Team-up? One intriguing leak mentions a team-up ability with Cloak & Dagger, though specifics are still under wraps. If true, Blade could offer some tactical duo-play potential in coordinated matches. Blade's entry into Marvel Rivals has been a long time coming, and if the leaks are accurate, he could be one of the most dynamic characters in the game yet. With a mix of lifesteal, burst damage, and hybrid weapon play, he's a dream pick for DPS mains. August 8 can't come soon enough. Marvel Rivals Season 3 all the changes in the mission structure explained
Image via NetEase Games. With the Season 3 'Abyss Awakens' kicked off in Marvel Rivals, a lot of brand new contents have taken entry into the game. However, this season has also marked a new chapter for these hero-shooter titles as it has brought about a lot of changes in the game, especially in the mission structure. It was already confirmed that Season 3 would introduce the two-month seasonal formula, where the mid-season refresh update would launch the very next month. Along with these changes, new aspects like accessories, mix and match skin MVP animations, a huge array of events, and many more are also set to be featured in this season. Marvel Rivals Season 3 new mission structure explained Season 3 in Marvel Rivals has brought in a lot of new changes, but the most significant ones are the missions in the game. First up, Daily Missions has now been removed from the game. From now on, all the Chrono Tokens will be redistributed to other missions. Previously, fans had to play a limited number of heroes in order to acquire Chrono Token, but that seems to be changing soon as NetEase Games has gotten away with the Daily Missions, and now getting Chrono Tokens would be much easier. There are changes in the Weekly Mission sector as well. Previously, Weekly Missions used to expire after being unfinished over time, but as Season 3 has arrived, any unfinished Weekly Mission will roll-over to the next week, giving fans ample time to complete those. From now on, players can complete 6 out of the 10 missions, which offer 100-240 Chrono Tokens. The remaining ones will be left behind. Season 3 The Abyss Awakens | Dev Vision Vol. 07 | Marvel Rivals However, the most effective and highly awaited change has to be the removal of excessive hero-specific missions. In order to get Chrono Tokens out of these, fans used to play the specific characters which they would have never picked if it wasn't for the missions. There will be Seasonal missions as well, which lasts the entire season. These missions give a combined amount of 360 Chrono Token. The most interesting fact of these missions are that each of the three available missions can be repeated a maximum of four times for yielding more rewards. Last but not the least, Season 3 has introduced a limited-time event mission-bunch called the Milano Repair Logs. This event features a total of 7 logs, each containing three missions. The first missions of each log grants units, and the remaining ones come up with Chrono Tokens, If you are able to complete all the seven logs before the season ends, you will be awarded with a Symbiote Storm costume, which is one of the many outfit themes available in Season 3 .
