ITV GMB's Ranvir Singh had to step in and cut the report.
ITV Good Morning Britain had to cut one of its live reports today after explicit language could be heard in the background. During Ranvir Singh's news segment she was joined by the North America correspondent Noel Phillips, who was discussing the national guard troops in LA for the ICE protests.
However in the background of the reports, the protestors in LA were heard using a number of explicit words as Donald Trump sends another 2,000 National Guards and 700 Marines to LA on the fourth day of unrest, writes The Mirror.
As the report rolled, it was quickly cut as Ranvir stepped in saying: "I'm just going to interrupt that - I think we could hear some profanities being spoken. That's my understanding of what's going on there near Noel and we can't really broadcast that at quarter past eight in the morning. We're going to try to get back to him."
Fans took to social media to talk about the on air mishap, one fan penned: "Who would think it be a good idea to be in the middle of the protesters that are angry…"
The moment comes after Noel opened up about being shot with a rubber bullet while covering the chaos live from Los Angeles on Monday, leading to his need for medical treatment.
Susanna asked Noel about the incident, she said: "You found yourself in the line of fire yesterday, didn't you? Just before your report at eight o'clock.
"We had no idea at the time. We've seen a number of reporters, in fact you reported on one yesterday morning of a photographer who had been hit, what happened to you?"
Speaking about the incident, Noel said: "Susanna and Richard, just 10 minutes before coming on air yesterday, I was on the floor talking to several protesters. I was on the floor because it was the best place to be, given the fact that the situation around us was so volatile, officers were obviously chasing protestors on the streets."
He further described the moment of impact, saying: "As I was laying on the floor, I felt as though an enormous ton of bricks had fallen on my arm. I realised, within about 20 to 30 seconds, that a rubber bullet had grazed the top layer of my skin and had caused a bit of injury.
"My arm was swollen, I went to the doctors, got it checked out, it wasn't broken at all. But, it was swollen, it still is swollen and it's in a bandage at the moment.
"It's pretty surreal to be hit, but relieved as it could have been worse. These rubber bullets are less lethal than a bullet but they can kill you or seriously injury you."

Former police chief makes plea over youth violence and knife crime
The former head of the Scottish Crime and Drug Enforcement Agency says a Scottish Government summit on youth violence can stop teenagers becoming involved in organised crime A FORMER police chief has called for a new crackdown on knives to prevent youngsters becoming the organised crime kingpins of tomorrow. First Minister John Swinney will today host a summit to look at ways of tackling the epidemic of youth violence. The move follows the deaths of 16-year-old Kayden Moy on Irvine beach, Ayrshire, last month and Amen Teklay, 15, in Glasgow in March. In an exclusive interview with Criminal Record - our new weekly podcast - Graeme Pearson, former Director General of the Scottish Crime and Drug Enforcement Agency (SCDEA), said young people using knives are easy prey for gangsters. He recognises keeping young men on the right side of the law can be difficult when they see the money being earned from the "wealth pie" of organised crime. In the last three months an organised crime explosion across Scotland has seen a series of firebombings and attacks on Daniel family members and their associates. Some of the 42 people arrested are in their late teens and early 20s. Graeme Pearson added: "You are talking hundreds of millions of pounds from the drugs trade. There will always be someone willing to accept money to commit these attacks. "The lifestyle that comes with the wealth is something they would not have experienced in their previous life. "Suddenly young people who come from working class-type backgrounds are getting access to high-value cars and houses and world travel." Pearson said it's important young people realise the downside is a seven day-a-week risk of being shot or police arrest. "Paranoia then sets in. Suddenly the lifestyle is not as glamorous." The ex-cop wants the youth violence summit to lead to more jobs and better educational opportunities for teenagers and more attractive options than a life of crime. He cotinued: "It's important we don't lecture young people about criminality - they know what's going on. "They need to know there is a job for them. Pearson believes the latest increase in drugs deaths is a legacy of 20 years of failure and false promises.. The country has the highest drugs death rate in Europe and new Scottish Government figures show drug deaths in Scotland rose by a third to 308 in the first three months of this year. Pearson added: "We have had a growing demand for drugs which is generated by crime. "We have been told over the years that measures being taken would reduce the numbers of drugs deaths but that hasn't happened. "We still have needles in public places. "More than 25 per cent assets of our prisoners are on methadone. "We need new methods of intervention and treatment and at the same time invest in the enforcement that reduces the numbers of drugs coming into the country to be abused." Pearson, a former Labour MSP and justice spokesman, also wants tougher proceeds of crime laws to make it harder for gangs to hide their assets. The SCDEA was formed in 2001 to target organised crime. Pearson led it between 2004 and 2007 when a number of major criminals were brought to justice. It was disbanded in 2013 after the formation of Police Scotland. He said steps must be taken by politicians and police to protect children and our way of life from organised crime. The former police chief wants greater powers for the police and courts to both freeze and seize criminal assets. Pearson added: "We need new proceeds of crime legislation as a matter of urgency. I spent a lot of time in the early 2000s promoting the original legislation. I was told what I was recommending was draconian. "The last 20 years have shown what happens when one is relaxed about how you address the seizure of assets from organised crime. "We do not seize enough and draw the wealth that comes from it. That is the key to tackling organised crime - you reduce the profit then you seize the profit." He added: " Organised crime is a cancer. It's killing communities and holding back legitimate businesses through intimidation." "Pearson said tougher proceeds of crime laws means money recovered could be reinvested in the communities and estates where the profits were plundered. He believes one way of tackling organised crime between groups like the Lyons and Daniel clans s is more cops disrupting gang members' day-to-day activities. He said: "What the public need is more police officers on the beat. It might be traditional but it works." Man arrested after cops seize drugs worth £250,000 from vehicle on Scots motorway
Police found cocaine inside the vehicle after stopping it on Wednesday night. Cops seized drugs worth £250,000 from a vehicle on a Scots motorway. A man has been arrested and charged following the incident, which happened near Lockerbie in Dumfries and Galloway on Wednesday night. Police stopped the vehicle at around 9.15pm. Inside they found cocaine with an estimated street value of £250,000. A 63-year-old man was arrested and charged. He is due to appear at Dumfries Sheriff Court today. Detective Chief Inspector Laura Sands said: 'Drugs cause misery in our communities, and we are determined to disrupt the supply of illegal substances and trace those involved. 'This recovery means a significant quantity of drugs will not end up on our streets and underlines our commitment to the Serious Organised Crime Taskforce and the country's Serious Organised Crime Strategy. Jay Slater former detective opens up on teens disapperance with new information
The 19-year-old vanished in Tenerife and was later found dead. Mark Williams-Thomas has revealed new information about the disappearance of tragic teenager Jay Slater - after speaking to the youngster's family and other key figures. The former detective also spoke with witnesses in the case after the 19 year old apprentice bricklayer vanished while holidaying on the Spanish island of Tenerife. Jay, of Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire, had been to the NRG music festival at the Papagayo nightclub in the Playa de las Americas resort with friends on June 16 last year. The Mirror reports he is believed to have gone to the Airbnb apartment in the early hours of the next day, then subsequently vanished and was reported missing on June 18. His body was found in a steep and inaccessible area by a mountain rescue team from the Spanish Civil Guard near the village of Masca on July 15. Now Mark Williams-Thomas has given his findings on the case. He said he went to check for CCTV from inside the Papagayo nightclub and was surprised by the smell of drugs on the strip. He revealed that he was told to come back later and then also enquired at another club opposite which didn't have CCTV. He said: "I went to a club just across the road which is a club that we know Jay went to, and we know Jay was with the two black men, interestingly enough no CCTV inside, you have to question why. "Less than 30 seconds after getting out of the vehicle I was approached by a number of men offering me drugs, offering me cannabis, cocaine straight away, actually it is rife along the street. "I've never walked down a street where you can smell cannabis to the degree it is here, so prevalent, and there are police driving around, no one cares, no one cares at all." Mark Williams-Thomas tried to get to the bottom of a photo that Jay Slater had sent to a friend on Snapchat where he had two knives at the Airbnb and said "I've got these for my protection". But asked about the photo Ayub Qassim said that he know nothing about it. He said: "I was asleep upstairs this is the first I've heard of knives. I let him come to my house." Recounting his chat with Jay, the morning he left, he said: "He (Jay) said to me pal I'm off, this woman told me I can get a bus every 10 minutes, I told him that he's mad, there's no bus that's coming here every 10 minutes, chill out for a bit and I'll drop you off later on. "He said: 'No, no I've got to go to Los Cristianos, I need to scram, I need to chip out'. There's nothing more that I could do. I saw him walk off maybe down the steps. I maybe shut the door and said if you need me..." Ayub Qassim, who rented out the Airbnb in Masca where Jay stayed after the festival, told Mark Williams-Thomas how he became "public enemy number one". He said: " Lucy (Law) has my Snapchat, so has Brad (Hargreaves) we have each other on social media. I can chat to the mum, I don't need any of this. I've got journalists turning up at my house. I genuinely, from the bottom of my heart, let a guy come to my house. "He said to me 'mate they've all left ' and chatting to them, they said he wanted to carry on partying. I'm black, it's an unfortunate situation. I'm being nice in letting someone stay at mine and now I'm public enemy number one."
