3 places to pick and explore sunflowers this summer
It will be a few weeks until they really begin to bloom, as they normally fully open up around the start of August.
Here are three places across Suffolk to explore and pick your own sunflowers this summer.
Frog's Farm sunflower maze
Where: Willow Farm Bungalow, Norwich Road
With the flowers already planted and planned out, Frogs Farm is once again planning to open for its popular Sunflower maze, which is returning for its sixth year this August.
Once you get to the centre of the hand made design, you will be able to look out over the yellow sea of flowers on top of the wooden structure in the middle.
As well as the maze there will also be picnic areas, sandpits, a café and pick your own, plus many more activities.

It will be run daily from 9-5, with them expecting it to be open for between two and three weeks, or until the flowers are past their best.
They are also holding two special events they are calling "supper at sundown evenings" on Friday, August 8 and 16, between 6pm and 9pm.
The estate will be preparing an evening meal in the field, cooked over fire, with sweet treats from Gee Gee Bakes.
Horringer Sunflower Field
Where: Just outside Horringer along the A143 What3Words: fiction.snowy.asserts
The Horringer Sunflower Field is another place in Suffolk where you will be able to pick your own from late July to August.
You can enter for free and explore the fields spread across 10 acres as you will be able to pick until your heart is content.
There will also be a picnic area, with tea, coffee and cakes being provided by Kiernan's Coffee.

TravisMathew selling limited edition Guinness golf shoes
First there was the Chipotle head cover, and now you can wash it down with a pair of Guinness golf shoes. Golf apparel brand TravisMathew has teamed up with Guinness to produce a limited-edition golf shoe, which went on sale Tuesday. Only 1,759 pairs of the Guinness-inspired shoes will be produced, with the manufacturing run standing as an ode to the beer company's founding year of 1759. Each pair is part of a collector's kit that costs $224.95 and includes a matching Odyssey putter cover and a custom-designed shoe box meant to be a piece of the collectible set. Advertisement 'Partnering with Guinness felt like a natural fit, as both brands share a commitment to premium quality and storytelling,' TravisMathew chief marketing officer Leif Sunderland said. 'This collaboration brings together Guinness' heritage with TravisMathew's modern style in a way that feels fresh and true to both. With The Open at Royal Portrush this week, we're excited to share this moment alongside a great moment in golf.' The shoe's outsole 'visually echoes a freshly poured Guinness.' while the shoe's waterproof upper section bears a deep brown hue to match the color of the beer. Guinness' branding appears on the heel, while both brands' logos feature on the shoe's tongue. The insole artwork resembles the kit's putting cover, mirroring vintage drink coasters. 'Every design element nods to history: rich textures, understated colorways, and thoughtful touches that subtly honor one of the world's most beloved brewers,' according to companies' joint press release. The beer company also continued its collaboration with Bettinardi as the golf product retailer released Guinness-inspired putters and head covers Tuesday. The items sold out quickly. 'Lovely Day for a Guinness Tortoise' putters retailed for $1,900, while 'Lovely Day for a Guinness Toucan' putters sold for $900. Listings for the putters and head covers are already popping up on eBay. Songs for the Heat of Peak Summer: Welcome to Lizard Season
By Reggie Ugwu Dear listeners, A week ago, I went to two backyard barbecues and two rooftop hangs in the span of 24 hours. This past weekend, I crisscrossed from a block party to the beach to an outdoor concert to a different block party. In general, it has been a gray and mild summer in New York City, which has felt like treachery. We're not supposed to do mild here. So I've relished the occasions this month when days of unfettered sun have trailed one after the other. Endorphins from UV rays gallop through my bloodstream. Blue skies hypnotize me out of my inhibitions. Agendas slip away like steam from a hot spring. At last, Lizard Season. Lizard Season, to borrow a term from my friend Morgan, is that stretch of mid-July and August when summer is at full force. Those of us who celebrate feel our moods soar along with the sun's highest and longest route across the sky. Embracing Lizard Season means welcoming its sweet, hot sting against your skin; leaning into the melt; basking in the too-muchness, knowing that one day soon there won't be nearly enough. This week, as guest host filling in for my culture desk colleague Lindsay Zoladz, I've made a playlist of 10 new songs that channel the spirit of peak summer. Tracks by Fade Evare, Wishy and yeule shimmer with the languorous luxury of an afternoon picnic. It closes out with more up-tempo jams by Georgie & Joe, Deki Alem and deBasement — music for dancing on a rooftop under a 9 p.m. sunset. Find me outside, Reggie Want all of The Times? Subscribe.

Margot Robbie Is All In on '90s Minimalism
The jeans and tank top approach to heatwave dressing is nothing new. But if there's one star who's perfected the art of stripped-back, off-duty chic, it's Zoë Kravitz, whose '90s minimalist style has (and continues to have) social media in a chokehold. Every day, there's a new inspo account cropping up on my feed: you can try to unfollow them all, but like Medusa, cut one head off and three more crop up. Now, it seems that Margot Robbie has officially enrolled in the Zoë Kravitz school of dressing. Stepping out in London after a stint at Glastonbury, she perfected the formula: black tank top, straight-leg jeans, and the inescapable Alaïa mesh ballet flat. Strange shoe-induced tan lines aside, her low-key look was the perfect incognito cover to blend in with the army of tank-and-jeans girls currently pacing the pavements of every zip code, with only her Phoebe Philo bag hinting at her A-lister status. Perhaps it's the softening influence of an oppressively hot London summer, but Margot Robbie's pared-back off-duty look is a million miles away from her much documented Barbie press tour. Plus, it was topped off with the most important city accessory of all: the anti-snatch phone strap.
