Actor Kajol, who shares two kids, Nysa and Yug, with husband Ajay Devgn, recently opened up about their parenting journey, revealing that they've always shared responsibilities in raising their children. She even mentioned that Ajay has changed their kids' diapers - albeit just twice. During an interview with News18 Showsha, Kajol looked back at the time when she was pregnant, adding that she and Ajay are happy not to be changing their children Nysa and Yug's nappies.
Kajol said, 'I don't think we ever functioned that way. We share responsibilities. If I'm there, I do things. If he's there, he does it. It's as simple as that. The best thing is that our children don't need to get their nappies changed anymore... When Nysa and Yug were babies, Ajay did change their nappies once or twice. He may tell you that he did it more than two times but I would've to disagree on that point."
She added, 'We've passed that stage and nobody needs to take that responsibility anymore. We're good. Today, it's more about supervision and talking to our children about their issues. It's much easier to swap those roles around'.
Kajol admitted that she was 'pretty much chill' when she was pregnant with Yug, who she gave birth to in September 2010. She said that she worked out a lot throughout both her pregnancies and that gave her a huge boost. About Kajol and Ajay's relationship
Kajol has been married to Ajay for over two decades. The duo had met for the first time on the sets of their film, Hulchul, in 1995. They dated for almost 4 years and tied the knot in 1999. Over the years, they've balanced successful film careers with family life, raising two children, Nysa (born in 2003) and Yug (born in 2010). They have worked together in several films such as Pyaar To Hona Hi Tha, Ishq, Dil Kya Kare, Raju Chacha and Tanhaji. Kajol's latest project
Kajol was most recently seen in the horror film Maa. Helmed by Vishal Furia, the film also features Ronit Roy, Kherin Sharma, and Indraneil Sengupta in key roles. The film received mixed reviews overall, but has had a promising start at the box office.
Next, she will be seen in Sarzameen. Directed by Boman Irani's son, Kayoze Irani, in his directorial debut and produced by Dharma Productions, the movie also stars Ibrahim Ali Khan and Prithviraj Sukumaran in lead roles. The film will be released on July 25 on JioHotstar.

When Kajol opened up about aging anxiety: 'I am concerned...' The two ladies from Bollywood who never shy away from speaking their mind – Kajol and Twinkle Khanna have joined forces for an exciting chat show, 'Two Much with Kajol and Twinkle'. Before Kajol and Twinkle's show premieres, let us turn back the clock and look at an old conversation between the two ladies when the 'DDLJ' actress opened up about age anxiety. When Twinkle asked Kajol if being an actor, she ever worries about aging, she revealed that, as a matter of fact, she does worry about it. Kajol shared that, according to her, aging has to do with energy more than the lines on your face. 'I think people look at how you are saying what you're saying. I feel more than the lines on the face, age shows in people's eyes, when they get tired, when they get bored of what they are doing- that's when people start noticing the lines and the wrinkles,' the Maa actress added. 'So, I worry about it, yes, I am concerned about it- who isn't, and I do my daily routine religiously,' Kajol added. Shedding light on her daily routine, she shared, 'I am extremely careful about drinking my eight glasses of water. I have to have my 8 to 10 hours of sleep at least. I wash my face every night religiously, put my cream on, and I am like – 'now I am ready to go to bed'. And I take very-very good care of myself- I workout- I do all of it.' Coming back to 'Two Much with Kajol and Twinkle', the show was announced on Tuesday. The announcement poster showed Kajol and Twinkle peaking from behind a curtain with a surprised expression on their faces. Dibyendu Bhattacharya recalls bonding with Saiyaara star Ahaan Panday on sets of 'The Railway Men': 'He used to come to my van and take me to...'

Veteran actor Dibyendu Bhattacharya reflected on the film industry's unpredictability and praised Ahaan Panday's successful debut in 'Saiyaara.' He fondly recalled Ahaan's time as an assistant director on 'The Railway Men,' emphasizing that genuine emotional connection trumps marketing strategies for a film's success. Dibyendu believes sincerity in filmmaking is key, as predicting audience preferences remains impossible. Veteran actor Dibyendu Bhattachary, known for his powerful performances in Jamtara, Dev D, and Poachers, recently reflected on the unpredictability of the film industry and the rising star power of debutant Ahaan Panday . The Monsoon Wedding actor recently shared his thoughts on what makes a film connect with audiences—and revisited his warm memories with Ahaan from their time together on the sets of The Railway Men, where the Saiyaara lead was then working behind the scenes as an assistant director. When asked about Saiyaara becoming a nationwide hit despite limited promotions, he emphasised how there's no clear formula for success. In his view, if there truly were a set code or strategy, then every film—from indie projects to those backed by giants like Warner Bros, Dharma, or Yash Raj—would be a guaranteed hit. Marketing Can't Beat Emotional Connect He also pointed out how unpredictable audience preferences can be, stressing that even the most well-planned marketing strategies can fail if a film doesn't strike an emotional chord. He noted that if there truly were a foolproof marketing formula, everyone would be using it. According to him, a genuinely good film should be able to resonate with viewers even without aggressive promotion—because ultimately, it's impossible to predict what will connect with the audience. For Dibyendu, the only dependable rule in the unpredictable world of cinema is working with sincerity. He believes that filmmakers and actors should focus on giving their best with dedication, while leaving the outcome to destiny—because no one can truly predict which film will succeed or how things will unfold. The privilege of ageing is that you can do it. There are a lot of people who don't. There are a lot of people who've died young and never had the chance to age at all. That doesn't mean they're lucky. That just means they didn't have the chance to age and come forward in life. So yes, I have that many more wonderful years to live forward. And I'm looking forward to it,' the actor the work front, Kajol is being praised for her role as Meher in 'Sarzameen', directed by Kayoz Irani.
