Victor Sanz first joined luggage brand Tumi in 2003, after studying industrial design at the Pratt Institute in New York. After a short break that saw him working for the likes of Tommy Hilfiger , he returned to Tumi in 2009, rising to the post of creative director in 2016. As someone who designs suitcases of all kinds for a living, Sanz knows a thing or two about travelling in style. Here, he shares his favourite finds from his home base of New York , and around the world. What I'm watching Victor Sanz is a fan of the Formula One documentary Drive to Survive, currently in its seventh season. Photo: Netflix Advertisement [Netflix documentary] Drive to Survive has been on my constant watch list. After Tumi became partners with [racing team] McLaren, I became a huge Formula One fan, and I've just loved consuming as much of it as possible. I'm up at all hours of the day and night on Sundays to watch the race and cheer on McLaren, Lando [Norris] and Oscar [Piastri]. The Instagram accounts I can't stop scrolling Victor Sanz follows artists like Kaws, known for pieces such as his Companion figures. Photo: Handout When it comes to my daily routine, I'm pretty simple: I try not to overcomplicate things. For fragrance , I wear Tumi Awaken or Tumi 19 Degree. The two scents fit every occasion while I'm on the move. For skincare, I typically use Rénergie H.C.F. Triple Serum from Lancôme Paris. I work with my hands a lot, so to take care of them: I use The Body Shop Hemp Hand Protector.

Armarium Resort 2026 Collection
'Vespera is not an ending, but a beginning. It is the moment before something happens. It is the stillness before the wave,' wrote Giorgia Gabriele in the collection notes for Armarium's resort 2026 lookbook. Vespera, the Latin word for evening, is an exploration of the night as a suspended dimension on the edge of the unconscious. The garments do not suggest transformation, but revelation; they are designed for women seeking an uninhibited way to express themselves. For the first time, Gabriele has presented a wardrobe entirely dedicated to nightwear in all its variations, yet one that is crafted to be worn effortlessly throughout the day. The pieces are defined less by function and more by mood. 'I like to observe women and the way they engage with the world, but sometimes that leads me to overlook my own inner dimension,' said Gabriele. 'This season, there were no external influences—it is profoundly personal, even in the way it conveys a kind of confidence that should be embraced not only when the light begins to dim.' A distilled expression of the collection is a black sheath dress studded with tubular glass and crystal fringe: the open back is closed with fabric panels constructed like origami. Bra straps are used as laces on the back of boxy jackets, allowing the fit to be adjusted and the silhouette to shift. Collar bars, traditionally hidden on men's shirts, are exposed and transformed into jewelry. Tuxedos and flared leather skirts, ultra-light knit dresses, and inside-out constructions— the tension between structure and sensuality is palpable. The color palette moves between anthracite gray and glossy silver, rich black and buttery tones, punctuated by a vivid red—used for the first time in a striped poplin—and touches of oxford blue. New jewelry includes the mussel-shell brooch and a twisted rope parure. The season's footwear highlights include a deeply cut ballerina lined in suede, an ultra-bare sandal, and an ankle-strap pump.

LaPointe Resort 2026 Collection
Sally LaPointe has a new office. It's one floor down from where she was a year ago, but the space is vastly different. Not only does it feel like twice the size of her previous headquarters, but the massive floor-to-ceiling windows makes it feel warmer, perhaps symbolizing the start of an even sunnier year for LaPointe, who reports that she's doing well at retail. For resort, the designer wanted to focus on making the things that she and her customers love. 'Pre-collections are always a joy for me. Being able to just zero in on the fashion and deliver things that I know my woman will love is very satisfying,' she said. Many of her favorite statement pieces returned this season but in comfortable versions. New this season was eveningwear in a very luxe and thick jersey that really contours the body. Her color palette—bold turquoise and burgundy with a slight sheen—added to the statement-making effect. LaPointe is known for her sexy designs, but this season there was a wider breadth of styles on offer, including a mini-shift dress with her signature feather trim that was very uptown in style. Similarly, the brand is proving to be a big hit in the Middle East, thanks to her lightweight caftans and capes, which this season she produced in even more colors and variations. LaPointe may have conquered New York City's fashionistas, but the international ones aren't far behind.
