It is understood Brooklyn flew back home to the US earlier today.
News of his snub seemingly confirms a devastating feud at the heart of the Beckham clan.
Last night a source said: 'David is heartbroken but putting a brave face on it.
'Tonight is all about celebration and love, and he is swimming in it.
'Brooklyn actually informed his parents a while ago that he and his wife, Nicola, would not be attending but, of course, David and Victoria desperately hoped he would change his mind.
'It's a dagger to the heart that he hasn't attended a single one of David's 50th celebrations - and hurts the whole family including the grandparents and siblings.
'Brooklyn is a really sweet boy and everyone loves him dearly. They just hope things can be patched up soon.
'In the mean time, everyone around David are doing all they can to give him a magical evening to remember.'
Brooklyn, who previously fell out with his parents shortly after his marriage to American actress Nicola in 2022, was also nowhere to be seen on David's actual birthday in the south of France yesterday.
Tonight's star-studded bash is being thrown at the Michelin-starred Core restaurant in Notting Hill.
Victoria paid tribute to David on Instagram with a montage of photos and a clip of daughter Harper, now 13, as a toddler, warbling 'there's only one David Beckham'-
Celebs expected included Guy Ritchie, Tom Cruise and Gordon Ramsay.
Becks is expected to make a speech and guests will include a three course menu designed by chef Clare Smyth.
Celebrations so far
The week has so far been jam-packed full of celebrating.
The football icon, who turned the milestone age on Friday, was seen arriving at Paris-Le Bourget Airport from Bordeaux, where they spent the afternoon in a vineyard.

David looked dapper as ever in a beige jacket and trousers co-ord and a light grey t-shirt, while his fashion designer wife Victoria, 51, looked chic in a beige linen shirt and white tailored trousers.
They were joined by their children Romeo, 22, and his girlfriend Kim Turnbull, 22, and younger son Cruz, 20, with his partner Jackie Apostel, 29, and daughter Harper, 13.
Despite the ex-England footballer being surrounded by most of his immediate family, Victoria and David's eldest son Brooklyn, 26, and his wife Nicola Peltz, 30, were nowhere to be soon - which has continued to fuel speculation of a feud.
They were later seen emerging from their posh hotel, after splashing the cash at one of their favourite hotel's in the city, La Réserve.
The family were spotted heading out for a special dinner, with David holding what appeared to be a £3,000 bottle of Chateau Petrus 1961.
Victoria looked the epitome of class in a grey suit trousers teamed with a white vest under her oversized blazer.
David wore a dark brown/grey suit, Cruz opted for a white sleeveless sweater vest and black trousers and Romeo donned an all black outfit.
Romeo's girlfriend Kim looked effortlessly chic a black turtle neck jumper and trousers, while Jackie took inspiration from Victoria's look by also sporting a similar tailored grey suit.
They were seen getting into waiting cars, which attracted a crowd of onlookers and locals.
The family then arrived at bistro restaurant Chez l'Ami Louis, which is known as one of the most charming eateries Paris.
Sports star David looked in good spirits as he was sat across the table from daughter Harper and next to son Romeo.
Harper looked just like her mum in a full length black dress, a grey oversized blazer and her hair in an elegant ballerina bun.
After enjoying a few glasses, David took off his jacket and was seen relaxing with his loved ones during intimate night out.
Not long after, the Beckhams were spotted catching a flight back to the UK.
Earlier in the day, they were seen leaving from the airport looking tired after more celebrations for their dad's birthday.
Cruz opted for a white vest with an unbuttoned blue shirt and black trousers, while Jackie wore a black bandeau top.
Romeo looked trendy in a camel coloured jumper and shades and Kim went for an all black outfit with a turtle neck jumper and jeans.
Style icon Victoria looked picture perfect, shielding her eyes with a pair of oversized sunglasses and her brunette hair tied into a sleek ponytail.
This week, fashion designer Victoria pulled out all the stops with an early celebration for David too.
David hosted a black-tie gathering with wife Victoria, 51, their family and close friends earlier this week at a £10million Cotswolds estate.
The elegant affair saw Becks and his guests donning tuxedos and ballgowns, sipping cocktails, and going for a midnight swim fully dressed.
David's Porsche Penske from the IndyCar Series was seen parked up outside at the swanky soirée.
As the night progressed things took a wild turn with some attendees jumping in David and Victoria 's pond, tuxedos and all.
The superstar couple's youngest son Cruz shared a glimpse of the night on social media, posting a sweet photo with his girlfriend Jackie Apostel.
They coordinated their looks with budding rock star Cruz in a classic tux and standout red braces, and Jackie in a striking red satin gown.
NO SHOW?
Amid the celebrations, tellingly, 26-year-old Brooklyn did not publicly post a 'happy birthday' message to his dad - the first time he has failed to do so.
However, Becks had an 'amazing' day with the rest of his family, as the clan hired a £40 million Brigadier Global 6000 private jet, spending the afternoon supping wines in a Bordeaux vineyard.
Wife Victoria paid tribute to him on Instagram with a montage of photos and a sweet clip of daughter Harper as a toddler, warbling 'There's only one David Beckham'.
A source added: 'David had the most incredible day, and felt truly spoilt.
'The immediate family flew out from Oxford, spent the afternoon supping wines - even Harper had a little sip - and then jetted to Paris in the evening for dinner at one of his favourite restaurants. Victoria went all out.
'It was pretty much a perfect day, although sadly Brooklyn was unable to make it."

Mark Chapman opens with quip as Match of the Day begins life after Gary Lineker

Mark Chapman opened with a joke as he introduced the first Saturday night Match of the Day since Gary Lineker 's departure from the show. Chapman is one of three new presenters on the BBC 's Saturday night highlights show, rotating with Kelly Cates and Gabby Logan, and was first up in the chair at the start of the new season. Introducing the show, Chapman said: 'The Premier League is back and Match of the Day is back. You may have seen and heard there's a big change to the show this season, and that is that Wayne Rooney has joined is us as a regular pundit. 'Some things don't change though, and Alan (Shearer) is still here.' Former England captain Rooney, 39, has joined the show after leaving his most recent spell in management at Plymouth back in December. Chapman, 51, has previously hosted Match of the Day when Lineker was unavailable, and was the regular host of the Sunday show, Match of the Day 2. From this season, the Sunday highlights, as well as the new Champions League highlights show, will all be known as Match of the Day. On Wednesday, Cates hosted a programme to preview the new Premier League season alongside Rooney, Danny Murphy and Julien Laurens. Logan is due to host Match of the Day's Sunday night programme this week. Lineker's final show came at the end of last season on 26 May in a long-planned move. The 64-year-old had planned to front the BBC's live coverage of the FA Cup and 2026 World Cup, but brought forward his departure following a social media row in which he shared a post about Zionism featuring a depiction of a rat, historically used as an antisemitic trope. Lineker, the BBC's highest-paid presenter and host of Match of the Day since 1999, apologised unreservedly for the post but said it was 'best for all concerned' if he left completely.

Woman shocks in extremely skimpy two-piece outfit & stunning long legs – but you'll never guess her age

HOT TO TROT Woman shocks in extremely skimpy two-piece outfit & stunning long legs – but you'll never guess her age Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) A GLAM 60-year-old mum has stunned people with a ''shallow and awful'' outfit she rocked whilst everyone else was bracing for rain in coats and umbrellas. Stylish Sue Giers, from Hamburg, Germany, previously confessed that trolls tell her to 'dress her age' and call her a 'granny' - but she loves wearing everything from hot pants to stilettos. In the now-viral clip, which appears to have been shot on a chillier day, the bombshell proudly flaunted her toned body in a skimpy two-piece in public. The business owner looked phenomenal, wearing a floral two-piece and showing off her never-ending slim legs in sky-high strappy heels. Sue, who previously confessed that being ''basic'' is not in her ''DNA'' - strutted around, as she gave the viewers and strangers on the street a look at her daring outfit. The show-stopper of a two-piece featured a low-cut back, as well as strappy detailing paired with a figure-hugging mini skirt. Meanwhile, while Sue was dressed for sizzling hot weather, it appears that the temperatures that day were not as high - as everyone else in the background was keeping cosy with coats and long-sleeve jumpers, carrying umbrellas. But while Sue was clearly feeling herself, the comment section was divided - with many dubbing the stylish mum ''an attention seeker''. One critic said: ''Girl, you are too old for this. It screams desperate for attention.'' Another agreed, writing: ''Put some clothes on. I don't care how old you are.'' ''That outfit is awful,'' one of the 1.9million viewers shared their brutal verdict. Woman shocks with outfit that shows 'zero class' as she walks down the beach promenade with one butt cheek fully out ''That is not hot. And even if it were, the shallowness of that is unbecoming. Let's be better,'' someone else urged. Luckily for the German fashionista, it wasn't all negative - as there were also plenty of fans hitting back at the keyboard warriors. ''She's just existing loudly in a world that tells women to shrink as they age,'' wrote one Instagram user. Hottest fashion trends of 2025 Fabulous' Fashion Editor Clemmie Fieldsend shares the biggest trends from the high street. The East/West Bag Baguette bags have had a good run, after returning from the 1990s' shoulders of Sarah Jessica Parker to modern-day fashion icons, like Hailey Bieber. In 2025, the East/West bag is a similar but elongated shape and has long, thin straps that are easy to throw over your shoulder. They've been on runway models' arms at nearly ever designer show - think Burberry, Givenchy and Bottega Veneta - and are hitting the high street now, too. Powder pink Bright fuchsia pink had its day after the release of Barbie in 2023 and now the more polished and expensive-looking pale shade is taking over for 2025. Pantone may say that it's the year of Mocha Mousse, but the catwalks say otherwise! From Prada to Erdem, the subtle look was all over the spring/summer catwalks, worn head-to-toe or on its own. If the sugary shade is too girly for you, then look to sharp suiting for a androgynous take on the colour. The shell jacket The '80s classic is back, but with a sleek and minimal new twist for 2025. We all know we're likely to see rain for most of spring, so your practical coat of choice should be a cagoule jacket. Depop revealed one of its big trend predictions for this year is retro sportswear, with surges already seen in '80s windbreakers'. Seen everywhere from the stylish streets of Copenhagen to the Miu Miu catwalk, now mums who have an emergency raincoat crumpled underneath their pushchair are very much in fashion! The turn-up jeans While the shape of jeans remains the same for this year and barrel-legs will still be everywhere, the way we're styling them is different. This season, transform your wide-leg, baggy denims into turn-ups. For this look, size doesn't matter, so while deep turn-ups are a hit from jean trend-leaders Citizens of Humanity, a slight fold is still just as good - but only as it's just one single fold. Peep-toe shoe Get your pedicures booked in sharpish, as this season your toes are the main event. After a long hiatus, the peep-toe has been welcomed back into the fashion fold, with brands like Hermes, Miu Miu and Tory Burch showing plain and embellished footwear in this style. From mules to pumps and clogs (yes, clogs will be around too!), there are lots of different styles that are set to sweep the high street. Sheer blouses See-through looks have always lived on the catwalk, but have rarely filtered into everyday life - until now. Designers Ralph Lauren and Tom Ford loved sheer looks on their S/S '25 catwalks and M&S even had sellout success with its black sheer pencil skirt last season. Expect to see more sheer looks lining supermarket aisles and high street shops in the form of skirts, tops and frocks. ''And the fact that so many of you see that and respond with hate? That's not about her - that's your own fear talking.'' Another echoed, writing: ''she looks great, deserves to feel confident and is trying to inspire other women her age to do so. do better girls.'' For Sue, however, it's more than just about clothes - it's also a reflection of how far she's come. The mum wrote previously said: ''These pieces aren't just fabric: they're a celebration of the journey that brought me here. ''From moments of uncertainty to moments of pure confidence, my style reflects the courage to embrace every stage of life with grace and authenticity. ''I hope to inspire others to redefine ageing and beauty, showing that true style knows no age. ''Let's continue to empower each other to boldly express ourselves and live life to the fullest!'' Sue reminded in the uplifting post.
