In the ever-watchful world of celebrity relationships, few duos command as much attention as Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber. This week, the pop star found himself at the centre of a social media drama (again) after editing down an Instagram caption that originally aired a rather personal—and pointed—moment between him and his wife.
The now-altered post was meant to celebrate Hailey's much-anticipated debut on the cover of Vogue . But fans were quick to screenshot the original caption, in which Justin confessed to a past spat where he once told Hailey she'd 'never end up on the front of the magazine'—a comment he chalked up to feeling 'disrespected' at the time. 'Yikes, I know, so mean,' the 31-year-old wrote. 'Baby, u already know, but forgive me… clearly I was sadly mistaken.'
Cue some (warranted) backlash, with fans accusing the singer of throwing his relationship under the bus despite Hailey defending their connection in the profile.
The caption has since been swapped out for a cryptic string of emojis—'🤷♂️👉🫶🥲'—a subtle gesture that, unsurprisingly, did little to escape the notice of eagle-eyed fans.
'Bro thought he would edit the caption and nobody would notice,' one follower commented. Another called the move 'crazy,' accusing the star of airing 'dirty laundry' on what should have been Hailey's big day. Later, Justin shared a picture of a pink sea creature with the caption, 'On hard days like today, these rare little creatures give me some joy'—a veiled nod, perhaps, to the aftermath.
Meanwhile, in her magazine profile, Hailey didn't hold back. Addressing the relentless breakup rumours she and her husband face, the Rhode Beauty founder laughed off the drama.
'You would think after having a child, people would maybe move on,' she said. 'But no.'
She then credited her husband's advice: 'There is no winning.' Hailey Bieber and Justin Bieber via Instagram.com/haileybieber
The couple, who tied the knot in 2018, recently renewed their vows and welcomed their first child, Jack Blues Bieber. Since beginning their family, the two seem as loved up as ever, with Justin calling Hailey 'the greatest woman I have and will ever know,' in an Instagram Story earlier this year.

Travis Kelce Reacts To Taylor Swift Buying Back Her Music
Travis Kelce celebrates with Taylor Swift after a 17-10 victory against the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship Game at M&T Bank Stadium on January 28, 2024 in Baltimore, Maryland. (Photo by) Taylor Swift was recently able to buy back the rights to all her music after a long and highly publicised ordeal. A few days later, her boyfriend, Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs, finally weighed in on the milestone move. Swift was seen out just this weekend celebrating the news with her long-time bestie, Selena Gomez. While Kelce missed out on celebrations as he was in Missouri for a charity event, he showed his support by liking the singer's Instagram post about the achievement. She made the announcement on her socials, with a heartfelt letter to fans shared on Instagram. 'I've been bursting into tears of joy at random intervals ever since I found out that this is really happening,' she wrote. 'I really get to say these words: All of the music I've ever made… now belongs… to me.' On the latest episode of his podcast with his brother Jason Kelce, Travis made his excitement and support crystal clear. In the closing moments of the episode, guest Shaquile O'Neal took a moment to play the brothers his 'favourite song in the world,' proceeding to play Swift's track 'I Knew You Were Trouble'. Kelce took no time to start singing and dancing along. 'Shout-out to Tay Tay,' he smiled brightly. 'Just got that song back, too, just bought all her music back, so it's finally hers, too. Man, I appreciate that.' The clip is a must-see, with the supportive boyfriend's joy radiating off the screen. Dakota Johnson & Chris Martin Call It Quits After 8 Years Together

(Photo by Arturo Holmes/FilmMagic) After nearly eight years together, Dakota Johnson and Chris Martin have reportedly decided to go their separate ways. According to People , multiple sources have confirmed the split—this time, one insider claims, 'it feels final.' Their relationship, described as 'on-off' over the years, has always been shrouded in privacy. However, despite rarely appearing in public together and speaking only sparingly about each other in interviews, the couple were said to be deeply committed. A March 2024 report revealed they had been 'engaged for years,' but were in 'no rush to get married.' Neither Johnson, 35, nor Martin, 48, has commented on the news. The actress, who is currently in New York promoting her new film Materialists , has been attending press events alone. The couple were last photographed together in May, ahead of Johnson's solo appearance at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival. (Photo by Neil Mockford/GC Images) Breakup rumours have trailed the pair before—last August, their representative firmly shut down reports from TMZ and the Daily Mail , asserting they were 'happily together.' Yet whispers about their relationship persisted, in part due to their seemingly independent lives. One source said, 'Every time they're not spotted together, there are breakup rumours.' In a March interview with Bustle , Johnson offered a rare, tender glimpse into their dynamic. 'I love watching him [perform]… I'm watching my most favourite being do his most favourite thing,' she told the outlet. She also spoke lovingly of Martin's children, whom he shares with ex Gwyneth Paltrow: 'I love those kids like my life depends on it.' (Photo byfor J/P Haitian Relief Organization) With the pair never even walking a red carpet or sharing a photo on social media together throughout their years as a couple, it's safe to say that this chapter will also be closing just as quietly as it was lived. As far as any public statements go, we won't hold our breath.
