‘I knew': Woman grieves loss of unborn child following arrest of second shooting suspect
Alyssa Raine was 17 years old and nine months pregnant when she said two masked men broke into a Gastonia motel room and killed the baby she never got the chance to meet.
She told Channel 9's Ken Lemon that even though the shooting happened in March, it's still very real for her.
'Every night is hard to go to sleep, the same scene replays over and over in my head,' Raine said.
She said the two masked men carried guns and forced their way into the room at the Ecolodge.
Jadedic Black was arrested and charged in Gaffney on Thursday, police said.

Police arrested their first shooting suspect, Trinity Hopper, last week. Both are behind bars, charged in connection with the death of Raine's unborn child.
She said she recognized Hopper from the robbery.
Raine said Hopper pushed her onto the ground after she told the men she was nine months pregnant. She got up, told a friend to call the police, and then heard gunfire.
'I had nowhere to go, and the bullet hit me straight in my stomach,' she said.
Raine said she felt her little girl react.
'I knew from the moment that I was shot when I felt my daughter curl up inside of me, and I felt no more movement,' she said.
And she said it has been difficult ever since.
'I had to spend my first Mother's Day without a daughter,' Raine said.
Lemon asked her if there was anything she wanted the suspects to know.
'I forgive them,' she responded. 'Because if I don't, I'll never be able to heal, and I'll always hold that over them.'
Raine told Lemon that even though she forgives them, she still can't excuse what happened. She said she hopes they never get out of jail.
Hopper has been indicted and Black is waiting to be extradited to North Carolina to face a judge.

Christine Freeman, a former family liaison officer for West Yorkshire Police, revealed in the series that she had her suspicions piqued when she observed the mum of seven's strange behaviour. 'I constantly said to her, 'Karen, we need to prepare for the worst.' I don't think Karen had any grasp at all of the possible dangers for her child,' Christine said. 'She just doesn't seem aware of it. She didn't seem willing to accept the possibility. 'It was hard to control your own emotions that you were feeling. But there will come a time where I will have to bring Karen really down to earth by telling her something terrible has happened to her daughter.' While Christine said she initially had 'sympathy' for Karen, it was a press conference around Mother's Day in 2008 which led to uncertainty. 'She came out with some things that were quite disturbing really,' Christine continued, adding that Karen reportedly said she thought that it was someone she knew that had taken Shannon. 'That is the first time anything like that had been suggested,' Christine said. 'After that press conference, I said, 'What do you mean somebody who knows you?' 'She said, 'Oh, just anybody.' She kind of brushed it off – 'I don't mean anybody in particular, I just mean somebody who might know us.'" Shannon was found tied and sedated in Michael's house, 24 days after she was initially reported missing. It's not the first time that Christine has spoken about her suspicions. In an interview with The Telegraph in 2017, Christine recalled: 'When I got to the house Karen and her boyfriend, Craig Meehan, were playing on an X-Box. Karen hardly looked up," she said. "After a few minutes my phone rang. I had a pop song as my ringtone and Karen got up and started dancing to it. I remember thinking 'this is really odd'." Seminole High Student arrested after security guard says she was attacked; mother disputes claim
A Seminole High School security guard says she was attacked by a student during a large fight on campus this week. That student, 18-year-old Tyshawn Ellison, was arrested and charged with battery. Channel 9 obtained multiple videos showing Tuesday's fight, where several students were seen punching each other. Ellison, wearing a white shirt and light jeans in the footage, can be seen running toward another teen during the brawl. 'He fought. I understand that. He was on school campus, so he broke a rule,' said Darlene Ellison, Tyshawn's mother, who spoke exclusively with Channel 9. 'But did your son batter this woman?' Channel 9's Geovany Dias asked. 'No. No, he did not,' she added. The security guard, identified as Ms. Cypress, told police in a sworn statement that Ellison pushed her and began a physical altercation. That statement led to his arrest. Ellison's mother says, however, the videos, recorded by students at the scene, show a different story. 'So, they say my son got into an altercation with another boy, and his friends got in an altercation with some other boys — all at one time,' she explained. 'It was a whole bunch of kids fighting.' Ms. Ellison said she has already handed those videos over to Sanford police. One slowed-down version of clip obtained shows Ellison pointing in the distance as the guard extends her arm toward him. It's unclear what happened before or after that moment. The mother said that's why she believes the accusations don't add up. 'I don't want no felony on my son's record for something that he did not do,' Ms. Ellison said. 'I want them to get that security guard off that campus.' Bodycam shows Powerball winner being arrested a day after collecting $167M prize
'It's going to be a good Mother's Day,' James Farthing's mother, Linda Grizzle, told lottery officials when they collected the $167 million prize. 'This is going to pay off my debt.' Body camera footage from a Florida police officer shows a Kentucky Powerball jackpot winner, who collected his prize just hours before, getting arrested for allegedly kicking an officer in the face during a fight. James Farthing and his girlfriend, Jacqueline Fightmaster, were arrested at the TradeWinds Resort in St. Pete Beach, Florida, in April, according to an arrest affidavit and court records obtained and reviewed by USA TODAY. Farthing, 50, is accused of punching another hotel guest in the face during an argument. A Pinellas County Sheriff's deputy was trying to break up the fight when Farthing kicked him in the face, causing swelling and redness, the affidavit said. Police accuse Farthing of trying to flee the scene. He was apprehended later, as seen in the bodycam footage from April. According to a separate arrest affidavit, Farthing's girlfriend is accused of trying to fight other patrons in the resort bar. 'She appeared very intoxicated and was yelling, screaming and making incoherent statements,' the affidavit reads. Farthing is charged with one felony count of battery on a law enforcement officer and two misdemeanor counts of battery and resisting an officer, according to online court records. Fightmaster is being charged with one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Farthing's attorney did not immediately respond to a request for comment from USA TODAY.
