Jessie J's cancer has "all gone".
The 37-year-old pop star announced earlier this month that she'd been diagnosed with breast cancer, and after undergoing surgery earlier this week, the Price Tag hitmaker - who has two-year-old son Sky with partner Chanan Colman - has offered a candid list of the current pros and cons in her life.
She wrote: "Pros: Cancer has all gone.
"My nipple is where it used to be.
"I can watch Love Island with no guilt. I am getting to rest and talk to friends more than ever.
"My mum lives with us. Sky just being Sky. Chanan making me feel safe and the messages are 10/10.
"Connecting with other people who are going through a similar time and being able to support each other.(sic)"
Jessie then detailed a list of cons, which were "very honest" though she admitted some were "silly".
She wrote: "[I miss] not being able to be the mum I'm used to being and not picking sky up or the person I'm used to being tbh. I don't sit down ever. lol.
"The fear of not knowing if the cancer is all gone - the mental with this is [face in clouds emoji].
"The pain and discomfort is ok and expected but a d**khead when I'm trying to sleep. Sneezing is a myth - that hurts.(sic)"
The Domino singer has been struggling with constipation as a side effect of the medication she has been taking and appealed to her fans to share tips with her.
She wrote: "Not pooing from the anaesthetic and the painkillers I just wanna pooooooo.
" Since my surgery I have only been on paracetamol and ibuprofen because my blood pressure is too low for anything stronger and even they have got be backed up like [an] old chimney.
"I have had laxatives, a good fresh diet, prunes, juices and your girl is 20% leg and 80% [poo emoji]. Any suggestions welcomed.(sic)"
Jessie first shared news of her cancer diagnosis via an Instagram post on 3 June.
The singer admitted at the time that she had been "going back and forth" over whether to share the news with the public.
She said in a video message: "I want to share it with my fans and the people that care about me, and also I'm a sharer. I've always shared everything that I go through in my life. Before No Secrets came out, I was diagnosed with early breast cancer.
"I'm highlighting the word early. Cancer sucks in any form, but I'm holding on to the word early. I have been in and out of tests throughout this whole period."
Jessie admitted at the time that she was still trying to process the news herself. However, she ultimately felt it was important that she shared the news with her fans.
She said: "I'm not processing it because I'm working so hard. I also know how much sharing in the past has helped me with other people giving me their love and support and also their own stories."

Disney confirms live-action Lilo and Stitch 2 is in the works
A live-action Lilo and Stitch 2 is in the works. Disney has confirmed via social media that it's currently working on another movie in its popular Lilo and Stitch film franchise. In a promotional video for the new movie, Stitch is seen excitedly driving into the parking lot of the Disney film studios. The fictional character then performs a series of sharp turns, with his tyre marks confirming that Lilo and Stitch 2 is now in development. Disney captioned the Instagram post: "should've known he couldn't keep a secret. "a 626 day surprise: #LiloAndStitch 2 is now in development! (sic)" Despite this, Disney hasn't revealed any further details about the project, such as the film's cast or the release date. The studio has already enjoyed huge success with the Lilo and Stitch franchise, including the original movie back in 2002. The live-action Lilo and Stitch remake premiered last month and quickly became a big success at the box office. The film - which featured the likes of Billy Magnussen, Hannah Waddingham, Courtney B. Vance and Zach Galifianakis - has already grossed more than $900 million. Dean Fleischer Camp directed the live-action Lilo and Stitch remake, and he previously revealed that he jumped at the opportunity to helm the project. The 41-year-old director told Deadline: "It's always been my favourite Disney animated film, and it's always been the one that I felt like I could do a live-action adaptation of because when I saw the original in theatres, I was in high school, and it didn't look like any other animated Disney movie I'd ever seen. "The characters felt so authentic and a little rough around the edges in a way that I now know is the influence of Chris Sanders' actual, original art style. But at the time, I just thought, wow, this is such a different look for a Disney movie. "It's also the thing that made it seem like there's a great opportunity here to tell a live-action version of these characters because, unlike most Disney animated films, it takes place in contemporary society. It stars real, mostly humans going through some real stuff that many other humans go through daily. So, it felt like a great opportunity. I jumped at the chance." The director actually loved how his movie turned out. He shared: "I think we were all coming from a place of real love for the original. It's always been my favourite Disney movie. And so, I think there were a lot of those, and sometimes you have to let go and kill your darlings and it just doesn't work out for one reason or another. But I think the main things that we were really focused on, we got, and I'm proud that we nailed it."

NRL fanatic's Instagram account shut down as league investigates online commentary
Don't miss out on the headlines from NRL. Followed categories will be added to My News. The Instagram account of the 'most feared man in the NRL' has been shut down, after the league's integrity unit was alerted to allegedly abusive rants directed at Dragons Coach Shane Flanagan. The Dragons raised concerns with the NRL after an X-rated rant on social media from 25-year-old apprentice carpenter and content creator Jean-Claude Bitar went viral. The account is no longer active. Speaking to Bitar said the NRL should be focusing on 'bigger issues of the game' and vowed he 'will not be silenced.' 'They're taking away the voice of a fanatic fan who spends his hard-earned money to support the club through thick and thin. I've been here for over 20 years and I never miss a game. I have never incited violence or conspired to have anyone message players or coaches personally; if anything, I tell everyone not to do that. As a fan, I have the right to criticise the performance of players, as does everyone else. I'm livid with the fact that a big company such as the NRL is going after a small content creator like me who creates entertainment through his pain,' he added. 'They've tried to silence me, but in turn, this will make me grow and make people more intrigued to hear what I've got to say because of this. 'In terms of my Instagram ban, I feel very wronged. My page was pure entertainment, and having past and present players, commentators, managers, and journalists reach out to me expressing their love for my content, I believe the NRL has gone way overboard with this.' Bitar might not even play in the NRL, but has them running scared thanks to a series of social media videos that have gone viral. Declared the 'funniest man on the net at the moment' by Bulldogs legend Reni Maitua after taking down Dragon's father and son Shane and Kyle Flanagan in a rant that has been viewed almost 500,000 times, Bitar's hard hitting commentary has attracted the attention of rugby league heavyweights, including NRL 360 host Braith Anasta, who has hailed him as 'ruthless.' 'If that were you or one of your mates he was talking about, you'd want to kill him,' Anasta said. 'Can you imagine watching that if you were Shane or Kyle? Oh my God. But as ruthless as he is and sometimes over the top, he is also creative. I couldn't wait to see what he did after the Sharks (v Dragons) game last week. But could you imagine seeing that if you were following him and you were the player?'. Fresh from taking aim at State of Origin referee Ashley Klein following NSW's failed comeback against Queensland in another video that has stormed the net, Bitar revealed he has been blocked from viewing the St George Illawarra website and their social media accounts after being critical of the club. 'I went to look at the team list about six weeks ago and I couldn't find it,' Bitar told 'I thought maybe there was a glitch. Then I went to TikTok and Facebook, and I realised I was blocked on all accounts. I could not believe they were blocking a supporter because he is speaking the thoughts of every fan.' Being blocked did not deter the carpenter from Belfield. 'Na, I made a video straight away saying they were pathetic and it was one of my biggest hits.' A host of NRL players have personally contacted Bitar. Some tell him they love his work. Others tell him to stop. 'The first person to contact me was Blake Lawrie's brother,' he said. 'I was giving it to him a bit, and then I remember his brother reached out to me and said: 'you have got to stop making these videos. You're gonna get yourself in big trouble.' 'But I didn't stop. Not when I knew the players were actually watching my videos.' Most of his videos are about St George Illawarra given Bitar is a 'die hard' Dragons fan who has supported the club since he could walk – and was even in their junior development squad. 'Most of the players are fans,' Bitar said. 'They come up to me at games and recite my jokes'. Filming his first NRL post in February, Bitar's videos have gone viral, and he has now posted more than 150. 'They are all pretty big at the moment,' he said. 'Right now, there's the Origin one that's going around, that's got 300,000 views. I think my biggest is one about my reaction to a game that got almost half a million.' And in a warning to the NRL's underperforming and out-of-form, Bitar declared he has just begun. 'Regardless of whether they block me, I'm gonna keep going with the videos. 'People are enjoying it. I'm enjoying it. I'm doing this for fun. I'm a footy fanatic and I have the right to express my views. I'm just saying what everyone is thinking,' he said.
