Oppo K13 Turbo series launching on July 21: Everything we know so far
Oppo is set to launch two new additions to the K series with K13 Turbo and K13 Turbo Pro on July 21. Both smartphones are expected to be powered by two different chipsets in China, as per the teasers and revealed marketing materials. It is expected that both smartphones will be launched in the mid-range segment, but will offer powerful performance and features. Now, as we get closer to the launch, more details about the smartphone have started to circulate on the internet, giving us a glimpse of what Oppo may reveal. Therefore, know what the upcoming Oppo K13 Turbo series has in store for users. The Oppo K13 Turbo series is confirmed to debut on July 21 in China. The series will include two models: Oppo K13 Turbo and Oppo K13 Turbo Pro. While the global launch is yet to be confirmed, Oppo has revealed that both smartphones will come with different chipsets. As per marketing material, the Oppo K13 Turbo Pro will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip. Whereas, the Oppo K13 Turbo will be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 8450 processor. Despite the differences, both models are expected to offer similar storage options of 12GB + 256GB, 16GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 512GB. Alongside the storage variant, the Oppo K13 Turbo and K13 Turbo Pro will share similar colour options of Black Warrior and First Purple. However, the Pro model will have a new Knight Silver colour and the base model will have Knight White. Both smartphones are reported to feature a 6.8-inch flat OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 2800 x 1280 resolution. The Oppo K13 Turbo and K13 Turbo are also rumoured to share a 50MP main camera and a 2MP secondary lens. For selfies, both models may come with a 16MP front-facing camera. There are also rumours about the design featuring RGB lighting. However, we are yet to get a glimpse at the design and how it will appeal to the buyers. However, we still have a few days to confirm the official features and pricing of the Oppo K13 Turbo series models.

Oppo K13 Turbo will be joined by the K13 Turbo Pro and both have fans
The Oppo K13 Turbo first leaked back in April when we found out it would have a built-in cooling fan. Then, a couple of days ago, it seemingly ran Geekbench revealing its chipset, RAM amount, and Android version. But there's a plot twist. According to newly leaked promotional materials, the device that was benchmarked was actually the K13 Turbo Pro, which will launch alongside the K13 Turbo. The Pro model is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC, while the non-Pro device is equipped with MediaTek's Dimensity 8450 chipset instead. Both of them feature a built-in cooling fan, and both will inevitably be aimed at mobile gamers. The K13 Turbo Pro will be available in four RAM/storage combos: 12/256GB, 16/256GB, 12/512GB, and 16/512GB. The K13 Turbo, on the other hand, will have to do with just three: 12/256GB, 16/256GB, and 12/512GB. The image above purportedly shows one of them, with a very visible cutout in the side of its case for the fan. Apple iPhones do not offer the fastest charging, let's be clear on that. That crown belongs to Android, where phones now offer the likes of 120W fast charging, and even faster. That being said, modern iPhones can indeed fast charge. You can push them and Apple does indeed market the phones as being able to charge up to 50 percent in around 30 minutes with the supplied 20W adapter (iPhone 16 series). In fact, reports have claimed that the iPhone 16 series can go up to around 30W using third-party chargers like a 35W or even a 65W charger. So, wondering how to fast charge your iPhone? Samsung might launch its first tri-fold smartphone soon: Here's what to expect
Samsung is reportedly preparing to unveil its first tri-fold smartphone, a new addition to the company's foldable device lineup. Earlier this year, the company confirmed that it was working on a foldable device with a tri-fold display, although it did not confirm any details regarding a launch timeline or specifications. While official details remain scarce, a recent leak from a well-known tipster has provided some insight into the device's display size, design and key features. According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the upcoming device, likely to be named the Galaxy G Fold, will sport a 9.9-inch display when fully unfolded. This size is slightly smaller than Huawei's Mate XT, which offers a 10.2-inch panel, the first tri-fold smartphone launched globally. However, this new model may have some advantages, including a dual inner-folding mechanism that could enhance the durability of the main display by protecting it from accidental drops and wear. This contrasts with the Mate XT's outward folding design, which exposes the screen when folded.
